Hi yesterday i deposited 2.1892478 ZEC (zcash) to yobit ..  in history deposit i see deposit cancelled . support no answer my ticket

Sorry, but using a known scam exchange & then wondering why you got scammed makes no sense at all. What were you thinking?

Nobody can help you, there is no "support" for a scam exchange.

Probably quite a few hundred others. Do a search for Yobit in the scam section & you'll see.

There is nothing we can do.

Yobit and their support suck. They are one of the shadiest exchanges that haven't gone "full scam" yet but pretty much scam a lot of people. There have been cases of them stealing coins and taking months to give them back (and sometimes, not giving them at all). All you can do is wait for their support. Maybe they answer you, maybe not.

Have you sent support for the canceling issue?
How does the yobit respond to this? the only solution is support from yobit.

By the way, why are you deploying Zcash on YouTube even though there are other more appropriate exchanges?

Can you show evidence that the receiving address is actually your YoBit deposit address? Although YoBit is widely known to be a shitty exchange, I doubt they'd intentionally block/steal such a small amount.

Don't expect to get support from yobit.
Not here and not on website.
It is a lottery.... so good luck.

For future... avoid using yobit.

It is true that I even sent support in the past but there was no reply at this time, but I suggested to the OP to send support in case of reply but I think it would be difficult to overcome if support like this is difficult to rely on when we need it.

I'm baffled why you would start a thread here given Yobit's signature campaign was stopped dead and the posters have been slapped with a long stretch of being unable to display signatures.  Most if not all users *should* know that YoBit are completely unreliable.  If you have *any* funds left on that exchange you'd be safer to remove them as quickly as possible.

It happened so many times you should be aware of this issue,  Yobit has become trade at your own risk exchange, if you have read the many complaints but still prefer to gamble and use the exchange then you have taken the risk, unfortunately they have the weakest support in the industry, your chances to get an answer is very low but good luck anyway.

Then you are very lucky. I suggest you remove all your funds from that scam exchange immediately & use a legit exchange instead.

You are lucky this is the main issue on Yobit, it's hard to get a good answer from their support, as you can see there are so many similar complaints and this is the issue that always haunts traders, getting a fast response from the support team I hope they will also resolve old tickets, those old complainants may want to go back and check their ticket, who knows they will response this time.

Follow what blurryeyed have said, since you already have a bad first experience with Yobit and you reading a lot of negative feedback toward them I would advise you to remove your funds in Yobit Exchange immediately, you are really lucky that they have credited your Zcash. Although I don't have any personal experiences with Yobit with my years of seeing bad reports against them I know that they shouldn't be trusted with my money. Also after confirming that this issue with Yobit is already resolved you should also lock the thread now by clicking "lock topic" in the bottom of the page.

OP, It is the best advice which you can get related to Yobit and your funds there. but why don't I think you won't listen to this and you will still use this exchange...
You solve one problem, but you still need to withdraw funds from there.
