i think the crypo world has clamored for this situation for a while. A world where the fiat system is no-longer stable. if not mistaken, i will say that the world is heading into a  serious health crisis with what is happening in china, italy, spain and other parts of the world. many countries has promised their citizens of enough fiat funding printing more fiat money to support themselves. 
What is the cryptocurrency family doing to support their own community at this perilous time.

The world is not just moving towards a health crisis but it is also moving towards a major financial crisis. The entire fiat market is resetting itself. If you look at any major stock market around the world, you will see only red everywhere. Cryptos should have provided a safe heaven during this time, but it also seems to follow the same trend more or less. So at this moment, nothing is really safe. Crypto can't really print on its own to support the crypto families during this testing times. Stay safe and stay at home! Our first priority is to save our own life. Money can come later!

My Simple understanding of the current economic situation is that whenever we see reds be it stocks, bonds or cryptos... It means there is a massive sell off and people are trying to cash out to fiat currencies which they can easily use or spend during a crisis.

So there is nothing like Cryptocurrencies being a safe haven. We all know that most people who have bought cryptocurrencies are in there to make profits just like stocks. As soon as a crisis appears, they will try to cash out their profits and investments in order to get prepared for a crisis just like the current one.

There's fear and the fest has caused many people to covert to fiat and expect the correct situation in the world at large. There's is serious panic but to me I would say if one does not have mind to watch his or her bought coins dip so bad cause it will certainly do you just convert to USDT or fiat on the exchange but you may have to sell at lost but if one can just close his exchange app and forget the coins till it bounces back it would be so great too. Crypto market would surely come back but let's first hope this virus fades away.

The situation is getting worse in many many countries where this virus has just started, the only solution seems to be isolation and lockdown of cities but then again it is not an easy option for countries where people struggle to make a living as lockdown will mean no business or work of any sort, it is very serious condition and the world has to unite to win this.

at the moment there is a lot of speculation spread (cryptocurrencies will not survive etc.) because of the huge panic.  I keep abreast of market updates and I think the future of the cryptocurrency during this pandemic will be okay, You don't panic like the general majority, all this panic will end soon..

in the case of a pandemic like this, it seems that fiat and crypto are at a disadvantage, if we see that the economy is also very down, especially in the crypto market if we see that prices have dropped significantly. but I hope that this pandemic vaccine can be found soon, so that economic recovery can be carried out.

You can't compare fiat to crypto or stocks in this scenario. Thou the intended use of crypto is mostly as a payment get way especially BTC, but there has not yet been enough adoption for them and people owning cryptos mostly use them as a form of investment or for trade.

Well fiat is usually affected through inflation due to too much cash inflow but for the case of stocks and crypto, bitcoin in particular, the problem is their demand in the times of crisis where people are trying to cash out to fiat... That consequently leads to the fall in prices because everyone is trying to sell off.

So fiat and crypto/stocks/bonds etc don't have the same problems during the times of crisis.

With the way things are been handled, i am left with the choice of believing that the real reason why this pandemic started is not yet revealed until the target is achieved.  i don't want to believe that the African continent is the target because of unsuccessful birth-control or what people has been saying in the past. i just want to accept that something is going on underground.

As long as crypto currency can be as an alternative way for traditional payment system and crypto will have a very bright future to be re-considered again as the best choice for the payment system. I heard that some countries have already tried to use crypto to replace their traditional payment system to avoid covid 19.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies offer the community and opportunity to earn more than usual and digital currencies are more convenient than physical money and it is more safe to use online payments now because of this covid19 pandemic we need to avoid getting contact with each other. The best thing we can all do during this pandemic is entirely unrelated to crypto, and that is to stay home and stay sanitary at all times. Even if you're young, you could still be a carrier of the virus if you happen to catch it and spread it while asymptomatic, and that's incredibly selfish. It can be tempting to go outside in times like these especially when springtime is near, but don't.

Cryptocurrencies aren't really doing anything to support their communities since most are decentralized and the centralized ones don't seem especially interested in directly supporting their communities. If anything, crypto's just as risky during these times because people tend to panic and sell during crises just like with fiat investments.

I think people will learn more about Blockchain technology because this is a very good platform to develop in the near future. In my opinion this disease has helped this crypto market a lot because people have a lot of free time to learn. However, not everyone has a great interest here and it will certainly take a lot of time for this technology to develop in many other countries.

Not only the world of Crypto, even the stock market has fallen, the world fiat currency is also falling in value against the dollar. All of the things are related to the financial advice have been fallen to the ground caused by this virus. This is not even temporary caused by we are still in the racing with the time to find the vaccine. The vaccine is the only key to make all of the people in the world torus to get into the market again. So many countries have been using a lot of resources to find the vaccine for this virus but the problem is when this vaccine can't be done in short time and that forces us to survive even longer.

The support is still there, the price is now stable and climbing now, we are still here posting on this forum all the mining and shops in the industry are still operating we still continuing what we have been doing and in time the price will recover,we just need to what we have been doing, this is the best opportunity to buy too.

A major global health crisis has already started and slowly a big financial crisis is on the way. Global markets are on the verge of collapsing, everyone is selling to accumulate fiat. The same is happening in cryptocurrency market. I see a lot of selling pressure in the market.

The world is in a terrible shock at what's happening right now, this pandemic is presenting itself as a great challenge to almost every country in the world, even the world powers; they control the fiat currencies, so they have to provide it for their citizens as they stay at home and work from home during this period, I heard that even the world bank is planning on giving out funds to countries that has numerous cases of this virus, to help them provide medical care to those tested positive.

You cannot expect to receive cryptocurrencies for doing nothing this period due to the corona virus outbreak, though you can donate to those in need with your cryptocurrency, but that is your personal choice.

In this health and economic crisis, the most priority thing is safety. The reason why even the major stocks are going down like the cryptocurrencies that are getting red this days is that because people tend to focus more into withdrawing their funds for a while to be able to provide or sustain their necessities to survive this crisis that is concerning the health care of each and every one. People nowadays tend to use up the profits they got from stock marker as well as into the cryptocurrency because it was one of the main reason why people get into those and that is to get profit or in short to earn money that can be used in times like this. The global market suffers big losses but I'd never think that this will be the end of crypto. We are not separate from rest of the world so obviously most of us will do whatever we can to help people that can include giving more time or ask for less amount from the people that owe us money, send food parcels to the needy and also help people with sanitization products so that they can keep thenselves safe from this virus.

The problem is that it is impossible to send any food parcels as my country is in complete lock down situation as the death toll keeps on increasing on a daily basis and my reserves will run out soon and i believe that is the case with many in my area, the government is taking steps to provide that, when it comes to the market it will recover but these are hard times for everyone.

The first thing to do is to stay safe and survive to use cryptocurrency. We don't expect for losing the family members of this crypto community. We need to keep ourselves well in this situation. If you have something to help others, you can deliver it. Not only about funds, but it can be also about encouraging or supporting each other.

This crisis we experience has big effect in cryptocurrency and also to us right now, we want to be safe, it's more a preaution than anything else, but we also want to earn but because of this pandemic happening we are now stop all transaction we do and the profit we get is also lessen. No one can really sure the future of crypto. Before so many have been positive during the bitcoin halving on May, but with the insertion of this pandemic virus, I think everythint change that. Stocks and even lots of business around everywhere are now falling down, and many people are suffering from huge loss and even needed to provide cash for supplies needed for this mess. I am still very worried about this pandemic and certainly will not show signs of stopping in the near future. I think things will not be the same as before and billions of people will be affected in daily life. In fact, the crypto market is also very volatile and some investors have lost huge profits. The coronavirus pandemic has caused a goobal crisis that if cure to the virus is not funded on time, it will lead to massive failure of virtually every sector out there which will take years before they recover back to their former state. I think the best thing the cryptocurrency community can do now is be optimistic for full global recovery has it has been proven many times that no sector will flourish when there's a global crisis goin on

I have noticed one thing during this pandemic. The stock markets around the world have plummeted by around 40%. Similarly, cryptocurrencies have also lost anywhere from 40% to 60% of their value. That means that there is a strong correlation between stock markets and cryptocurrency market. On the other hand, the bullion prices have gone up significantly during the same time. And this proves that cryptocurrencies are more related to equities, than they are to bullion.

Current global conditions are erratic. Everyone should be prepared with the conditions that will occur. As long as the Covid-19 virus has not been lost of course it will always have a negative impact on global. Everyone now needs real money because they are also getting ready to buy the basic necessities. A few days ago saw the cryptocurrency dropping very sharply. To date, the conditions of the crypto-currency market are uncertain (unstable).

The ideal situation is if some of the businessmen move to accepting only crypto, but how realistic is it? Being under a forced lockdown (I've been under self-isolation for about a month now already) limits all my activities. There isn't much we can do other than just developing coins and projects and mentally supporting my friends. :)

Everything falls down, no market been safe with the crisis effect, not even crypto space. We are somehow lucky right now that the market came to risen up a little, not that low, I mean somehow fair and not that high either. You are not mistaken, I also agree with you that 2018-2019 and 2020 are really bad years for the cryptoqurrency industry, especially with the emergence of VirusCorona, which has also affected all world activities and the stock market etc. but I am sure that the cryptoqurrency market situation will not always be like this.

Crypto currencies are decentralized so we can only expect individuals to help people if there is a need for it.But printing money and giving people is just only to maintain their economy from going into deep down so all they are giving is free money and ask them to spend which makes more issues in the long term.

It is so unfortunate that so many countries of the world are going through a turbulent time with this pandemic.Some of these countries are being assured certain ways of relief and support by their government to make them feel encouraged at this season .The financial institutions of some of these countries are devising ways by which they can make citizens to be financially assisted at this period when everyone seems to panic for no hope.Some at this period may not be able to afford the purchase of preventive materials against the pandemic due to lack of fund. Hence, these financial institutions are seeking to provide support.However, such support may not be possible from crypto because it is an investment venture which is opened for any willing individual to invest.The future of crypto I believe is still secure no matter the health challenge at the moment.

I agree with the point that cryptocurrencies will come out stronger than ever after this pandemic is controlled around the world and im sure world will also realize that it is time to get rid of paper money and i think we will quickly move towards mass adoption after things are back to normal. Well, as this crisis happens, our economy falls as well as the cryptocurrency, but the good thing is, it is still high, it ranges for about 6,000$ which is still a big amount of money. Even though the real life system falls because of the virus, cryptocurrency also affected by the virus but not likely affected as the real life system.

Having lockdown in different countries is the good decision of the government to avoid the risk of getting infected by the virus, because that is the only thing to kill the virus, if people could obey all the rules of our government the virus will stop.

What do you expect them to be doing? Print more BTC or other coins and dash out out to the community? That's funny though. This period isn't good for anyone so many projects are in serious difficult moment too. Only expectation now is to trade and trade wisely.

This pandemic is very serious so I think that it can surely affect how the crypto world work, as what I have notice to the latest happenings in the market the crypto prices goes down pretty bad in response to how the pandemic affect each countries. There are countries that impose a total lockdown because of this pandemic and because of it many are selling their crypto assets just to secure the daily needs especially if the lockdown will likely to happen within a month or more.

The future of cryptocurrency will be both good and bad. Good in the sense that people will realize that this is also one way to earn money without going out or physical  interaction with people. I think the cryptocurrency family has taken a new step aimed at helping the financial crisis that occurred due to this pandemic. many new crypto launched to help the virus that is a problem in this world, crypto is engaged in the health sector. I hope that many investors will participate in supporting the move of this type of crypto. because when this virus is handled properly, I'm sure the price of crypto and the condition of the world fiat economy will improve again.

Markets doesn't react instantly so we may have to wait til coronavirus can't spread anymore then the governments will have to think over of the flaws. In my opinion, prices of crypto are still based on sentiments of the investors and the fundamentals that is being spread in the internet so it is still the same with other market. The only difference is that, Bitcoin went down harder than the stock market around the world. Lets stay on our home. As they always say here in my place "Stay on your home or stay in a coffin."

There are many instances or new perspectives about working now because of the continuing the spread of this corona virus. Because of the situation like this, there an option for us to know what we gonna do if this pandemic will comeback in the future. I do not think this pandemic has the capability to alter the future of the cryptocurrency space negatively; yes it might delay it's growth but to hinder it is not possible. Also, there is a big comparison between the world government and the cryptocurrency space; the government can easily endorsed any amount they want to help a course but such is not possible in this space. In this space, everyone is his own government, you decide what coin to buy etc, so the best you can do is to hold good coins or enter into USDT to be safe.

Had it been that world governments have envisaged time like this, probably many of them would have supported cryptocurrency.  Some even fear to hold fiat currencies now or even go to Automated Teller Machine for withdrawal because they believe they could also be a carrier of the viral droplet.  There is little to which crypto community can do now. I guess it is still in the middle, nothing major will probably change. We dropped like all others dropped, we increased like gold did, so right now we are still not horrible because we didn't dropped like hell and stayed there, but we are not awesome neither because we didn't increased while others were falling.

So, basically we are nothing right now, just what we were before all of this started and we will continue to be what we are in the future as well.

There could have been other stuff like if we fell we would have been worse, if we went up we would have been better, since we did neither, those options are futile right now and will not work. You can’t really tell, Bitcoin might turn out to be the best investment option for everyone right now. The fall in the market price might have just created a huge opportunity for those that didn’t invest before and if you miss it now you might end up waiting for a very long time to get this kind of opportunity again.

We have all been believing that there is going to be a pump in the price of Bitcoin after the Halving on May, though some have lost hope on that, but the way things are going now it might still happen. I just believe that we are going to see some magic rallies in April (just 2 days after) like usually bitcoin market is doing after March month every year.

Future of stock market is bright too if you look too deep into the future, oil, gold and all other stuff looks quite bright as well if you look too further down the line. You think that stock market keeps on crashing and never recover? Look at bank of america and their 2006, 2008, 2010, 2018, 2020 prices. It may have moved up and down a lot but in the end it has actually gone up a lot, in 2-5 years it will be higher than today as well, maybe one day it will go down again but because it went up a lot the gone down will be higher than today's.

In our country, the government has promised us that they will sustain our needs especially our food but they're not supporting most of us for almost a month so we can't rely our lives on them. in my country probably use fiat money because the cryptocurrency are not yet totally implemented,but some of the digital currency are already operating. At this time of pandemic we know that the fiat currency could be risky to use because it might contain virus that could kill us.
