What happened:
A user called 'jalangkote' is trying to sell (non-existent) herbs, claiming that it prevents/cures COVID-19. He is charging $765 for 120 days of treatment and $1,400 for 240 days of treatment (https://www.herbsanticovid19.com/). While this is an obvious scam, unfortunately plenty of people fall for this kind of quackery. I called him out in his topic, telling him that it could be extremely dangerous to make these kinds of claims and that he could possibly hurt someone. Not only does he continue to make fraudulent claims, he also attacked me with several of his alt-accounts (even leaving negative feedback).

After asking 'jalangkote' for photographic evidence of your laboratory, a chemical analysis report of his herbs, a scientific report of how your herbs prevent/cure COVID-19 and/or evidence of claims that they have 'resolved H5N1' he replied that he's not giving any evidence due to privacy reasons and told me to buy his herbs and test them myself. This makes it extremely obvious that he's trying to scam people.

After leaving 'jalangkote' negative feedback, I received negative feedback from 'hugabase' and 'jcksteve'. Both account are also defending 'jalangkote' in his topic. When searching on Google for 'Gakulawa' (the non-existent herbs 'jalangkote' is trying to sell) one of the search results leads to https://www.x24kgold.com/, which also happens to promote Gakulawa. When searching on Google for 'x24kgold.com' one of the search results leads to this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=909650.0, where 'hugabase' is trying to sell the domain. This makes it extremely likely that 'jalangkote' and 'hugabase' are controlled by the same person (which explains their similar writing style. I do not think people who knows how to buy product using a buy button are not that stupid to spend their money to a poor looking website like this and the fact is that more or less everyone knows these are fake marketing.

It's fun to write one or two lines on Facebook or in other social media but giving out money for these kind of rumors? I do not think people have enough to waste. I doubt that user made any money at all.

Being tired of everyone who always takin opportunity from this pandemic virus. The funny things went you see the account, from domain seller to someone who created a herb medicine to protecting the body endurance for Covid-19.

If you looking for some medicine, you should see/listen the background, someone who gives the medicine, we looking the background of the person is doctor not a domain seller xD. In that case, did everyone will believe someone who offering this herb went the vaccine covid-19 still being researched.

I am from Africa, if you don't know Africa it is a continent where people use a lot of herbs to treat many diseases. But that does not mean that governments do not analyze these herbs before people use them. there are risks that can occur if a person consumes a medication that has not been tested and approved by several governments and credible institutions. In your case, it is very strange that you arrive at a forum to sell a medicine that at that moment would save the world, when you have the option of presenting that medicine to your government and you would enter in history as a great hero and you would become very rich.

Buying drugs when disease is not diagnosed could lead to abuse if you see similar symptoms. The hospitals are filled in Europe and home remedies are only recommended for mild cases when doctors are contacted. We need to stop panicking while vaccines will produce soon and will be available at cheaper rate

I'll tell you my story of more than 10 years ago:

10 years ago I had a neighbor who had a wife and 3 children. One day my neighbor's wife were diagnosed with AIDS, She were recommended to take medication. But she went to see a healer and at the healer he gave her herbs that cured AIDS according to the healer... weeks later the lady became pregnant and 2 years passed with the lady always going to the healer to treat her disease. It turns out that after 2 years the healers started to tell her that the reason she was sick was because of me, who was just 13 years old and did not leave the house, had done magic for her to be sick.

The lady starts campaigning for everyone in my neighborhood to call me a wizard.

When the lady's daughter turned 3 years old she died, and the lady got worse in health too and even with very weak health she still believe that the herbs were better than the medicines in the hospital and ended up dying.

5 years later the lady's husband told us this story and apologized.

I see many cases here in Africa where people prefer to believe in herbs instead of relying on medicines that are given in hospitals.

Thanks for offering but I am fine. I have watched few videos yesterday, fishy but it seems there are people who are falling for this and believing this none existent things. In a rural place you can not expect them to know about science and invention. So it;s fine for them.
