What makes you feel that you will out succeed and out compete them? What makes you different from them? This is their challenge here, they are not the first to venture this kind of project. But from what I browsed from their website, a lot of their team members are in Academe, teaching in the University I suppose. So let us see how they can use their academic background to turn this into successful blockchain project. After all, they are the ones teaching us the necessary things to achieve success in life. Yes, we are involved in several EU-funded and national projects. However, all the calls have their own topics and conditions, and the funds cannot generally be entirely used to establish a start-up. The best you can get for startups is a tiny contribution, that can be considered irrelevant with respect to the needed resources for a big project like this.
