Is there a site where the payout is in Bitcoin? As in you call or put Bitcoins and the profit is in BTC. I don't mean withdrawal in Bitcoin. Thanks!

I would stay away from Binary options. Whether its Bitcoin binary options or regular Forex binary options because you will never turn a profit on those. They got a very high house edge and impossible to make a profit.

There is only one actual bitcoin options exchange and its Deribit but keep in mind that they are KYC now. Which is sad because their options actually have decent volume now. You can deposit BTC and you are paid in BTC and I think there is a leverage also unlike most stock options where you are not allowed to buy the option on margin. So if you really want to trade options try that but look at the premium because they are usually very high in times like this where everyone is bearish.

There was a suggestion that fortunejack has binary option there although I didn't actually see it. If you bet BTC, its always going to return BTC when you win, its usually how it is. But then I think secondstrade have the withdrawal issues due to verification and fees getting high as well. There is an option platform but they don't specifically bet BTC, they use TRX.  Not the kind where there are lots of players because its p2p but try the BullsVsBears.io.

Personally I wouldn't recommend using binary options as the rules are unclear and there's way too much unpredictable randomness. It's an easy way to lose all...
Either way there's a lot of projects of this type on gambling board.

I see this as a huge opportunity to make money. The key is to be good just like any game similar to poker and trading.

I understand. I thought you had some similar experience using that or something. I get a lot of advertisements relying on binary options and inviting a lot of customers to try it, but it's not in Bitcoin though. I think you could try that first? Or you could make one.  :D

What are the sites you have? They don't have to be based in BTC. Withdrawing and depositing with BTC is enough. Also, I found this site

Right now I don't think there are any Bitcoin binary websites that are left. The ones that I can remember are Secondstrade, who was in operation for years until some server error caused some hacker to lose funds and that hacker, hacked the website and it went offline ever since. Before that there was LiberOption but that was last operation maybe back in 2015.

Since you are also looking for a option trading platform then deribit is the only one left. However they are vanilla and not binary. There are many futures brokers out there however I don't think that is what you are looking for. What type of trading do you do exactly and maybe I can find some exchange that would benefit you. Why don't you just use Bitmex and use limit orders which pay you fees instead of charging you fees.

I do use Bitmex. However, I am looking for something like IQ otpion so that I can both trade normally and gamble trade.

For pure crypto - Go for Betinance.com
For traditional broker - You can try Binary.com

Its OP's choice not mine.I've been just suggesting on what are the places that he do seek in terms of binary option that do accept Bitcoin payments and these are basing on my experience
yet i have tried binary options before when im still on forex market.

On the thing you do said that binary option is just like betting/gambling then i highly agree to that but somewhat when you do really have that trading knowledge then i can say that
you can have the edge or might be profitable.The high risk here is that you do deal with short duration prediction and into this kind of volatile market then its really hard.

As far as I know, right now, they only have a few trading pairs (I'm not sure), but they meet your requirements  ;) I am not working to introduce their platform, I am just talk about what I know, you can check it out through the links I put above  ;)

It's definitely betting (on price) but risker than the usual day trading. I wonder if it's luck or skill-based betting. Probably luck-based considering that people hardly win it as far as I can tell. Don't know much about it though
