I was debating about making this post until I finally reached a representative at this casino and was told that they would not reimburse me for what had happened…. I have proof this casino is dishonest and removed API functionality to very important buttons that would give the player a fair gaming experience. I hope that this post and my loss will benefit another member and hopefully there aren’t other people who have experienced this.
Anyways here is the story: On April 11, 2020, I experienced a very serious issue with the Live Lightning Roulette Game! From my first deposit, I was unable to “undo” my bets placed when I had a second thought about a number or position of my chips, I was also unable to “rebet” using the rebet option. Imagine playing roulette and being unable to rebet or remove your bets during the allowed time? Crazy Right?! I personally thought that maybe I was going crazy and my luck was terrible that I couldn’t rebet or remove my bets, so I lost my first deposit and got the gambling anger of depositing more.. Not realizing until my 6th deposit that this casino disabled the API Functionality of undoing/repeating bets on roulette game which gave the casino an unfair advantage and a bigger house edge! I decided to make a video with yet again another deposit because I figured out at this point that I was a victim of a online casino scam. I hope that this post is pinned so other users can stay away from or remove their money from bitcoincasinoio. These fraudsters only got 0.14988074 BTC & 11.1926765ETH from me which I hope is reimbursed.  I tried to personally contact them with failed attempts until today which I received the following reply from a representative named Lucus. Background:
I personally gamble weekly and limit my losses to 10-15k, I don't gamble as a source of income. I enjoy gambling when it is a fair game. I'll lose my money but I would enjoy the game and the rush while losing fair and square. The game I was playing on bitcoincasino.io was rigged from the point I made my first deposit that day, this post is mostly for the principle because this was not right. Overall I've been down playing here and I lost fairly and I never had to make a post like this. I suspect they are trying to exit scam or achieve a higher house edge and this is not how you play roulette. Own up to your fraud bitcoincasino.io 🤦‍♂️

If the game was having issues with Undo and Repeat button , then why did you keep on participating in each round plus you also increased the stake. That seemed wierd on your part. You could have just skipped out of the game and come back when fixed.

1:46-1:56 part of the video clearly shows that you went almost all-in but before the round was closing in you tried to undo the bet but you couldn't. Seems like a solid proof looking at the video. Did you tried sharing this video with Lucus?

Of course its shit what happened but :

1. you kept playing so you were "ok" with it

2. would you complain if you would have won?

3. why play anyway if it bothers you so much

Not saying you are wrong but this is for me a clear case of exploiting an error. Its like betting on a ame with wrong odds when you know they are wrong and complain afterwards if it somehow loses.

Well after my first deposit was cleaned out because of a few issues ranging from being unable to remove my bet, it put me in gambling anger to recover the loss without realizing what was going on.
I was also enjoying a beer like always when I gamble which is why it took so long to catch on. I've shared the video with bitcoincasino.io and they don't want to reimburse me for this. It is clear proof in this video.

1. I never had an issue like this with bitcoincasino.io in the past, when i was playing i thought everything was functioning like it always did.
2. How would any gambler win if they aren't able to change their bets? This gave the house a bigger edge and which led me to making more deposits because my game ended quicker then usual. I play for a fair and enjoyable game, I unfortunately did not catch on until the very end which is why I started to record.
3. Why keep playing? To show proof there was a serious issue at this casino. If I'm not mistaken, removing the ability to give players a second thought to change their bets, removes their ability to win.
4. Also do you know how hard it is to rebet by clicking each individual number every single time? You only get 9 Seconds or less, I did not have rebet option and i missed a few winning hands that would lead to me taking a tiny profit.

Yeah, sounds odd to me, he wouldn’t complain if he’d won, would he. I’d suggest that gambling under the influence of alcohol & or narcotics isn’t advisable.

I don't care about winning, I don't gamble to make money, I gamble because I enjoy it and it's fun. But what's not fun is being cheated and how can you make money not being able to change your bets or be able to use rebet option?!? You know how hard it is to click each individual number to place your bet in a short period of time? Use some common sense. Stop trolling because this is clearly unfair to be able to undo a bet, tell me which casino prevents you from undoing a bet on roulette? None.

If there are any mods viewing my topic, it would be great to get a response directly from @bitcoincasinoio team regarding this issue, thanks.

UPDATE: I was able to get a response from bitcoincasino.io on another forum, my case is being investigated, i will keep everyone updated once i get any new information.

This is a small update regarding my case, I've decided to contact the support team today to get an update and was told to resubmit my video which was already available on youtube and provided via email, I've provided a video once again via email which was asked. At this point it seems like they are giving me the run around to avoid reimbursing me for the technical issues i faced on april 11th. I will provide screen shots with the support representative if required. Something that is clearly the casinos fault shouldn't take this long to investigate. The video is genuine and unedited screen recording using quicktime player & show clicks function, the video is in real time with the live host talking as i'm unable to click the undo button. I'm very dissatisfied with the support team on bitcoincasino.io, You have everything you need, now make this right so i can delete my previous posts and provide a new update about our resolution.

Hey Friends,

I'm providing another update, i got ahold of bitcoin casino representative lucas. I was told that my case was investigated multiple times and that the casino does not believe that i should not be reimbursed for my deposits on the day i experienced issues with the undo button which caused me to repeatedly make new deposits. I've presented my case with undeniable evidence, this casino is a scam and anyone who is considering to join, please don't.

I've also contacted the representative and they are still investigating, its very clear bitcoin casino does not care about my case or will ever refund me or anyone in the future if they experience critical issues with the fairness of their game. I'm very fortunate to be wealthy and $4,000 will never hurt me but i will continue to fight this so bitcoincasino takes responsibility because for someone else who is unfortunate enough to experience this same issue... it could cause their livelihood. This is a scam and the crypto community will not stand for this to happen again. My social media platforms will spread the news about this casino and my personal friends who are influencers. Please stop spreading lies, your casino representatives have already said that you have no reason to refund me for my deposits on the day in question. It's very clear you guys disabled the API Functionality of the undo bet buttons which gave your casino a higher edge.

Hey Everyone,

I'm making another update, bitcoincasino.io has still done nothing to make this right, they keep saying that my case is being investigated but its very apparent after speaking to their support team that they don't care about my issue. This casino does not care about their reputation and will rig their games as such so you can't take back bets or have a fair gambling experience. I have not received any email back from them and the only time i got a response is via bitcointalk and another forum. If you gamble on this site, please withdraw your crypto and wait for a further update.

I am with you on this mate. Gambling platforms must be robust and well functional before accepting any deposit from players. Disabling API for certain buttons can give them huge edge in 'Crash type games', if they are providing similar games. They must reimbursed your deposits with some kind of compensation for going through all this.

I appreciate the response about confirming that there was an issue with evolution gaming systems which I was trying to explain this whole month. I’ve noticed that I was not fully compensated for my bets on April 11th that put me in a huge disadvantage on your casino platform. The issue persisted during all my deposits that day and I was only compensated 0.385198900ETH which Is barely 2% of my deposits for the day and does not even compensate me for my losses in the video which I used as evidence to show my issue.

During the first deposit which I lost due to the undo bet not working I contacted the live support and they told me that everything was fine on their end and to simply logout and back into my account which I did. This compensation must be a joke, right? I’ve never had an issue like this playing at your casino and now you refuse to compensate me for my deposits which total roughly 5,000CAD? Compensating me for $110CAD is not something what I will settle for.  I lost 0.14988074 BTC & 11.1926765 ETH On that day and I would like to be fully compensated for my deposits. You confirm that there was an issue and only return $100? This is simply a big slap to my face if you think I would accept this compensation which does not resolve this seriously wrong issue… Also with your support team telling me that I would not be compensated and offering free spins, is this seriously a joke, something needs to be improved? I'm making an update about this serious issue with bitcoincasino.io, they have stolen my crypto unfairly and attempted to "investigate" and now they claim i will be compensated? They compensated me $110CAD from $5178.24CAD!! This is simply a small amount of interest they gained from BTC & ETH prices rising from stealing my cryptos unfairly! This compensation is a joke and does not cover up the fact that they stole from me unfairly due to a serious error with their gaming platform.

We are glad to announce some more additional details related to the issue.
The investigation has really been performed, we contacted the game provider and received a response saying that the reason why the customer was unable to undo/double his bets was Evolution Gaming system malfunction (please, keep in mind - NOT the platform behaviour on Bitcoincasino.io). Which is why the provider agreed to compensate for the malfunctioning rounds only, and the amount was like the player mentioned previously.
The game was also tested on our side, and it was found out that the behaviour of the 'undo' button was not as expected.

So how did you calculate the compensation? I used 1.627129200 ETH deposit in the video proof to show i had an issue when i caught on! If i did not have an issue, i would not be making this post to discredit your casino. All you return is a $100? NICE COMPENSATION SCAM, OLDEST SCAM IN THE BOOKS. Where is the logic? There is proof that the undo button was malfunctioning for me & i should be compensated because the undo button put me at an unfair advantage during my session!

They are refusing to cooperate, neogicate & take responsibility for what happened. They failed to provide proof of how the provider calculated the compensation that i returned back to them because it was a complete bs lie. The provider never finished the investigation yet the casino decided to lie about the outcome to brush this case away for $100. Please take this as a warning: This casino has no compensation fund and is not very liquid in assets. This casino will take months to resolve any case. This casino will lie and cheat you from your money when you least expect it. This casino has not provide honest gambling and will provide games that are rigged with house edge via removing undo bets. If something goes wrong expect to get maximum (brush away compensated scam) free spins or 100$. This casino failed to establish a proper means of communication & was not willing to make this right during any time i experienced my issues. Maybe you should be compensated for the first bet you made that was unable to be 'undone' due to the button not working.  Asking them to return the entire deposit, and also the next 5 deposits you dusted off is ludicrous.

When you made those next 5 deposits, did you really believe they would just give you your money back if you lost since the 'undo bet' button wasn't working?  
Any casino allowing themselves to get free rolled like this would go broke very quickly.  

I was under the impression that the casino was working properly. I have lawyers and either way my money will be returned because the casino confirmed that my game was malfunctioned during the session i was playing. If a malfunction occurred which gave players more house edge over the casino then those funds would be completely confiscated & returned back to the casino correct?

That's not how it works.  You can't just degen away a bunch of money and then say "the button is broken, in fact it's been broken for my last 5 deposits so give them back right now".


Can't decide if you're just trying to get them to pay you something to be quiet or just inexperienced.  Either way, this is a waste of your time.

What I don't understand is why someone, having discovered that a game is broken, continues to play the broken game? ??? Were you expecting it to magically start working again? ???

Surely, if you discovered an issue, would you not just contact support and say "Hey, I think GameX is broken, FunctionalityY doesn't seem to be working correctly"? ??? Who knows, they might offer you a bug bounty...

I did not know the game was broken until the end, i thought maybe i was clicking the undo button to late so i continued to make more deposits & finally i was at the point where i felt something was very wrong and so my last deposit at this casino i decided to do a live screen recording.

I did not discover what was going on until i made the screen recording & watched the video after. I have money & I only gamble for enjoyment. I did not have an issue with this casino prior & overall since i joined i never broke even. Anytime i actually made a profit, i actually gambled it back to give to the casino as a thank you for the great session. This last time i played here was not great because i experienced a malfunction that ruined the fairness of the game i wanted to play. They failed to provide any fair compensation for this malfunction & they are not willing to negotiate.

If i did not record my session on the last deposit i wouldn't have figured out that the undo button was not working. I thought i was just slow at click it or maybe there was an issue with my high speed internet either way i had no intention of abusing a malfunction that takes away the fairness of the game(Theres no way regardless to profit off this because this casino does not provide any compensation). I don't know what kind of gambler you are but i gamble with honesty & integrity because it would be embarrassing if my reputation was damages trying to make a few bucks when I'm already wealthy. This is probably going to be the last time i talk about this topic. I attempted to negotiate a compensation or settlement with this casino & every single time they refused to offer anything & this pretty much got my account banned because i experienced 'gambler rage' for being mad that my game was not working properly. Apparently they can ban you for something like being mad about experiencing a malfunction.. who knew. Anyways i contacted them this week & offered to lower my compensation down to 10% of what i deposited in the day of question & they refused to accept because my account is banned. Ironically they unfairly banned me for getting mad about a malfunction and this is considered having a gambling problem in their words. So it does not seem like this casino is willing to cooperate. This casino was definitely legit a few months back but it looks like they are most definitely doing an exit scam! Please checkout roobet instead as you will not run into any issues & they actually have a compensation fund, bitcoincasino.io does not and they have started to scam their VIP players since march.
