Me and a group of people started working on a new project , a new Cryptocurrency , its purpose is to make charities and donations more transparent , so no more fake charities.

so what is the answer to your question? can someone get a refund if the project failed? how are you going to send those donations to the charities involved? what kind of confirmatory step are you going to show to the public that the donations really went to the respective organisations?

so what is the answer to your question? can someone get a refund if the project failed? how are you going to send those donations to the charities involved? what kind of confirmatory step are you going to show to the public that the donations really went to the respective organisations?
based on the ethereum technology every organisation will have an address and every participant can track his payments and see where his funds are sent. all the funds are on hold by a smart contract until crowdfunding ends .my question is :  in case the crowdfunding you are supporting fails
do you think the participant should get a refund?.

There is an open Scam Accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241422.0) against you for plagiarizing whitepapper of another (scam) project. Care to explain this? And are you the same authors as, now defunct, Covid19coin scam?
