The bets were made on April 2nd and he promised to deliver within a maximum of 14 days. it is now 20 days later and he is not responding or sending the money. I don't think it was a wise decision to keep believe on any of his service. Definitely you didn't took the negative trust (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=1297942) of his account seriously and most probably that's the only reason which brings this unexpected situation for you. Hope you have learned enough from this incident and not gonna make the same mistake in the future.

I got scammed also, but as a colleteral he let me hold onto one of his accounts that had a domain in it. It had his adress in there, big oops on his part. Don't trust any fixed tipster they are all fake.
