Do you have a license to work in China or India?
there are a lot of legal restrictions in these countries and there are no licenses for the platforms?
Is the transfer from the platform account or individual accounts?

We transfer from a company and personal accounts.
In India crypto, trade/exchange doesn't require a license currently.
Didn't understand what losses are you referring to?
Service charges and taxes which BSEIT required to pay, all are included in exchange rates.
You pay your taxes independently, BSEIT do not involve in it and we can't advise about taxes. You need to consult with an accountant for that.

I used this service to exchange between BTC and ETH, the exchange rate was as follows: .1 BTC = 3.33 ETH.
Let's compare it to some platforms. I used bestchange^[1] to make the comparison: you can find deals from 3.7 to 3.4 which is better than you offer, The fees don't matter but the exchange rate, why do I get a low exchange rate?

Don't know if you really used our service or simply scoring points for your Bestchange signature campaign.
You should be more honest while writing the number, exchange rates on the Bestchange is ranging from 3.48 to 2.21.

Exchange rates are not fixed it updates ever 15sec. The price depends on at what price it was bought and available reserve.

All Trustpilot reviews are genuine. We don't need to prove that to you.
If there are 100 users, barely 1 or 2 will bother to leave a review.

You can check our Perfect Money trust score, we are working with them since 2011 and Coinpayments since 2013.

It seems that you misunderstood, the reasons why the user avoids any exchange platforms are exchange rates and trust.

Bestchange is a site to compare exchange platforms with each other and not an Exchange platform, it is more like google for cryptocurrency exchange platforms and you can list your site with it (if you like.)

Now we move on to the point I mentioned, Why your exchange rate is less than a lot of platforms, I have mentioned several platforms that give you higher prices (from 3.7 to 3.48) and I will add some examples away from Bestchange:

It is not just BTC to ETH exchange, but many other crypto/fiat services.

My point: Fees are not important compared to the exchange rate, your exchange rate is less than many platforms, which makes many people avoid your platform.

Can you please explain what is about point number 4, 15 minutes for or while processing the exchanges?

Normally exchange rates refreshes every 15 sec but during the process of order(after clicking “Exchange Now” button) rates will not refresh for that specific order for 15 minutes.

If user fails to make payment during those 15 minutes and exchange rates changes significantly then we may recalculate order according new rates.

some parts of your website is not translated into English language properly. When I clicked on Bitcoin(under Reserve) I found something is written in different language (maybe Russian).
And how I can check reserve funds? You just mentioned that but didn't added proof of it.

Translation for remaining sections will be added in upcoming updates. When a user clicks on reserve it opens a request form in case user want more amount.
You can see all available reserve on home page, don’t know what proof you expecting.

Well, I never saw such "reserve" on any exchange specially on their home page. I mean why you are showing this? If you want to show that than why not add wallet address which has this coins? Or you can use custodian if you are trying to show that you are trusted or for long run.

Well, most of exchanger display reserve in this form may be you confusing exchanger with trading sites. It’s for indication only.
Since we are using dynamic wallet addresses it’s not possible to list all on website. For trust we have reviews and it can’t be built over night.
Then there will people who will always have doubts no reason what we prove them.

I know difference between them and doubt you are new without any office location, team details and with some basic about us page.
You mentioned that you operate from China, India and Europe but didn't mentioned the office location. BTW best of luck with your exchanger site

I was trying to look through the different payment methods under the "you send" and "you receive " section but it's impossible checkout all of them by just scrolling.

We found no issue with currency selection, all currencies are visible in the list.
Possibly you clicked on a currency filter.

On the part I have marked with the red rectangle, If I hover a point above that area, a scroll slider never appears like it should with other websites so that I can scroll through the currencies listed below. Please check and confirm

Edit:

I checked with Chrome and Firefox. The slider appears only in Firefox. Maybe it has something to do with incompatibility with chromium based browsers.
