Hi! as I mentioned I am getting these domains from github educational pack : https://education.github.com/pack so it isn't stolen VCC, account doesn't even has a Payment Method. I just provide it for 1 year, when it passes I can't renew it, if you want to renew it you should link your own CC and renew it. for transferring domains : https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9175/83/how-to-transfer-a-domain they mentioned that you should register it 60 days ago so I think it isn't possible (even if 60 days pass from registration I am not sure if we can or not), sorry for bump :). If I can't transfer the domain to my account, it means nothing to me. Especially when buying a domain from an anonymous person from the internet. I mean, who's handle domain, he is the owner of the business. I don't want to develop something which can be taken by someone from the third side. No I can't renew it since I don't have paypal account. but would it be good if you renew it yourself and keep th domain to your account I can pay for it.
