Hello, You might have heard about exchange scam. Here's another one in this list namely "ExtStock Crypto Exchange".

I've used it quite a bit for airdrop purpose. At the beginning they were a good exchange although they charged high fees but now they've turned into a scam exchange. The main reason is you can not withdraw your assets now. Whenever I tried to withdraw my assets from ExtStock, a warning massages appeared "Security alert detected, please contact support "

So kindly stay away from using ExtStock if you don't wanna lose your assets.


UPDATE

Some people are taking advantage of this exit scam by again making a trap for newbies to be scammed again. Like today someone created a fake and brand new twitter account with username EXTSTOCK SUPPORT.
He is asking people to contact support team via a gmail "extstocktechnicalteam@gmail.com" Such a lame scam try.

Stay away from these type of profiles from any media. They can't give you back your money.



UPDATE 2

A few hours ago they've made a tweet about their token (XT) airdrop. Which will given to their exchange account. This is to scam people again. By this they're just trying to make people fool to use their exchange but in the end what's the benefits if can't withdraw funds.

An hour ago they emailed me about locking issue. They told me that they've found suspicious activity in my account so They asked me a video clip where I should hold my ID documents and speak out today is date/month/year, unlock my ExtStock account xxx@xxx.com.
So my question is how can an exchange found such a huge number of people doing suspicious activity ? This is an another trap so that people send the video clip and they can use it elsewhere.
So my advice would be stay away from them. But if anyone already sent the video clip then let me know if you can withdraw afterwards.

I've never heard of extstock exchange before and even if I have heard about the exchange I can't use such to trade because it's not recognized as a top exchange, stay away from new exchanges or low rated exchanges, they always turn scam in the end

Thanks but as I said I used it for airdrop purpose only. All my assets that was scammed by them was from airdrop.

I am a full time Airdrop Hunter and I've never use that exchange to change my Airdrop tokens for Bitcoin, it's not a popular exchange, people have been warned several times on this forum never to use new exchanges or low exchanges to make trade because they aren't safe

Sad to hear that, although it was airdrop, still has some value and now lost. Wonder if you ask the team behind the airdrop why would they choose that shitty exchange? Ever doubt there could be a foul play between both parties?

As you know most of newbie projects are kind of scam. So they choose such kind of exchange that requires less money to list. So yeah, it's both parties foul play.

Naturally I withdraw my assets instant after exchange. But this time I made a mistake and now lost my 0.353ETH.

Why trade on unknown exchange and why leave your coins to exchange you just broke two rules on keeping your coin safe and now you are paying it with your negligence, I never read of that exchange, it's a low rated exchange and you must not store your coins here, better create a formal scam report on the scam section so people will know and become aware.

I guess a shit scam exchange site will always be like this. It's not your mistake but the exchange site itself has already turned into the scam exchange site.
A trusted exchange site will never block all of funds that owned by the users and this is very similar with bcnex.

Never heard of it but thanks for the heads up. The name "ExtStock" is like ExitStock, they've just removed the I.

I guess you don't have hard feelings for it but you still regret that you have balance there. Sorry for those loss although, it just came from airdrops still, that's still a good amount of spare money.

Thanks for the warning, will safe some newbies who don't know, but next time do not use any exchange to trade or sell coins, we have good list of exchanges on the internet, using Google you will find list of popular exchanges

Mate I always use binance and kucoin and those are my favorite exchange. But for airdrop I have to use that as tokens were listed there and it had slightly more buyer than others. My main mistake was believing a bit. I transferred my tokens here a week ago and exchanged there, keep here my ETH for a week and that's the mistake was from me.

I have learned from this is always withdraw my assets after exchange.

I have never heard of this exchange, but if coingecko had warned them then the activities there are definitely shady. It is important to warn everyone to stay away from this exchange because they will not be able to withdraw money when depositing there.

I have also used it previously for selling my airdrop tokens. But I always withdraw my eth immediately. It's sad the you kept your eth there.

Must you use Exchanges that aren't recognized? You are responsible for your loss, upon all the warning against new exchanges and their scam acts I don't expect any one to still use such exchanges, you've learned a lesson now you will prevent it from happening next time

Maybe at that time, this exchange had not become a scam like at present, now no one can withdraw money from this exchange. Many people have warned about it, it's best not to use small exchanges and never send money into it. Too dangerous

I Know it's too dangerous to use small exchanges as because they might scam. But for airdrop hunters it's not always possible to use known and big exchange like binance.

they can use popular exchange anytime  . Persons use other exchange even its not popular because it will easy for them to use that exchange and maybe there are also other offer that exchange have that's why they use it.


I think its better to open scam accusation in that exchange its proven scam already if many members cant withdraw their balance.

But doesn't change the fact that you have been trick by time and I'm sure you have spend some time as well. Anyhow, another lessons to be learn here, airdrop is also another way for scammers to victimised unsuspecting victims. And @Ridwan Fauzi posted link accusations again them, so I'm not surprised. Thanks though for giving us a heads-up and I do hope that no one will fall for their gimmick or at least no one will just that shady exchange.

extstock exchange does have a negative fee from its users, so many are victims because their sets cannot be pulled while they hold airdrops maybe that is to find victims so that they use it a lot I'm not sure the funds can be returned even though it has been reported to Extstock support.

Be careful choosing the exchange because with the tantalizing airdrop people are always complacent so they forget to find out how the exchange is.

I have also one bad experience as they allow trading in cryptocurrencies without KYC but if you want to trade cryptocurrencies with stable coins or fiat money then you must pass KYC first. I try to upload documents as my $55 USD was stuck due to KYC but failed to submit I contact through support but they said we did not receive your documents so how we can deal it. My advice is faraway from this exchange as they dealing is very bad and the withdraw fee is 100% more than any good exchange. like if you want to withdraw Dogecoin you will pay 2000 Dogecoin as a fee.

Its scam exchange, i have deposited there some crypto(few days ago), to make some profit, they gave me to withdraw small ammount, when i have deposited there once again a bigger ammount, they have block my account str8 away. I can still trade there, but all withdrawals are banned. Im not only one, there is a group of lots of the people in telegram, who have been scamed by this exchange, they are attempting to close it, reporting to the authorities,such as Cyber Crime Reporting Centre, Uk police and e.t.c. Their support replied by e-mail and asked to record a video, with u and your passport, saying your name and date, many people have done this step,but situation do not change, even after one month.
I saw someone send screenshot of many many ETH (~1600 eth) lost there, i dont have much, but it still very dissapointing.

So sad for both of you. I also lost my 0.35 ETH there. Can't withdraw my funds but still can trade.

Thnx for the information. They also asked me to upload video clip but I denied. I have highly doubt that if they use our credentials in elsewhere, so didn't send them my video clips.

Hello, any news about extstock ? I have 24 ETH in my account and I can`t withdraw :) Fortunately i only deposited  0.2ETH ... so, anybody know one way to transfer fund from this enchange to my wallet ? Nobody answer to my emails from 4 days ...
