Hello guys.
I’d like to ask for a help. For more than two weeks, I’ve been experiencing issues in Blockchain wallet. Two weeks ago, I made a coin swap using their interface from USD Pax to BTC. Problem is that it stucked somewhat and now I am unable to use my funds. The wallet is showing me the total amount correctly when I log in, but when I want to send the funds out, I get an error message about insufficient amount of funds. So it seems the swap did not procced correctly and funds are stuck somewhere.
I contacted Blockchain.com two weeks ago on their support page, but no reply at all from them. I also tried importing my 12-word-seed to my Trezor – I can see transactions but not the balance.
Any idea what to do or how to contact them to solve my problem? Thanks a lot.

Be sure you not sending the whole amount of funds you have, so there can be some left for transaction fee.
Try sending amount that will remain some for transaction fee and see what happens

As I know, this is not his case. Although his wallet show the full amount, he can only send out max. few bucks. The rest is somewhere stuck in the coin swap... The problem isn't cause by an insufficient funds for a transaction fee.

I have never used blockchain swap. However, if you can see the tx, you should have the balance too. Can you see only incoming tx or incoming, outgoing both tx?
By any chance, have you created a watch only wallet? It sounds like that. Make sure you didn't start a watch only mode.

Why do you use blockchain.com in the first place when you have a hardware wallet? This doesn't make any sense to me.
However, if you don't see any balance in your trezor but all transactions, this means you have imported your mnemonic code correctly, but simply don't have any funds.
Keep in mind that you should NOT use that seed with your trezor and assume it is safe. You need to generate a new one (on your hardware wallet) Everything else beats the purpose of having a hardware wallet.

Blockchain.com support is the only one able to help you in this case.
And for the future: Don't use web wallets.

By "transactions", which ones do you mean you see? You should have two transactions: outgoing Pax tx and incoming Bitcoin tx. Do you have both coins installed on your Trezor? Maybe the Blockchain interface glitched out and you still have the Pax  ???

In blockchain.info there is another option where you can export your private key and load its public key if I am not wrong. Please try loading the private keys of the wallets. Try it once. Maybe it may work. I have done this when funds do not load and blockchain wallet faces some techinal issues. Has worked for me.

The funds must be in the address, either the initial one or the final one. And you can get the pvt key.

That's only available in the old version, now it's only possible through "seed phrase" (Backup Phrase).
Either import it to other clients or use a tool to extract the address' private keys(s) with balance from it.

@pablomiami instead of importing it to Trezor, use Electrum (electrum.org (http://electrum.org)).
Restore the seed phrase using Standard->I already have a seed->Option (check BIP39),
Select "Legacy" then, change the derivation path into m/44'/0'/1' to load your second wallet (account).

If you have more than 2 'Bitcoin wallets' in "Settings->Wallets and Addresses" of blockchain.com,
create another wallet in Electrum using the derivation path for the third account: m/44'/0'/2', fourth m/44'/0'/3', and so on.

Was this issue solved? I have read most of the comments above. Swap is Blockchain.com’s in-wallet, non-custodial crypto-to-crypto exchange^[1]. It is similar to adding a built-in changelly exchange to that wallet (like exodus wallet.) Therefore, the reason for "stucked somewhat" is due to the confirmation times and fees applied^[2].
Or a sudden change in the exchange rates confirming the transaction.

You should be careful when using that wallet, although it is easy for beginners, it is a buggy wallet, and the support team will not respond to the required ASAP.

The only solution is to contact the support team^[3].


The same reason for using exodus, a wallet that stores coins and provides a way to transfer between USD/BTC/ALT without the need to use a platform or create more wallets.

What kind of a comparison is this ?
A web wallet (blockchain.com) is used to store and transact with BTC.
A hardware wallet is used to store and transact with BTC.

One of them is pretty secure and the other one is one of the least secure wallets. Literally no good reason to store funds on a web wallet when you have a hardware wallet.
