Points to Note
1. Only users from the designated countries who have completed KYC2 verification can participate in the subscription;
2. You are recommended to transfer your OKB to your OKEx Funding Account in advance for the subscription;
3. The subscription is available on both OKEx website and the OKEx mobile app;
4. Each subscription session lasts for 30 minutes. The OKB released from the first session can be used for the second session.

Pretty confusing, the other time I was on Okex telegram channel to get answers on this I wasn't very satisfied, for example, will holding OKB starts counting on that June 17 or before??? I should have get into this if not for lack of better tutorial, waykichain isn't bad at all

Maybe you should have visited the main telegram group of the project intead of going to that of okex, the team of the project should be the ones to provide full detailed information about the ieo process so that those interested should not miss out.
