Giveaway scammers are still active. They try to scam every opportunity. And those who come to the new crypto fall prey to this kind of fake giveaway. Scammers use Youtube to reach more people with their scam intent. So they open fake channels in the name of different brands and promote their scam videos. I hope people will stay away from this scam and will not send their money to scammers.

Comparatively scammer's have much patience than investors and that's the reason why they don't lose their hope after getting caught. Every time the get caught they come with new method of stealing. Its a continuous process and you can't stop them from repeating their activity. All they want is just to make some easy money.

Yes, this is an ongoing battle for us, we report them, scammers youtube channel been taken down, then they waited for couple of days, then start all over again.

But the good thing is that there are members here who share their findings in this board and I do hope that it is enough to remind everyone and not to fall for this  trick and be careful in youtube and other social media platforms today because scammers are using them to target crypto sphere.

Based on my observation people with old channels are just imitating those past scammed giveaways, if you have an old channels you can do a giveaway and just promote or hire promoters, the only way we can combat this by awareness and by letting people aware of this kind of scam, I don't see this coming to end soon, many more will come in so let your friends be aware of it especially the new ones in airdrops.

I can't believe how people are falling on this kind of trap since its happening from long times. The problems is most of newbies search on YouTube how to earn free money and that's why scammers targeting newbies. Perhaps our greedy behaviour is one of reason for such as scam. I don't know why peoples don't wanna believe there is no such as quick money making machine. Thanks OP to create another awareness, seems this kind of fake giveaways are increasing rapidly. Lots of threads has been noticed lately, hope people are learning.

Youtube hacking has been more prevalent than ever because hackers really know that they can make easy money out of it. If I'm not mistaken, this kind of breach has started on the last quarter of last year and still continue up to this day. But yes, youtube influencers should know and practice safe security as they are a target today, specially with thousands of subscribers because once they are hack, criminals will change every information to look like it's legit and so many are falling for these so called giveaways.
