Any idea how can i buy them in cheap rates (I tried flexepin,atms etc they are expensive) And i Don't wanna try bank stuffs like buying with credit or debit card or any bank transfer. They can ask me for tax,if i buy bulk. Is there trusted site who offer cash in person or any trusted groups there who really buy sell btc with real hand cash. Your best bet would be to either look on the Currency Exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) board, or to use a peer to peer marketplace.
