Welcome to bitcoin forum.
Could you add your original post link that plagiarized by baniakash? by adding your original comment link, there will be strong evidence that baniakash has committed plagiarism. One more thing, you can also report about any plagiarism (with proof ofc) in this thread: Report plagiarism (copy/paste) here. Mods: please give temp or permban as needed (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.0).

Yes it's ok and its a must so that we can verify that he is really committing plagiarism because he might be the real owner too since this is an allegation for now. Also provide screenshot/or any form of proof that can prove that you are the real owner of that content on the other forum before we jump in a conclusion here. I will be happy to help you if ever you provide solid proof on this matter.

I'm guessing the post you claim to have made is this one on cryptotalk; https://cryptotalk.org/topic/107162-how-to-keep-your-account-secured/ Both posts are reported to have been posted 22 hours ago on the search engine, based on forum time on bitcointalk, I don't know how timing works on the other forum so I can not tell which post was made first, maybe you can confirm that? And if the other one was made first, except baniakash can prove both posts were made by him/her then it's clear plagiarism

Three out of four posts made by baniakash have been copy-pasted from Cryptotalk. I just reported them with links to original sources.

Below is the only post made by baniakash without plagiarism.

Last 6 months from until now I always follow bitcointalk forum but never register this forum. But today I register this forum because I  need to know some answer about cryptocurrency and trading.
I always follow trading, mining and bitcoin discussions section because these section give us good information and it's very useful for newbie.
If you want to invest and start to trading you should follow this forum.

He followed the forum for 6 months. But doesn't know plagiarism is against rules.

As i see it, baniakash will be permanent ban (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.msg54695698#msg54695698)  for his act of copy paste.

*sigh Another lazy newbie spotted ::). He did a witty move in all fairness but thanks for you acting fast and courageous on raising a complaint. I also reported his plagiarized post so don't worry, he will get a red tag soon.

This is the link. His account name is baniakash
the user you are referring to already: "The End" history, in this forum.
He 'definitely' can't copy / paste your own anymore.

Once a plagiarist will be always a plagiarist, so he will be find soon as he made new account(s)  ;)

100% true.
Once a thief - always a thief.
Once a liar - always a liar.

I reported several members that are non-stop creating new account (after they are banned in forum)
but they are so stupid that they can't learn anything, and they continue to do plagiarism.

One smart guy told that doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results is Insanity (A.Einstein) and I would add Stupidity also.  ;D

A very nice move and quick action taken op, I think plagiarism bot would have blocked him immediately for doing this, Plagiarist will still remain the same, even if she create new account, it would get to no where unless he/she is willing to learn from the forum, adapt to it, and move on

Just to hop off-topic for one second: is cryptotalk.org still active and paying its members to post there?  I figured that shithole of a forum would die as soon as Yobit stopped hyping it up, which they seem to have done.

If cryptotalk is still active, my guess is that there's probably a lot more of these examples of plagiarism, because the last time I visited that site some of the threads were ripped directly from here, and I'm sure there's got to be a lot of cross-posting and content-stealing going on.  This is a blast-from-the-past for my bee's nest of a head.  I hadn't thought about Yobit OR cryptotalk in months.

Once a thief - always a thief.
Once a liar - always a liar.
I believe people can change their ways and would disagree with the above in general, but as far as forum plagiarists go I'd say it's true.  They have no incentive to stop doing what they're doing and they're too lazy to do so even if they had motivation to stop stealing people's words.

Sad you believe this.  Always is an extremely powerful word to use no exceptions.

I will tell you if you believe your post you will always be unhappy.

The reality is some thieves reform and some liars reform.

But I am sure you will post back a denial of your being wrong.

Ohh by the way that is pretty much very close to being plagiarized content.

I think I can find it some where some place if I google it.

Do you think If I found it you would be banned for plagiarizing. Since there should always be no exceptions.

BTW I don't want you to get in trouble for what you just posted.

here is one point

here is the second point

https://www.amazon.com/Once-Liar-Always/dp/B000TPNIS2

I don't consider you to be guilty of anything wrong, but a literal interpretation of the rules as posted here on BitcoinTalk.org would say you are wrong.

I am just saying this to bring the point that absolute belief leads us down a fucked up road.

Crypto talk is still on active and also they hire a new moderator to make sure the cleanliness of the forum and also they are now active on banning users and having useless content which is good to know, also some of the people doing a plagiarism today because they can earn extra income with the use of +good content, as far as I know, is they are giving one(1) talk per react on the thread they created which is a good additional income but still the moderator always make a report to those plagiarism content.

The cryptotalk and yobit today allowed creating a new accounts to their users which is a good thing so many users will make another account and income but still, there is a chance that their platform becomes messy again.

That's a nice catch but am likely to ask is there no other ways that if one is likely to Plagiarised someone post it will detect immediately. Now if you won't have noticed this I guess he will made away with it and secondly will he be punished for this?

Seems the link is not visible anymore, probably I don't know why a Forum Member will do a thing like that to a newbies very bad. And I believe he already knows what he was actually doing at first plagiarising the post.

Yes, a permaban.
Definitely, that would help getting rid some users here that would only spam. High traffic goes in the forum for posting a loy of replies. It will be a waste of time reading replies that are sometimes not relevant to the topic as long as on user could post.

OP has added a good deed on spotting this plagiarist. Keep it up OP.

They've stopped paying in Bitcoin and now have 'Talk' which is their own shittoken. There will also be a three month wait before you can withdraw this modern economic miracle so I expect that forum to be a twitching stiff within a very short time indeed. It was born dead anyway.

I can prove you wrong. Take Lauda for example (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.msg54469714#msg54469714). I could also give other such users who have stopped plagiarism but they got banned for their past mistake so that's irrelevant.
