Nice catch they are using an old script traffic rank is very low I did not even check the domain information but we can easily tell that it's just been launch, I'm 100% sure that nobody will fall for this, it's not how a good exchange announce their exchange even if they posted that
there is No verification and the limit is high Per day 15k limit, I don't think it will attract, the guy may come back and create another thread so this will be a reference.

No verification and the limit is high Per day 15k limit
Basically from this note we can concur something fishy is going on, very suspicious.

Thanks for additional information,, but one more question.
No one of members are painted him? How it's works?
Maybe some DT didnt noticed it yet. But you can create a flag to the scammer's profile to create warning to some users about his modus scheme. Also you can improve this thread by adding more evidence about it.

Ive seen this method before, Im sure some are aware already of this but a warning is always appreciated. Thanks for making this post OP.

It's scam and Unacceptable. I have tagged the profile and raised a flag, you can support it; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2166

usdexchanger.com was probably built by him to trick users and then scam them.
I do hope the latest exchanges are just figure and not actual people who have been scammed. What's where is the transaction timeouts and the never ending processing  ::)

I also check the IP address to see if it has some red flag on virustotal:

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ip-address/104.27.140.30/relations

So definitely, that site or the people behind that exchanges are not to be trusted.

Another profile connected to the scammer; USDEXCHANGER LTD (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2736262)
So Bitcoin2cvvvvc (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2729436) decided to use the other profile's Announcements to circumvent the red trust left on his account

Support Newbie/guest flag on USDEXCHANGER LTD: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2200

No, this website is a scam apparently and blacklisted on RatesGuru (https://rates.guru/). I found many red flags on the web. From offering a bargain price to exchange money to arbitrage as a scam method to rip off folks.
Despite it has been promoted here and there, there are too much people complaining about it.

I’ve also checked a few exchanges and the best rates are Exactly as you say.

This bitexchanger.live is a scam site. The net is blocking it totally. I would say there has been some major scamming go on and victims have been active trying to remove this site.

Yeah this is totally a scam method of earning money. It's sad to see these dirty tricks being advertised in adbtc and other ptc sites. Earning money isn't as easy

OK thanks. It did appear too good to be true. Some arbitrage opportunity is possible, but this massive difference ! Do you know if it acts as a Ponzi, making you earn at first, then when you send a bigger amount, runs with it ? Or does it run with your first deposit ? Not that I'm going to send anything...

From what I understood from the different comments on the web, you get ripped off at your first attempt. There is no free trial offer ;D
It appears the person opens another website as soon as the previous is labeled as a scam on search engines. While looking at it I figured he created at least 3

I see. I can almost respect old Ponzis I participated in, at least for a couple of tries you did get back money, because they were "real" Ponzis so you had others believing in them, then it stopped. I could have exited a winner if I wasn't so greedy...
