This time all the world market are in crises and also the crypto market but as my predictions that this time crypto market will make a great bull in the market becasue so many countries will soon legal the Bitcoin in their countries and the investment will start in this way in the crypto amrket so much fast.

If it crosses 15k then I think it will be enough for this year. BTC has already suffered the price because of the epidemic and other financial crises. The market looks stable for now and hope this will be work as support and price will go up from here. But we can not predict the future so other people may not agree.

If you see the trend on the graphs you can see the new ALH doesn't happen the same year of the halving, i think the new ATH will be in 2022... and for that time we can expect something like $100k each coin.

The year is not over yet so maybe, hopefully it could touch the highest price but I do not give conclusion on this, because as we all know BTC is very volatile and has unpredictable movement. We are seeing BTC going up but no knows it will drop later in the year. Let's just enjoys what BTC has offer for now and do right decision in order to take advantage of the situation. Since, BTC is moving upward holding it may give extra profit for us in the coming months.

i personally don't like speculating like this too much focusing on the past performance but if we were to do it, last halving was mid 2016 and the bull run started in 2016 and ATH was in 2017.
this halving was in mid 2020 and it should end up with ATH in 2021 not 2022!

so far the trend feels the same with the huge drop of the nearly same size as 2015, the recovery that slowly followed and now we are in beginning of 2017 where the rises has to start.

We can't exclude any version there cause we have a lot of arguments on both side. Personally I think it will reach it's all time high and even surpass at the end of 2020 or in the begining of 2021, like it happened previously.
At the same time we don't have to forget that bitcoin kept regular 9k price during this pandemic and despite the fact of a lot of pessimistic predictions and expectations, I would say that bitcoin rised.

If we consider what I mentioned above and add another fact that bitcoin hit 11k right now (doesn't mean much but still...) and people have positive feelings in overall because of past experience from previous halving, I think this will happen and bitcoin will rise like phoenix.

Is there any proof to validate your statement? In 2020 none of the government is going to concentrate on the cryptos because they are in economical crisis so they have to do lot of things to get recover from it.

If the current trend keep continues then new all time high for bitcoin is possible but I am not sure that how long this trend will follow so don't wanna comment about the all time high of 2020.

I'm more concerned with price sustainability than the highest peak reached. During the previous ATH the price peaked at almost $20k at the end of the year, however the average price throughout the year was much lower than that, and the price quickly plummeted after that.

So far this year we have witnessed increased stability, registering the highest annual average price. If we can have slow organic growth Bitcoin could attain and maintain high peaks, rather than a rinse and repeat profiting.
Of course, there has to be drops after spikes due to speculation and panic sellers (who fear a price drop),  but if this correction is not too wide, it would be a huge positive and could lead to more adoption of bitcoin.

If you are having a pool to this, I have to choose $25,000 because there is no other option below that.

TBH, I won't be more optimistic this time as the reality that we can make such surge and reach to ATH again year due to the economic troubled situation. We saw an uptrend momentum by now but that is a far to reach at $33k even that $25k. I know that the market is unpredictable and all seems to be possible but we also have to know the capability of it and seeing there is no such huge change in the market resistance. However, I was looking forward to see it in a bullish market next year.

Still this is possible but if you will look at the historical data of Bitcoin and its movement after its halving, the pump happened the next year and not the same year as the halving happened.

In short, there is a higher chance that the ATH will be reach around next year or maybe 2022 but higher chance that it will happen next year since that is its price movement in the past 2 halvings. Even the lowest price that you've predicted which is $25,000 is a bit optimistic for me and the fact that people are suffering right now globally because of the pandemic can affect the price too since most of the investors doesn't have any money to invest with.

2022 means a large time gap from the present. Upon the same what's been stated as the price for 2022 can be reached. There is a big expectation for the year 2020. Everything got collapsed with the pandemic that happened all around. Based on the same the price can't be expected to reach high. The gradual growth as now can happen throughout this year, which is good for the market.

It's because we're already in the bubble that time, so after reaching ATH, the bubble then are burst and next come the bear market.

I believe the March-August rally is a Wave 1 in a new impulsive bull market. I expect this wave to top out somewhere in the $12K-$17K range sometime in the next several weeks. Then comes a multi-month bearish correction (Wave 2). Summer 2016 is one example.

Time is always difficult to guess but with all that in mind, I think BTC will be nearing its ATH in early (possibly mid) 2021.

If we will see a fresh new wave of investors, then we might see all time high this year. But it's not always the case, we are still in the pandemic and we might see more retail investors reluctant to join because the price is already too high for most of them.

So I'm banking of institutional money, however, it seems that they have accumulated during the bear cycle. I'm don't know where you get the idea that bitcoin will be legalised by countries argument. Bitcoin is a free market, no one can stop it or even ban them. So I'm leaning towards not seeing all time high in 2020. The market is still immature to push the price to that levels. And we really don't know what or when will be the next bubble. But in 2021, we're going to see how everything will fit the puzzle.

No one can say exactly which target Bitcoin will go to. It all depends on the market. But if we check the history of Bitcoin we will understand what is actually happening. BTCUSDT Monthly Closes Above 10900 Since Dec 2017 which will give more confidence to the traders. But I think here, you still need a lot of time to achieve any of target. The market does not move forward without correction. For some reason, creating hype in the market does not mean bull market started. Since I am a long-term bitcoin holder, I am not overjoyed at the temporary price change in the market. I will make more observations of the market before I make any kind of decision.

In reality we can't predict the Bitcoin so I expect it can reach 15k to 17k USD. Once it will reach my prediction I am happy to start the next year booming. Already many countries are slowly accepting the Bitcoin so we expect more growth on further day.

Well, I don't know how much bitcoin price will be because we already touch $11k, and it still needs more time to increase and touch $12k and the other high price. It could be possible to break that price if many people want to buy bitcoin so that the price will go up and down many times. I don't expect to see the bitcoin price will increase so high because the conditions now still can not be predicted, and I prefer to follow where the price will move.

Why are the options so high? I mean don't get me wrong any of them could hit but at the same time not all of them could happen neither, we don't know so I would suggest having more options if you ask me. Like for example just say 10-15k , 15k-20k, 20k-25k, 25k.. and so forth that way people could pick a lot better. I would say somewhere between 15k and 20k would be realistic and honestly I am betting on that with my money right now.

I have bought a lot lower but I am not selling right now and taking my profit, if the price goes down that means I could have profited 2x but failed to do so because I believed it would go up yet failed, but if I am right and the price goes over 17-18k that means I am going to 3x instead of 2x and that would really pay off very well for me.

Seconding that partially but I believe the reason behind the high prediction is due to the recent movement of the market. You can blame them for been very optimistic, even you predicting between that price range is as a result of your been optimistic too but their's more high probably due to some factors best known to them.

2020 mightn't get us to the previous all time high but it'll definitely set the ground running for 2021 bullrun and hopefully 2021 will be friendly generally, unlike all the crisis 2020 brought. The best I think we can get from the bitcoin bullrun is $18k but I stand to be corrected when the unthinkable happens and bitcoin surprises everyone by outperforming it's all time high.

Agree, it depends on the current demand for Bitcoin in the market. Also, sometimes relies on the positive news related to the Bitcoin. Once there is bad news, it may destroy the bullish suddenly. So, the prediction of the next target to reach by Bitcoin in the near future can change anytime if there is something to trigger it.

This must be noted by all people. It is much better to do our own research and don't depend on the prediction channels or even the expert's saying. There is no prediction with 100% accuracy in crypto prices. The volatility makes Bitcoin or altcoins to be hard to predict. In addition, in some cases, some people or even popular people have a certain purpose in predicting bullish of Bitcoin price. 

There is no limit for bitcoin and 15K is not a big target compare to what we are witnessing these days, the pump in the market. I think if this continues we may see 20K in this year and even 25 K is possible because as we go higher there will be no or less resistance.

You are way too optimistic.I think that 15K USD is the absolute top for the Bitcoin price.
The current price increase kinda lost momentum and there might be a price correction back to 10K USD(which isn't something bad).I'm expecting big Bitcoin price bubbles to happen in the next year,due to the massive quantitative easing and fiscal stimulus packs.

Really? What countries to be exact? I would like to know hihihi. But you know what, actually I doubt many countries will adopt in this time of pandemic. You know, even the rich countries are having a hard time to survive and continue their usual businesses so what more for the smaller countries unless they're not affected by covid.

Hmm, what I'm feeling is non of teh above. Yeah! We're experiencing a pump season lately but this is not yet a sure sign that we are now heading to bull run. Besides, we are now on the 3rd quarter of the year thus btc price no longer have plenty of time to reach those prices. Maybe next year, let's see :). (but $100k seems ideal at this moment)

I love your optimism here but with the lack of analysis you have backing up your claims I think that you are just assuming things even your assumption in the world markets is wrong as S&P 100 has officially recovered from it's price dump. If you are assuming that the legality of Bitcoin is the only obstacle here for Bitcoin's bull run than think again. Majority of the countries we have are at least accepting cryptocurrencies in their country yet it didn't trigger any kind of bull run so I think legality here is not the catalyst that we are looking for but instead mass adoption or any kind of real type use where a considerable number is using crypto not only in trading but as means of payment.

In this world crisis, Bitcoin is doing far better and even we can dream for a new all-time high this year. I thought this year we Won't see the better market for Bitcoin because of Covid19, but the halving effect seems working for Bitcoin and Ethereum also doing well, so, I am optimistic to see Bitcoin at 25K USD within the next 5 months, though I won’t be sad if it Doesn't hit, because we have the whole 2021 for that!

I could see a "Cause and Effect relationship" by now. From Fiat to digital transformation, it was a huge market innovation that makes people to adopt crypto at this pandemic and encourage people to get in. I know that most of us are shocked to see how the market it surges despite of the current situation but likely it was a positive result from a massive market adoption. Then it has to think a sustainable market growth if the crisis will go farther but I wasn't very optimistic with the market to reach beyond $20k.

The price actually goes up in a way but it has been stopped for a while, that means we are back to bull mode. Normally a regular increase that we do not call (not all increases in prices are bulls) stops after one move, like let's say it goes from 9k to 11k and stops that is not a bull, that is an increase, but if it goes from 9k to 9.5k one day, next day 9.5k to 10.3k and nex.. continues like that constantly, that is a bull run. That is why I believe right now we are living in the perfect example of a bull run and I believe we are going to go up even beyond the ATH very soon.

I still wouldn't buy from here, why would I risk it when the price went up when I could have bought when its cheap, but that doesn't mean I believe it will go down, that is just a principle I have in trading world.

We can't specifically predict how much bitcoin's price at the end of this year. It could be pass through the priviois all time high $20.000 or below that price. Or even, the price of $20.000 can be reach before the end of this year like in september or october. Because if we see the current price movement when good sentiment ongoing to increase $1000 just need a few hours.

Just focus on your intention, I mean when you have been predicted that bitcoin price will touch another all time high you may need to prepare. Buy bitcoin as much as bitcoin as you can and hold it until the high price that you have predicted is reached. Also, I agree for those who says don't just follow the other people's prediction even if it's an expert, they could be wrong. Don't forget to set management risk, bitcoin's price is highly volatile you may lose your money in several times.

Right now everything looks to be going great, I believe there is a chance that bitcoin could definitely reach a new high level if it continues like this. Do not be fooled by the drop because corrections always happens during the big increase periods, look at the $20k period and how it got there, there were multiple times when the price went down a bit before it reached $20k so that means that we are still on the right path.

Now that doesn't mean we will reach there but the potential and the outlook looks to be like bitcoin will reach those new highs. I'm not so convinced that Bitcoin will go so high. Everything is looking fine when price is  on the rise but don't forget how easy that can change. Just think how long it took for price to get over 10000$ and that still doesn't mean it will stay there. At the moment we don't have so smooth and continuous growth so I don't think that 15000$ is easy target.

The most realistic price or that will come close id $25000 based on how the price move within a span of three months the movement is slow but stable if nothing big is happening or no big news coming in we are lucky if it jump to $25000 but hoping that it will move up further even if we are in pandemic.

I think the same thing as you. Perhaps, the price will be ranging at $25k-$50k in these situations, and in the next year and the rest, perhaps, we will see less than $100k. In the next halving, we might have seen the price at more than $50k-$100k or even higher, but the market can decide itself without notice, and we can only wait for what will happen with the market.

If bitcoin price can jump to $15k in a short time, and the price still increases to $20k, I think that will be a good sign for us because we will see another new ATH this year or next year. We will have the possibility to make a lot of money from bitcoin, and we also can make a profit from altcoin.

It is really hard to tell. Recently, there was a sudden increase in its market price and the majority thought it would be already the start of a bullish season for Bitcoin and other cryptos. But again, its price stopped at a certain point.  Its ATH is around the $20,000 mark and I think the gap is just that big and won't be easily covert by temporary increase in its value, for a short period of time.

So if ever this year, with doubts, will be again a year wherein cryptos would go "up", I think it is too early to conclude for this year. Its mrket value could climb in  sudden, or go down. Who knows? So if you are planning to invest, think twice and be ready.

achieving the $15-20k level this year will not be easy. but the possibility is always there. if you want to invest in bitcoin, you have to ask yourself if it will be for short term or long term? you can also get profit even in short term trading. just exercise the simple rule of trading - buy low, sell high. dont be greedy, as it will mess up your plans. as long as you are on the positive side. youre good to go.

It will reach high price in 2020 of course but whether it is a new all time high or not I am not sure. But I would already be very happy and fulfilled if Bitcoin will close this terrible year with its price closing at around $17,000.

Forget about the $33,000, $50,000, and $100,000 for now. They will come later.

I think we will not have an ATH this year.

The price is quite good in terms of movement these days but with some people here needing some profits they can use to sustain themselves withva long low price in the past months, it may just go back and forth from high and low. As I said 4 to 5 digit price.

We might reach $20K but I doubt it will be much better than that.

Halving does effect bitcoin price a bit but people are overreacting on how much it does, by the looks of it miners didn't cared about the fall of their rewards because they could just spike up the transaction costs. Many places now charges you about 5-10 bucks just to withdraw your money because the miners are charging the same amount of bitcoin they used to while bitcoin price goes up and they even charge more to make it very quick as well.

So, basically they are not worried about "lack of income" from the halving, because they found another method they could make their money hence why halving didn't change the price like we all imagined it would. In any case we should be looking at somewhere between $15k-$20k if you ask me, I am not expecting something huge.

Oh that's more realistic than thinking of that high range and be disappointed whenever you see the downfall comes your way.

Predicting the value of this coin is everyone's desire, there are lots of experts and speculator who are trying
to sort things up and predict the range where bitcoin will proceed.

Closer price from the last time ATH and then next year will double would be an interesting movement.

I think its set for a pullback near term, its rising on lower volume then previously which I'd guess makes it less stable.   I've seen some dramatic charts that predict it will gain alot on a macro basis but my argument with that is year to year predictions allow alot of leeway for price variance and time for trend to occur.

Last week was ok volume but the week before that was below average and we'd been low volume for a while before this latest break through.    I actually believe BTC touching a high in 2020 represents a negative, in terms of price stability and its growth long term its better if it coils up in a stable manner not parabolic which ends up being viewed retrospectively as a spike.

It won't be possible for us to see bitcoin price rally between the price you predicted this year. Albeit the market looks bullish, but the price of bitcoin won't exceed above $15k this year, due to the global pandemic affecting the world's economy.

In an unexpected time period the market reach its all time high value. After reaching the peak value, the reason was connected with the halving that took place an year ago. Considering similar growth pattern, this time I believe the market will make its new ath value by the falling year 2021. Same will be the year for ethereum in my personal view.

Dreaming is a very good thing because you don't pay tax, but the reality is showing us that it is impossible to reach $ 25,000 this year because look at the month we are in and look at how many months are left until December, we are talking about 4 months left until December. even if the price is now $11700, we still need to break $13000, something very difficult in my opinion. If we are more realistic I would say that $ 15,000 for 2020 is already very good

I am sure that will happen soon, no matter if it will happen this year or next year because bitcoin price still trying to break every high price level. If the price breaks the new ATH in 2021, then we still have much time to earn more and more bitcoin, and I think we can make more bitcoin by trading bitcoin pair altcoin since the altcoin increased. But we need to search for the right coin and analyze it, so we can have the chance to make a profit. The bitcoin price will break $12k soon because we almost touch that price, so we need to be more patient to wait.

with the rate of increase I'm about to believe it will really go beyond the ATH this year alone. if every week its breaks another resistance, it will likely go $20k before the year end. just something that i'm just speculating but probably $25K at the most conservative prediction.

whats fuzzy though is that its only BTC that kept rising and altcoins are just not. there will be mini bulltrap along these pumps.

That is, when we continue to build on a bullish signals. But it is not, we need some pullback so I'm leaning towards around $15k this year.

Some major altcoins are also rising, check Eth right now, it's about to break $400. But as far as hitting it's ATH, it is still far but at least they are moving in the right direction this 2020. So 2021 is the year wherein we might be in for a big surprised specially BTC.

I feel like people are making this out to be a bit more difficult than it is, reaching 20k was done once before and I know it hasn't happened in 3 years or so and that is why people are acting like they are not going to see it ever again but that is just overreacting, it has happened once before and so it could happen again and do it very quickly as well.

However just like the last time, we could have a pullback after reaching the ATH prices but this time around I think we will have a higher highs and higher lows as well.

In my opinion bitcoin will touch about $15k.

I doubt in this higher prices this year, higher than last ath. We can be happy with this price now, just to stay at this levels for the next year. If this is a new bottom, over $10k that should be a great thing for all of us and the rise that waits us in the next year.
When you look at the charts feom16/17 you can catch some similarities with what we have now. Just numbers are higher, and if we judge by the charts from history we will see some significant rise next year.

Have you check the gold price currently? Its price now has touched its new all time high and traded above $2030 now, it means there will be many people who will spend their money to buy gold.

I know some information about stimulus from US governement and if this stimulus has been sending for US citizent then we will see the volatility price, pointed out that many people now are aware against investing.

But I have no confident if many people in US especially will spend their money into bitcoin since just a few person who knows bitcoin there. So as most people will choose gold and another safe heaven asset to storing their money  in this pandemic situation yeah maybe a few of them choose crypton currency.

I'm excited to see how the market behaves next year, one year from halving. I'd never disclosed such magic coz everything could be possible but this year 2020, I agree with you that it never looks like that. Maybe we are lucky if we can reach and hold that $15k this December because we know the pandemic crisis, it hugely affects the global market and it holds people not to spend their money in investing and buying Bitcoin. Even though we can't assure that it will finally be gone next year but hearing those vaccines coming it's likely to inspire us to see this over.

If there's a chance it will touch a new high, I would choose the lowest on the choices, for a very simple reason that I don't want bitcoin to dump even more because it will correct when it's overvalued due to FOMO.

So my answer to that question is yes, it's possible if... pay attention to the word if.. if bitcoin remains bullish and altcoins will have the same behavior.

with the pandemic not yet over, it's hard to see a new ATH this year. but bitcoin performance in the last couple of weeks is already astounding. as we are nearing 12k, further increase is on the way. the price levels mentioned by the OP are really high imo. we need to be realistic so our actions will be realistic as well and not regret whatever decisions we made in terms of investments.

^^ Makes sense but also BTC is not centred on an economy as such, its an exchange of value system thats outside the traditional Dollar bias.   I dont want to see economic pullback, poor health & deaths with overspending but the sum total is weak currency which on balance benefits BTC.    This rise since March has been way too strong already not to observe crypto is gaining some benefit in its ratio to weak Dollar standards and FIAT currency generally.

A high price in dollars is possible because the dollar is worth less in 2020 then 2017, so nominally we can see a higher number if currency flow allows it and enough value comes this way.

I agree that firstly if it ends up 10k above in this year we have achieved the first thing. Secondly now it is testing 12k range just like how it was 10k which could not break for few months. So if it can cross and stays above this levels then we can see it can be above 12k range by end o f2020 which would be the very good thing.

To be honest, I'm not fond of prediction thing though but anyway, I don't think BTC would be able to reach new ATH or even hit ATH within this year 'cause I don't see any thing that would trigger it or any favorable circumstances. But you know, I'm kind of surprised, because despite the situation/problem everyone were facing right now, still, market display positive movement.

I give it little chance for Bitcoin to reach $25 in 2020. There will be huge resistance at $20k. We have 4 months left of this year.  I would not be surprised if we dont even touch $20k.

It is hard to predict the bitcoin price next year. This year I think it is possible to reach $20k but it will require a lot of pump which isn't obvious until now. The resistance is quite solid around $12k!

It's possible it's still 50/50 because of the pandemic we are in if we are not in the pandemic I can confidently say that the price can reach another all-time high, but since we are in I have a small doubt but I'm hoping we can reach another all-time many will be happy because we have been in a very long bear market.

Compared to last year, bitcoin wasn't so bullish, and last year the economy is good, no pandemic, everything is normal, but this year could be the worst year since everyone is affected but it could be a good year for crypto based on the way bitcoin move.

Who would have thought bitcoin will be bullish after a big dump this year?
In fact, we already reach $12k though we didn't stay there but bitcoin is now continuously breaking big resistance.

Everyone could make a guess but I believe there is something big we can expect this year, and that is a new ATH.

A few months ago bitcoin had been consilidated for three months to pass $10.000 barrier. At that time bitcoin had been traded at the range of $8.800-9.700 but after that when the trader believe bitcoin could reach $10.000 its price has been reached and until now bitcoin's price still showing in uptrend movement.

It could be like that, when we (trader/investor) believe that bitcoin can pass the privious all time high $20.000 actually when the price reach $20.000 we will be easy to find another all time high in the short term pariode. We just need a time and also the sentiment market that can lead to the bull run.

I don't really think that we would be seeing any new ATH in this year.
I think the highest that we could get would be around $15-17K  and we should really be happy when we reach it for me it would be a huge achievement in crypto again.

People are forgetting the fact that bitcoin technically doesn't have anything that keeps it low or high, it is only the people who buy and sell that matters and whatever they think is the price will be the price. Which means in a month we could have bitcoin over 50k, or we could not see that at all as well like we haven't seen that price in bitcoin history.

So, it is always possible to see a huge price for bitcoin but just because it is "possible" doesn't mean that it will happen like that and people would be all buying bitcoin like crazy to increase the price without a stop. So, I think the sensible price range right now is 15k-30k levels if bitcoin goes up, but it may not happen as well if people do not agree with me, I have already bought so mine could be just wishful thinking as well :D.

We are all wishing into those high digits but we should always consider to be at least realistic on what we are presuming because price cant really reach that high if demand wont really be that high
compared into that 2017 bubble.Yeah its hard but we know that theres a possibility and its just too far off for someone to talk about 100k price in 2020.For 2020 then 13-15k would be ideal but if
price would break into much higher then it would be the better.For now the thing we can only do is to wait up and if you do able to buyback into those low prices in previous months then
patience would really be the main thing to be tested on.

it's holding good. Little higher price, and we can be satisfied with Bitcoin performance for this year. It's good to open the next year

We can only speculate about what's going on in the market, but don't really know which way the market is going, sometimes the crypto market goes upside down on what many people say.

Could it touch the high price? It definitely could but the stagnant situation we have in bitcoin right now doesn't really feel like it is going up any time soon, buyers already bought and they are waiting, since they are not buying a lot anymore the sellers are taking over once again slowly, it is not a big take over right away but unless we get some more buyers the price can't handle this sell pressure forever.

You have to realize that bitcoin price has to go up as quickly as possible, if it doesn't and becomes a bit undecided that means sellers will creep back out and sell more to drop the price, which would help people who short and have high leverage as well so there is a big reason to keep pushing it down. I am not sure which way it will go but we need a push from buyers once again.

The market is holding back the price of above 11500$ as yesterday it had gone low till 11150$ and bounced back from there. It rose till 12k but again fall back a bit and trading somewhere near 11600$ now. So, it seems for now this is the price range where bitcoin is finding its resistance. It would be best if it can continue to stay above the 11500$ for long time.

Most likely, the closest goal is for it to reach $ 33k, but that may take a little longer, if everything goes at its own pace without suffering a similar fundamental such as Covid-19, this movement may occur more. fast, however the problem of the world economy can make the movements of investors lean towards gold and Bitcoin, it is something subjective, because everyone wants to safeguard their money.

Hopefully the price will continue to go up and test those high levels. I am not entirely sure which direction we will go to however it looks like bitcoin price didn't fall that further down, which means the buyers are not allowing the price to drop too much, which is a great indicator that there is still bullish increase in bitcoins future if you ask me. Obviously we can never know that for sure because anything could happen, however it is something we are definitely hopeful about, at least I am.

With some corrections and buyers keeping the price up, we could totally aim higher for the next bull run when the price goes up, at least at that point we will know that bitcoin price has a strong support and won't fall down too much.

for now, I am pretty sure that bitcoin prices could exceed $ 13k or $ 14k by the end of the year, some predictions even say that bitcoin prices could go as high as $ 15k. The retracement of the bitcoin is good because the volume also decreased and it only means that it is a bullish sign. The consolidations in the daily chart are also good thing because the longer the consolidation the better as long as the trend will not become a sideways. Look at the support of the bitcoin, it is always holding which means that the demand in that area is pretty strong. Let's see if there will be a breakdown or breakout that will happen.

I don't see that bitcoin will touch the value you said for the end of this year, my prediction is that bitcoin ability will be able to touch $ 15K only, but it will likely go up high in the next year. This is based on the halving that has been passed in two periods, that after the halving, only a year later there will be a sharp increase.

Even we are in the middle of coronavirus crisis, bitcoin is still improving and becoming more stable after bitcoin halving was occured that bitcoin have already reach it's price to $12,000. So there is a chance for bitcoin to reach $15,000 before the end of the year of 2020 because a lot of people are now holding and buying more bitcoin.

Bitcoin price may still increase this year but not to the point that it will goes too high. I don't think that these Pandemic can bring bitcoin to set new ATH, either the DeFi hypes or the shifting of some economy into legalizing bitcoin. While these reasons can bring more increase but not enough to fully reached a new ATH or what OP prices mentioned. Will see upto what amount BTC will set it's record this year.

Price of the bitcoin is growing so quickly. We can hope that bitcoin will cross its best price. At the end of this year, bitcoin should hit $20k.

The bullish trend is still continuing where this pumping seems like it will continue, yeah investors will not be bitcoin falling again because this is the peak where it will reach ATH again I think the supply will continue to increase with the current market conditions so whatever the indicator is, it is clear an increase bitcoin will continue to roll forward.

Maybe at this point in time it will still be holding below 12k but from the end of the year we will see how important it will be to see the increase happen again. Trust me

I think the clearest choice there is is to wait and see and hope for the best because no matter how much we talk about it here, bitcoin will do what bitcoin will do and there is really nothing we can do. Do not get me wrong people buy and sell and that decides what bitcoin will do however "we" as in people on this forum or at least on this topic do not have enough power to change bitcoin and make it go anywhere without hurting ourselves (or even change it even if we are willing to lose money) because we are poor and not whales who can do that.

So, I would say that the best thing we could do right now is to just focus on what is going on at the current situation and just try to trade or invest according to NOW instead of looking that much ahead.

The above prediction is too high so IMO once bitcoin price reaches $15k this year there's a possibility it could go higher than that. The trend right now on bitcoin still continues but the fact is we're not certain what's the highest price could attain this year. If this will further increase we will see the highest price by the year 2021, so still hopeful that bitcoin would not experience the outbreak and plummets again yet everything is possible. So still the price is really surprising for this year.

Honestly I am feeling like there is a chance that the world will get this corona thing once again and will get a lot worse. Look at people during this period and you will see that they are not really careful enough. I do not understand the "we can't stay inside for a year!!" argument, well maybe not a year (which should be done if that is what is required) but we were at home from middle of march to late may, after June people started to go out a bit and by the end of June we were all outside (yeah me too I accept).

I have seen so many people maskless or just wearing the mask on their arm because you know how you can get the virus from arm... idiots. So, basically with schools starting as well, we are 100% going to see a lot more death once again after September and this winter. That means price could actually go higher once again.

I believe that you were right about common sense, since it is common sense that today largely guides investors and other users of cryptocurrency. There will no longer be such situations as in 2017, because in my opinion everyone will be guided by clear rules and arguments.

But in my opinion, bitcoin won't hit more than $25k in this year. Though bitcoin has a good value now, but it is not possible to reach $30k+ logically if we analysis it.

We still have 4 months left before year end of 2020. I don't think $25k is reachable this year probably next year there’s a high chance in my opinion. Yes this is what we observe the movement of bitcoin is really positive so hopefully this time will soar high again.

Bitcoin already touched 12K this month and it can easily double to 24K by the end of December. As bitcoin prices will move up there will be more hype and less resistance, hence bitcoin may pump hard once it crosses 15K and above.

I agree in 2021 if we are going to follow the route of 2017 the last time bull run happens, 2020 is preparation for the next all-time high that we are hoping, I already commented on a post that Bitcoin will likely reach the $15 k level and $15 K is good preparation for another all-time high this coming 2021, even if we are in a pandemic stage.

I don't think so that in 2021, bitcoin will hit its all time high price. It needs some more time to hit best price if we think about current situation.

Bitcoin block reward halving would have been a driving force for the bitcoin price if the same situation was present 1 year back, for now it isn't the bitcoin block reward halving, it is something else. It can be due to the DeFi tokens that are attracting so many investors and once they are done with their investment in the DeFi tokens then they have to keep their money safe in a safe heaven and it is always better to keep your money in bitcoins than in any other token. It can also be the stock market money coming in cryptocurrencies as already stock market is in profit and bulls are really driving up the prices so the excess money is coming in cryptocurrencies.

2020 is only 4 months away and in the last few weeks Bitcoin price has been moving steadily around $ 11k.  I just predict Bitcoin will not make all-time ATH in this year.  next year Bitcoin is sure to set another ATH record, maybe over $ 25k..

I doubt if $25 k is still attainable we are four months away and the movement is not really changing the paced is slowly, we all want to have another all time high as a gift for us during this pandemic but we must accept what we are seeing in the martket, our only consolidation is we are headed with a lot of hope this 2021.

Maybe not this year but if it pumps at $15k probably there's a chance. $25 was too high to achieve right now looking on the movement right now makes me doubt to make it. Though the use of cryptocurrencies is now being somehow encourage due to the situation we were right in, still this won't be enough.

Defi reminds me of a very dangerous pyramid. With a sharp drop in value, automatic sales of tokens/altcoins occur and this entails a further drop in the value of assets. The way the 12000- 12500 USD has been rejected so many times, I doubt if we will experience any all-time this year. Most people are shifting into DeFi and it seems o be the one gaining attention for now.

I'd say its 50/50 still because of the weak dollar and how that can bring in new funds to inflate us to the highs.   I'd normally expect us to retract, consolidate support lower or recheck prices however you like to view it but this year has been exceptional in moves by the FED.
  The reason why upwards is still possible is there isnt a grand amount of volume to overcome, most of it is in this area really.

If a decline like in March I don't think it will happen right now because I am sure that with the Defi trend, many people are taking advantage of it and yes, the market capitalists are swelling, but how about the price of bitcoin that happens to be a correction and help it to go up then decline it will not happen so the altcoins will survive as well as they can now, but what I worry about is the prolonged bearish trend and the trend is over then we will be in a phase like we used to be again.
