The only issue I ran into with it was after a restart it lost the Control Board Firmware. Solved the issue with an SD card. I believe it has a total runtime of about 8 months.

They are a disaster. Particularly used ones. Especially used ones from COLO's that ran them on Vnish FW that cooks the chips. Ignore this warning at your own peril. I tell you this based on a very broad level of experience.
