spent time following Airdrops on various Telegram channels, as a result a Scam

yes because I am a beginner.. ;D

I have participated in a lot of airdrops on telegram; 98% of them were useless:
-some require paying fees in order to withdraw your coins (which will worth $)
-some do not pay at all
-the rest give 0$ valued coins
I ended up disabling my account on Telegram

You cant call it that you had been scammed unless if you've sent out money or sent out your KYC just to receive your shit tokens, did you?
Knowing telegram is a nest of most scammers,fraudsters,shillers,fudders and all names you can tell. When we do talk about airdrop then its totally free and then you can
claim anytime you want and as long it doesnt require much hassle then you can deal with it but dont expect that those shit tokens would really
have value but who knows that if one of your hundreds of shit tokens into your stash will have some value right? Just dont sent out money and then youre safe.

Don't spend too much time following airdrops in Telegram Channels. They'll give you what they want and you have no idea what they're feeding you.

It's best for you to make your own research and you will not feel sorry for spending time of researching it because you are learning along the process.

Don't spend too much time on telegram! Only if it's official announcement channel or the official group, or you wish to talk to someone and you contact them! Telegram is full of everything, and people there should be careful, scammers are active there all the time, they will say anything just to trick you! I receive at least a couple of DM's every day from people asking for investing money in their projects, sick people. I just skip them and delete chat.

those airdrops channels usually share ref links as many time as possible. they don't do any filter and i'm not surprised if you got scam projects here and there. instead of following them blindly, you should only use it as a starting point to filter out which one is legit and which one is not.

Some airdrops are useless but some are really good I think one of the best airdrop that I receive is hydro coin my advice is just keep on participating in airdrops soon you will get good ones

I don't really like that kind of airdrop since they only give small amount of tokens for joining other reasons is most of the airdrop in telegram channel is scam.

We also end the era of airdrop where you can earn big money by just joining in it,its ended way back 2017.

More or less those coins are worthless not even worthy of being called a "coin". Those who think they can get rich collecting them will understand on their own if they have that much intellect that none of them are getting listed anywhere and even if they do get listed there will be no buyers to buy their bagholdings. :P

Better to shift focus on buying bitcoin if you have cash at hand or wait for the same.

Telegram is full of scammers and channels that are likely to scam you. There are official and legit channels but you need to look closely so that you won't misjoin the scam ones.

I don't usually get into Telegram but I always see scams reported there.

I don't think he spend so much time in it . Telegram airdrops are very easy . All they are ask is follow their channel or group and that's it . We can do the task in a few seconds but the pay is also the smallest of all that it can easily be forgotten by the owners .

 He is a newbie and jobs like this are perfect for him to get started  . He may not get his rewards but he can learn how these channels and groups work  , he can use the knowledge as soon as he advance

Not every single airdrop on Telegram is a scam, you just need to do your own research and find out if it's fake or not, is it official airdrop from the official project as well or no, because there are so many scammer that create a fake airdrop for some project, and claimed that it was an airdrop from a project but meanwhile the project itself are not conducting any airdrop program, so it's matter of doing your own research before joining the airdrop.

Why go on telegram when you can already see the best airdrops and bounties here. Most of the groups on telegram that post aidrops are scam, look for trusted groups that will you legit aidrops

Actually you are right. But most of the telegram airdrop giving only scam result. Can you name a legit airdrop came from telegram bots? As far as I know only bounty detective airdrops have proven to pay airdrops from a bot. All other created were not true and scam. Ive joined 3 to 4 airdrops but not received yet any single tokens out of it. Im also hoping to receive airdrop from ludena protocol since I joined it.

There are a lot of these in telegram channels because they can ban people who will expose them because they own the channels, I never participated in these airdrops and giveaways many of these requires you to deposit before you can receive their airdrop or do a lot of action before they can give you your shares of their shitcoins.

We all have to ask ourselves too,,, if we got invited into a group, like most of these airdrop channels or free signals or whatever it is we have in Telegram,,, what is the admin capable of if he is willing to spam us and invite us into his channel forcibly?

OP realized it early, good lesson to learn. At least you only lost time and not money.

Searching for the airdrop in Telegram will not be a problem, as long as you don't have to fills KYC, and you don't submit other things. That can be a safe way for new people who wants to get free tokens or coins from the new projects because I think many new projects still use that way to invite more participants in their project.
But that is not guaranteed for you always to make money from the airdrops because I think the airdrops are just for fun, so you should use the airdrops to enjoy the moment to get the free tokens.
But if you are lucky, you can make money from airdrops which happened a few years ago when the ICO still popular in the crypto space.
You can hold the tokens for some time, and you can hope that the price will increase in the future.

Yes, it's true that many telegram channels are posting scam airdrops but we've seen some scam airdrops have also been found in here. Someone who looks for it needs to do research.
They are everywhere but it's rampant on TG channels.

It seems that now it's in the airdrop season using telegram instead of being made on the BTT or Alt forum, because most of the participants are afraid because they violate the rules set by the forum. I myself have experienced sanctions that I forgot to take part in the airdrop. so from now on I don't want to participate in the airdrop anymore.

In the past, I was an airdrop hunters. I followed every airdrop bot that was launched on several channels until I started getting bored. Finally I quit and a few months later I realized that none of them had paid me. To conclude from my experience so far, all airdrop bots are nonsense and give you nothing. Even though some people had gotten their coins, it was not what they expected.

it doesn't matter if you are fooled as long as you never send your money to that's shit scammer, indeed today many beginners try to find a sheet dollar bill on Airdrop but it will only waste your time. believe me Airdrop will not generate anything for you and it better you should start try trading if you have the skills or money to start investing. that's just a suggestion, good luck for you.

Dont follow telegram channels with airdrops cause most of them are scam, i dont follow aidrops but someone is adding me on a airdrop channel even im not joining in it, it always happened to me.

Don't waste time for telegram airdrop as they will almost lure you and try to grab your money. If you really want to participate in airdrops then keep follow bountydetective group because they run much better airdrop programs. But it would be better to increase your rank and participate in the bounty then success will come with your time.

in many airdrops on Telegram and I only got worthless tokens in best case, in most
cases I didn't receive anything. But that was in the beginning, I learned my lesson
and now I avoid telegram airdrops.

There is no free money, it has been just used as an advertising strategy by many crypto projects to create buss about their project among the community but they are already lost their interest by the participants as well.

Twitter airdrops more legit? Not at all. They are the same and so are the scum on Facebook. You cannot hope to go to a social media and get paid for spamming shitposts. It is a low standard effort and thus you will get low standard results. Sadly most people never realised this and keep doing it in the name of bounties.

What you can do is shun all projects that appear after bitcoin, in short they are all worthless.

You should develop your own skills and use them to acquire some work. You could also go for the bitcoin paying campaigns which are worth your time and we have new ones coming jn every week.

Maybe some of airdrops on twitter are legit especially airdrops from known accounts, but in telegram mostly airdrops are made by scammers and only few are being copied on twitter which has high chance of legit.

It's caused by you are not following the legit group, i have seen a lot of legit airdrop but the problem was you must follow all of the intruction which was very strict to be followed by the airdrop participants.

You must to do KYC to receive a few dollars. If you wanna get this and you can get your bucks from there.

You can also try to join in the kumex platform too. I think that will give you more opportunity to find the legit airdrop.

Few dollars are enough for you to be exposed in whatever they wanna do <may attack you or victimized you since they have already your full details and you cannot hide them anything?
I heard about this Kumex,Is this really legit?it was shared in telegram but don't give anything in concern.

If you are gonna received a thousand usd let say 2 to 3k value of airdrop I could say can drop some consideration on that but when you joined an airdrop paying 10 to 20$ and still they are gonna ask for KYC, I should be thinking twice, cause might be the cost is heavy on the future.

Avoid airdrops with kyc, or so airdrops at all. Yes these are free tokens why avoid? Cause you just exhaust gas fee for merely a dime.

Are there still airdrops that cost that much? We arent on that year 2017 that it can really give out such possibility but for this year? Its nearly impossible to have that situation since its been long i have

Legit or not then its up to you yet you can easily differentiate which group does have real users or just totally make use for other purposes. telegram, discord are infested with lots of frauds and scams

and if you are just a user who dont bother or just make use of your common sense then you would really be messing up.

I ended up with airdrops , some of them say pay after a long time and you forgot to check if they even paid!
most of them worth less than 1$ and you need to pay a fee higher than that to transfer your tokens!
Try to waste your time on bounties instead, at least you get something more than 1$ hopefully!

Don't blame yourself because you are a beginner even old members get scam, we all fall to this sometimes, just next time be wise do not send anything to giveaways or airdrops if it's a giveaways or airdrop it should be free, that is the rule, even if the airdrop or giveaway is very tempting

How did you get scam did you deposit or have not received your airdrops, there are a lot of airdrops in telegram but it's not really free, they asked for a deposit they ask for a promotion and they ask for KYC, and all you're getting is shitcoins without guaranty of getting the coin to exchange, it's better to do bounty hunting than airdrops $95% of these airdrops are shitcoins.

Most likely it's a scam because they never paid.

The same with the other bounty hunters and airdrop claimers, they are expecting for something in return but they get nothing with their efforts. It is not very new in this space.

Those airdrops that are asking for fee won't really work, they are the same with those early airdrops that asks for gas so they can send it to their participants.

Maybe op finish all the task but didnt get anything in return. Submit kyc to recieve the reward but still no luck., thats why airdrops this days are scam some will use the kyc that you pass in wrong way.

In the past (2018) I have tried all airdrops, including those on the telegram, but the truth is that none of the telegrams have ever brought coins worth even $ 5.
In total, I only got 1 airdrop which was worth something - Energi only on this airdrop I managed to get a reasonable amount of coins - 100 worth ~ $ 130 today, although there was time (few months ago) that they were worth ~ $ 300

Youre right most of the aidrop today the reward is 5$ and below sometimes if your not lucky you wont get anything, the only airdrop where i got big is hydro.

So I would rather work on bounties instead of airdrops!

There are many number of fake airdrops in telegram, when you visit many groups you will see their spam messages, sometimes you will even get yourself in a group you don't know of. Also, the funny thing about most of these airdrops is that, they hardly have anything like whitepaper, visible team or even working website however the only things they have is just the telegram group, a newly created twitter page and promises which of course won't be fulfilled. Just in general about airdrops, any airdrop asking for private keys is a scam, any airdrop asking for kyc is also a scam; they always look for a way to justify their actions and it is only newbies and greedy people that falls for it. Lastly, any airdrop asking for payment is also a scam and in addition, there are also fake airdrops on twitter.

Yes, bounties are much profitable than airdrops the only thing that will put bounties to become useless is, the team not paying thier bounty hunters,  they promise to pay on the exact date until its postponed and eventually it will end into not paying.

Airdrop nowadays are not that profitable due to a single reason "Most of them are scams"
I do remember participating in different Airdrops year 2017 and my source are Telegram and other sites announcing Airdrop that time Airdrop are meant to be free and are easy to participate.
But today's Airdrop are more on referral and making different task to obtain such token and are sometimes got nothing. 
I may say that participating on an Airdrop is not that orofitable due to the fact that there are more scam that the legit one.

Mate I really don't wanna start talking about my experience with scam airdrops right now, cus i have been through alot, and it's a total waste of time and effort, it's better you use that time to complete some bounty task than participate in those airdrops, there are no good or real airdrops anymore, 99% of them are scam, you will complete all the required tasks and yet you won't receive any reward from them, no point doing the same thing every time and expecting a different result, airdrop are nothing more than scam now,just stop participating in them.
