Hi, wait a minute! I know what you are thinking now: this is a scam!  ;D

I would like to try to convince you that this is not a scam. First of all, my project has educational purposes. And secondly, you don't need to invest money to earn. This is very strange but also revolutionary.

Users have a chance to earn by simply learning, answering questions from our quiz inviting their friends.

The site was born recently but we already have more than 1000 registered members with more than $250 of rewards paid. We provide proof of payment that everybody can check.

I know that this sounds crazy but it's real.
I started this new topic because I want to catch your interest and look for people who can cooperate with us.
So what do you think about this? How can I deserve your confidence?  :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you sure that this is the right category to post your thread? If your project is still under development, you are in the right section. You can post an ANN about your project instead. Or it can be in the Services section where clients offer to pay in Bitcoin.

Besides, your offer is kinda interesting and we would like to see the website. We are here in this forum for full transparency, right? Starting off by revealing it to us. Everyone here has the right to know about your opportunity. Just saying.

Have checked your site for a while, from my sight the project is something similar to GPT site which will give rewards to the users through daily login, completing surveys, quizzes, and etc combining with your own blog. IMHO this thread more suitable to be posted in micro earning section.

Anyway, did you forget to create a faq page? And did you process all the payments manually?

And where is your team page? If it's legit, then it should have a visible team with verified LinkedIn accounts. We are in the crypto world, so transparency is essential and needed. Sorry to say man, but GPT sites do come and go after a short stint (because they don't reveal their team members). I've been joining in various GPT sites before Bitcoin was born that didn't last (with the exception of the almighty Neobux), but I gave up on them after turning my attention in becoming a home-based virtual assistant for many years.

I also checked your website and it's like the typical surveys or paid-to-click sites that have other tasks that you can do. What I'm curious to know are those quizzes you made are sponsored or you just started it on your own?

As much as I know, this kind of platform relies on the advertisers' money which you shall conduct through quizzes and all tasks that you have on your website. I haven't tried it that's why I have that question.

There is no team page but this does not mean that our project is not going to last. We are not asking users for money. What do you have to lose?  :)

It's more like a faucet to me because the earning is not that big and if that amount will take you a month to reach it's a waste of time but congratulations for bringing something to the community that is free, you mention that you will learn a lot about Cryptocurrency, if that so then it's a good platform for newbies.

Any website that relies only on advertiser income will not succeed.

Any advertisers you are able to find with this extremely common website will evaporate as you pay your users to steal their advertising dollars.

You have nothing to lose, other than your time and reputation.   You only get so many tries at friends/family with this junk.  You cannot guarantee any money for your members, which is why you give out points.

This website will only attract those who are used to earn small amounts in satoshi. You can earn better than a faucet from here but it won't attract those who can earn much better through their skills in less time. Anyways it a good effort from op and he needs to advertise it more to make more people visit his site.

myfriendcrypto, if this is about micro-earnings, then it would be logical to use micro-wallets that allow users to accumulate their rewards in one place and to avoid dust transactions. That way you can send 10 satoshi (no fee) without any problems - but of course you can always set a withdrawal threshold. I don't want to promote the micro wallets that are currently popular - but if you're interested, let me know on PM.

Can you explain to me how the referral program works, because all I see is that by invite a friend you can earn $5 a week?

Actually minimum minimum withdrawal amount is $5 at the moment but I may be interested in learning more anyway  ;)

Referral program is very simple: you get 1 point every time someone becomes a new member of the community. 1 point has a value of $0.01.
In addition to this every week there is a $5 prize and the winner is randomly drawn among the people in top 10 of the affiliates leaderboard.

What I'm still interested in because I'm not a member, how many points can be earned daily on your site - because I'm interested in how long it takes to reach the minimum withdrawal of $5? As for that minimum, for me personally it is dust - because in order to spend the same amount you have to pay a fairly high fee or minimum fee and sometimes wait too long time for confirmation.

I know you give $5 for the top 10 daily visit and completing quiz, but you need to put lot of times and effort to get selected. Yeah, I'm not wrong if I say this is a faucet (micro-earning).

Even I have 500-1000 friends, probably only 5-10% will registered under my referral links.

There is no specific number to say because it depends on articles, polls and quizzes we publish, how many points you win on our wheel of fortune.

The only certain number is that relating to affiliates ($0.01 for every member).

If you only pay for someone to register then it can be abused, because usually referral commissions are paid according to the performance of referrals in a certain percentage - I think that would be a better solution, but again few will succeed in bringing 500 users to your site - and since you make every payment manually, you should notice every possible irregularity.

If you cannot provide the URL of under-construction website/project you're talking about, maybe you could post some screenshots and proof of work with your project. With that, some might be interested in investing on your project. But then, $.01 for 1 point in a 3 point quiz? I hope questions would be easy and obvious ones and not essays nor fill in the blanks. The idea is quite unique, but T\there are a lot of questions in your open ended thread.

• where could you get your funds from?
• Would you take ads, a membership, or by your projects traffic?
• Do you require KYC, a minimum investment to withdraw?

As you have quoted, I have asked the same question and all of the startups has to go through that process. We will never know how long until someone comes to them and start giving an offer to include them into their ads.

I think it's still too early to look for advertisers. Actually we are focused on the new features to be included in the near future.

I have to agree with you on this one Vod.... Most of the pay-as-you-click and faucet sites in the past relied too heavily on Paid advertising for a income and then it collapsed. (Advertisers are looking for quality traffic and not for people who wants to earn peanuts from click and earn sites)

The only reason why sites like Freebitco.in survived after all of these years.. is because they switched from Ad income to gambling income. The strategy should be to start with something that would have a sustained income to pay very well to draw a large user base.  ;)

Btw this is very poor thing, only small kids may be interested in this kind of websites because they want to earn money at home from computer and they may really be excited even with some satoshi but again, website can't develop this way.

One good idea that came to my mind is to create website something similar of udemy where owner only publish high quality courses with video tutorials and other necessary documents included. Subject must be very wide, including: History of bitcoin, what it is, where it is used, why is used, it's pros and cons, bitcoin trading basics, blockchain development, etc. But the rewarding thing may come once user finish this courses. For example someone paid 100$ in course. You offer him 20% cashback in case he succeeds in tests that may come after finishing the course. On each right answer, user gets some satoshies on his balance. All right answers mean 20% cashback, otherwise 20$ on user's account. He may be able to withdraw this funds or buy another courses.

In the past month we have examined some issues concerning weekly cash rewards. For this reason the team behind this project decided to make big changes with the Lottery (https://www.myfriendcrypto.com/blog/introducing-the-lottery/)!

This kind of thing is shady, the $250 paid might be a group of people that are organized for the purpose of confusing participants that it is legit. Besides, users have their credential at stake, so they have something to lose which you can monetize. 

Try if you want and you will see that there is nothing shady there. It's the only way I can prove you wrong  ;)

Upon checking on your website you paid out $435 already with 4k members, the numbers are not too attractive. You probably paid only those who attracted a lot of referrals but common members might rarely a got a cent. Your site is probably like a faucet that gives very small rewards to users, you can’t rarely attract members here to sign-up but maybe outside the forum.

Nice to see such project, but it`s very often when such sites have only few opportunities to earn, so people can`t earn here a lot and they find more interesting and profitable sites. I analyzed the statistics and understood that growth is very slow and I think the problem is in the thing I mentioned before. I have seen some similar projects and most of them unfortunately are already dead
