You can live a healthy life if you are fit, no need to do muscles just the cardio is enough for you to keep your body healthy.If you are not burning the calories it will leads to obese and at the end it might end up in sever heart related problems.

How can you work if you won't take care of yourself? I'm not that fit but I'm aware of my health condition.

It's disturbing if you will not take care of your wellness and fitness. It's an asset and like the most known quote about being wealthy through health is real.

Both are important mate,and also Health security.

Life must be enjoyed but of course we must be healthy,Fit and well.

I think fitness is good, because it can nourish our bodies.
Why need to choose one when we can choose both?

The most important thing in my view is health , and to get more healthy then beauty, I'm not a fan of asteroids and drugs to get bigger, only natural.

exercise in general aims to burn calories in the body so that sweat does not accumulate into fat which can cause various diseases, if your body is attacked by disease because you rarely exercise how do you continue to work and make money? this is the reason of the importance of fitness and wellness of life!!!

Makes vitamin D, lowers cholesterol, alleviates stress. There are many benefits. It also helps to burn excess fat and tone your muscles giving you stamina and strength. For older people it means less stress to the bones as good muscles can take part of the load.

There are too many reasons not to find some physical activity to do periodically.

I think Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones which is important for fitness. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. I keep on a healthy diet and exercise to look better and to feel better.  Also I visit beauty clinic at least once a month and I tried new cool sculpting procedure recently. To live healthily. But you need to think about the food that you need to eat because without eat healthy food, even if you do fitness, you will not have a healthy body.

I do not do fitness, but I think we can have a healthy life by eating healthy food and having enough rest. Our life must be balance, so we can lives good.

Iím not massively fit but I have improved my diet a lot & taken up walking during the pandemic. There isnít much else to do in lockdown is there. I think itís important to have a certain level of fitness.

I love sport. It doesn't matter what it is - running, gym, rock climbing, etc. It gives me a charge of some kind of energy. And gives health and good looks.

When I was young I used to train pretty much in the GYM after that I chose the Street GYM, after that I chose training some sports and at last I chose to drink and eat, and now I'm back at the beginning.

Fitness is everything because anything to do you require to remain fit then only you can work, enjoy, roam etc. For all this to do you need to remain healthy and fit. For remining fit as you correctly point out that we do not need to lift weights, we can go for cycling, walking, do meditation or some general workout at our home only on daily basis.

1. Your body is the first physical entity you need to take care of.

2. Your mind is the first non-materialistic entity you need to take care of.

What we forget is that these two things often come hand in hand, in very basic ways.

For example, if you are trying to be physically fit, you will work out quite frequently and hat will help you make a daily routine that will ultimately help you mentally and you'll get tired and won't get much time for overthinking.
I can recommend some good channels on youtube which you can follow for a workout plan, like Sydney Cummings for intermediate and intense workout, Chloe Ting for beginners.

Also, if you are focussing on your mental wellness, which would be by enjoying little things, spending time with family and loved ones, having some me-time, watching humorous shows, exploring different types of comedy shows and movies, you will eventually feel better in your mind and heart. ou should try watching shows like Friends. HIMYM, other sitcoms and romcoms to enjoy your time better.

While we are striving for more money we are letting our Body lose health and when the time we have plenty of money?
then that's the time that Sickness will come and we won't be able to enjoy our money because of our Health problem that will hinder us to be happy anymore .

Just work enough and enjoy while life is still there because if we lose the chance ? we will feel sorry for our past actions of abusing our health .
