Your subject is misleading.
you should change it, also as for your peoblem you should contact first the Google or Yahoo or whatsoever your email was made from. They'll assist you as long as youcan provide the details on the account.

then after you retrieve your email, login on primedice using your email.

I have done this so many times with Google and they didn't failed on giving my account back. Also this wasn't a scam for it is your own mistake... so you'd better change the subject. or head into the PrimeDice thread and seek for help.

You can still ask for their assistance as long the gmail you are usig has your real name registered on it, and the  provide them an ID. Other than that, you should leave it all behind. Or maybe PrimeDice support could help out but I doubt that'll happen if you can't even find a way to prove your ownership.

So how is this is a scam when it's you at fault? lol

I really doubt that your account has a remaining balance, coz if you do most probably you won't forget the password of your account. I thought it was accusation to primedice, turns out that you are just an idiot. Sorry for the harsh word, I can't think of any that can describe you.

if I were you resolve first your email issue before getting in touch with primedice, ofc they won't give the username until you are verified.

Why the hell would you blame a casino with good reputation for your stupidity? You are responsible for your account's security, it's your account, your funds and up to you to use the security options the website provides.

Please change the title and move this thread to where it belongs: trash.

I don't think you should accused them as a scam at first i was surprised to see someone created a post about primedice as a scam but turns out it's your fault. You can't blame the primedice team about not giving information about "your" account it's the best to protect their players against some users who we don't know have some bad intentions,  they did not tell you the username since you can't provide a valid proof that it was was you.

Foremost, you are entirely liable for the safe keeping of your account’s information and security. Such negligence cannot be put into the account of the casino’s team since it is your own doing. Please refrain from making accusation without proper and legal grounds.

Right? Just by reading the subject line I knew I wanted to read the post - and it is 100% misleading. In fact, I find that this subject line accusation doesn't relate much to your problem. It is not Primedice's fault that you were irresponsible and forgot your email and password. If they can't verify your email then how are they going to help you. This is the same as saying, I bought a hard wallet I deposited all my assets and I don't have the key, pls help me get it back. Is not going to happen.

I understand this is irritating but it is reality and I'm sure you had a slight idea that forgetting something or not writing it down in a safe place is only going to cause you trouble.

Finally, I do not see how this falls on Primedice and not on the main person responsible - you!

This is the simple think you need to know,

1. User (you) forget your email and remember user ID, system or admin can recover by ID
2. User (you) forget ID and remember email, system or admin can recover by ID
3. User (you) forget password you can change password from email.

IF
4. User, forget email, forget ID there impossible  for them to recover any account. In this case, you are not get scammed but you are forget account and lose your asset inside.

Then the blame is on you and not Primedice. This is also a good reason to create some kind of backup or a way to recover your email address. It might be a hassle at the start but it pays off when something like this happens.

Did you made a deposit on your primedice account ? If you did, the only way to show some proof is by signing a message but I don't know if they'll give your account back though.

You don't accuse primedice or any casino as a scam because of your fault forgetting your password/email.

You can ask them to check your IP address and the account you want to retrieve. How much was in that account?

IIRC, there's also a guy that's blaming the casino he's playing and telling them as a scam but the negligence was on him. I don't know if this is the same guy complaining.

i have nothing to prove because i did not link accoutn with number phone
If you can't provide proof, I don't think they'll give back your account. The support did their job of entertaining you and asks you for things that they need and if you can't give that to them, they can't help you with what you want.

So you forget your own PD's account username? Why didn't you check your own post history to get your own PD's account? Let me show you your post that you made 3 years ago on a thread of Primedice giveaway.

If you have no more than one account, then this is the answer of your own question about your PD's username.
Be smart, dont blame others because your own fault!!

"Give me the username to this account! Here's the email."

"Uh... I don't have access to the email, but just give me the username."

"You're scammers!"

... right?
Gotta thank OP for the free advertising: Primedice cares about the security of their players.

How come Primedice is scamming you here?? Update the header asap as it is misleading and incorrect! I have one simple solution to your issue. Ask the primedice support staff to permanently deactivate your old account and create a new account using a new email address. Mention the same to Primedice support team so that you don't get termed as a duplicate account holder. If you don't hold any amount with your old primedice account, it makes no sense to recover that one since you have forgotten the email details as well.

But update the thread header asap!

As indicated earlier, this has nothing to do with scamming, but I do think Primedice should think along to solve these kinds of situations.
Even though the chance is of course something like 1 in 1000 that something like this will happen. At first sights I would say it would not be to difficult to find these details in a database.

First try to clear the issue with your e-mail. You've got lot many possibilities to find your username and reset the password. Once you make it solved, you can get the support of the primedice team. This will help you with getting back your username.

You scammed yourself, your thread title is very misleading when it's your fault that you can't access your account.

The fact that you forgot your email password which is the only way to recover your primedice account, considered it as a loss account already, stop accusing the site here, they don't do anything wrong, they can't provide any information like username if you yourself can't prove an ownership of the account.

Your problem is quite deep if I understand it correctly. Your first problem is you cannot login to primedice as you forgot your username.
Second, you cannot retrieve it as you also forgot your email password?

If you are truly the owner of that account, you should try your best first in retrieving your email especially if it is really yours. You can retrieve it via your
phone attach to it or an email attach to it. Primedice will be suspicious also with your moves if you cannot even log in to your email, so I cannot blame them for their action also.

Never heard of something like that before

I mean we had customers who forgot their username, but usually there's no problem with restoring if the login is done from the same IP and there are some other verification that the person asking is the user.

I think this topic should be closed, as it's misleading.

Seriously, you call this a scam against primedice?

The problem is, you forget your prime dice account, they have a system that will give you a chance to change your password by accessing your email address you use in creating the account, but you forget it as well, so it's not a scam, this is negligence, if you blame primedice here, you are not fair, it should be yourself to be blame.

Have you not opened Primdice in a while?  so forget your own account name.

I am sure the support has more information why you don't give your primdice name, you might be suspected because hackers like to do things like this so I think try to remember your primdice name again so that it will be easier to enter.

Are there any assets stored in the Primdice account?

This is so hilarious. At first I felt so cringey after reading your post accusing primedice after theycannot porivde your username. And the funniest part is your username is just Lucasbein2 which you had posted back in 2017

Sometimes, you don't need to accuse some trusted gamlbing platforms with your stupidity. Not to be rude, but you must learn to atleast read your past posts first in your account lol. I hope you lock the thread as soon as possible, and I hope that your problem is solved.

Issue with the e-mail mist be solve anyway on matter what. If Primedice is asking documents or any other related stuff, then you will be only able t provide this with the registered e-mail address from your account.
So seriously, solve the issue with the e-mail first. If that is solved, the thing with Primedice will be solved as well automatically. Perhaps he made an e-mail address only for gambling, then it would be (a little) understandable what happened.

The operator really should lock this topic or somebody from the staff because now the site gets damage to the image while they have done nothing wrong
now people will see in overview scam words while this really has nothing to do with it

This is not a scam and I think everyone can see it, if anything instead of coming as an accusation this comes as free advertising for primedice for being sensitive about their players security and privacy.

To begin with the user forgot some funds on his account, and this is a problem since you should never leave any amount of money in a wallet in which you are not the exclusive owner of the private keys, then he claims he forgot his username despite being there on his short post history which means he is lying or has multiple accounts on the site, then forgets his email password and still wants for the support of primedice to give him his account name when he cannot even prove ownership of the email, the OP is committing mistake after mistake and yet he wants someone else to receive the blame when it is clear he is the guilty party here.

Using a throw away account,(not good)...OP would again create a new account since the account was already flagged,  we just have to be careful with the scammers in the space as there are many of them here trying to find an opportunity to scam the non knowledgeable individual. From there you can contact support primedice about your account, goodluck.
