If you're using any money exchange, they should be asking for ID verification from their client at the very least. It's especially so with reversible transaction methods like Paypal.

It will help to protect your customers and your company as well because the more charge backs because of scammers, and the more complaints from customers, the worse reputation your company can get.

Do you want your customers to send paypal and receive BTC in return or the opposite? BTC/Paypal trades have a high risk of scam so I do not recommend such activity. I didn’t fully click it but I think the fee is quite high though. Maybe they could check it out.
