Title: I need advice about my portfolio, can someone help?
Post by: Eles101 on September 17, 2020, 03:00:32 PM
My portfolio right now is divided into 50% Litecoin 30% Eth and 20% Bitcoin. I want to restructure it between these coins (Or other coins), What should I do? I tune in and out of the crypto markets pretty often so my knowledge isn't optimal.

Litecoin! Big investments always deserve only Bitcoin. Litecoin party (halving) is over last year, now it is for Bitcoin and Ethereum. It's also matter how much you invested in cryptocurrency. Some portions of your investment deserve only new coins if you are big investors. Any top coins can't be good for the short term.

60% Bitcoin

30% ethereum

10% litecoin

This proportion looks better than current one if you just want to restructure your portfolio with the existing coins only.If you want to add then you can add BNB and other few altcoins in small portion.

This is my opinion only and you are free to take the decision to go with it or not

BTC 20% ETH 75% LTC 5%

Follow this till the next ATH and then re-balance

I need advice about my portfolio, can someone help?

Go 50% Bitcoin and 50% Monero. I would not trust any other coin for longer period of time. Bitcoin and Monero both have strong community backing them and that is a strong grantee for the future.

IMO all depending on the situational of bitcoin.

If you feel bullish going to bitcoin, bearish going to fiat and side away off course altcoin. Going to altcoin when bitcoin bullish was not a good option, because your altcoin estimation using bitcoin will decrease following the USD estimation the reason price of bitcoin is increase.

Everyone on here will have his own opinion, so I would suggest to do your own research and find what would be the best for you.
What is the reason that you put 60% initially on litecoin? What has changed now that you want to alter this?

Your portfolio list demonstrate your knowledge to be indeed not optimal because having 50% of Litecoin is the fast way for you to make lost in future and I will advise you to make BTC 70% of your portfolio. Meanwhile, the only thing I see that you did well was not choosing many coins as your portfolio due to your knowledge level.

I will consider the marketcap of the top coins, the larger the size of most of the coin the lower the capacity to pump hard. I will also consider the ability of the coin to pump irrespective of bitcoin price movement. Coin with similar feature to bitcoin dont have any unique leverage to create a different hype. Litecoin is the type that should be lowered in the portfolio. Try 2 more coin with different use case maybe BNB

I see uni coin made some airdrop and also the price went up a lot, this has caught my attention, since uniswap is a popular dex used by many crypto lovers i think in no time the price go even higher, this can easily become the next bnb, this is just my opinion,  do your due diligent.

You need to have faith in your portfolio. I understand if someone believe more in Litecoin than in Bitcoin, or you compare
all other coins, you choose to believe in the future of that coin and that's the most important.
You can restructure your portfolio, but my suggestion is to try to invest more money or to earn in some ways. I believe
that every portfolio should be upgraded with more coins and new coins.

I'll reverse it into this.

50% Bitcoin

30% Ethereum

10% Litecoin

If you want to remain with the said coins, you always include bitcoin no matter what changes you'll do.

It is a good portfolio but I think it is better to have a larger portion allocated on Bitcoin and ETH next.

I'll reverse it into this.

50% Bitcoin

30% Ethereum

10% Litecoin

If you want to remain with the said coins, you always include bitcoin no matter what changes you'll do.

I have same thought in mind, and the remaining 10% would be best invested on another altcoin that have a promising future.

The thing is, once Bitcoin rises or falls, ETH and LTC will not have much of a different price change in comparison with BTC. Over the long term, between the two, I personally think you're going to be better off with BTC only.

Altcoins are usually great to purchase and then wait for bullish Bitcoin seasons. When BTC's bullish, alts go absolutely nuts and, if you cash in at the right time, you'll end up with more BTC in the end. But all of my alt purchases, specifically the top few ones, usually turn into losses BTC-wise over the long term.

The thing is, the perfect scenario (purchase alts -> end up with more BTC) is usually wrecked by emotions for most.

Better let us know what is your portfolio value to give which kind of coins can work for you.Obviously you need to have 50% or more bitcoins in your portfolio then move to the coins which are currently trending if your value is less than 1000 dollars,if you are having high valued portfolio then can further divide a part for etherum, litecoin and other potential coins.

Honestly, yes, I agree that he has a good portfolio unlike others who were asking if their portfolio is good yet there's no bitcoin and it's composed of random altcoins.

I'll reverse it into this.

50% Bitcoin

30% Ethereum

10% Litecoin

I have same thought in mind, and the remaining 10% would be best invested on another altcoin that have a promising future.
With the small portion, he can think of it and put it anywhere that he want. What's important is he understands the coin that he's investing. Other than that, I've said that he's in good track as long as he always give big part for bitcoin.

I can advise you to keep a USDT, at least 10%, the cryptocurrency has high volatility, in the long term, it is often possible to buy at a lower price.

Go for 60% Bitcoin 30% ETH and 10% LTC. If i do have that kind of portfolio then i would make out adjustments on what i had partitioned earlier.
But since this is your money then you do have the full control on where you do see that benefits you the most. When it comes to optimal matters then
no one can have that precise analysis because theres no assurance on how these 3 coins will increase in near future but at least we can already
presume out that these had really the potential and much really worth for your money to pour on rather than considering some shitcoins in the
market.

i wont give much also for ltc. though there are rumours that theres really no development going on with ltc, it is better to play safe and not invest too much in this alt. of course, you can never go wrong with btc and eth. with the upcoming eth 2.0, the price increase is very forthcoming.
and yes at the end of the day, after reading all those suggestions, the OP should weigh what's gonna be his take on these proposals.

I think you have a good investment list, especially with bitcoin and Ethereum, my advice is you need to hold them for long term investment. About Litecoin I don't think this year has a great chance of increasing its highest price again, after last year's halving party. maybe you can convert Litecoin to BNB or ETH again.

You should allocate some of your portofolio into fiat, because it's really useful for buying more of your cryptos whenever the price is in a lower price (lower than your buying position), which is called averaging. Put it like 20% of your portofolio is good enough, and believe me you will find it very useful after you tried for it.

These are just suggestions and decisions up to you, so 50% Bitcoin, 25% Eth and 25% Bnb. If I am personally in your position, of course I will change the previous portfolio back to the correct investment list, I don't want to invest money into the wrong project, do every research and don't forget to always monitor the crypto market.

Most of the investors here saying that "you should put more on Bitcoin and not on other altcoins".
What can I say with your portfolio is that, just invest into the coins who you know will give you profits in the long term. Whether it is Litecoin who has the highest portion of your portfolio or capital, the fact that you are holding them both is what matters.

Now if you really want to restructure your portfolio, I can say 60-20-20. 60% Bitcoin and 20% for both ETH and LTC.

The type of assets and portfolio you have depends on your needs, Bitcoin is good to hold but for small investors it's better to hold Altcoins like Ethereum or Litecoin,
if it must be divided based on capital, it should be 40% crypto, 40% Fiat and 20% for daily needs.
it is good management when you want to invest.

I would divide my portfolio like this:
50 percent USDT , 30 percent ETH and keep the rest 20 percent for some good ICO or some good token I may see, I would rather shield myself against volatility and only take the risk on somethings that I'm pretty sure it worth it .

For me I prefer these diversification.
Bitcoin - 50%
Eth - 40%
Ltc - 10%

Its safe to have high allocated amount to bitcoin because it is a reliable investment and currency, a leader of all crypto.

Well for me I think you invest more to the top two ranked cryptocurrencies which are Bitcoin and ethereum knowing that in the past few days they are really having a good rising run which I hope as well will continue until the end of this year and hoping that they reached it new highest price record this year rather than you invest half of your investment to litecoin.

In fact, investing in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin is equally good even though the volume of the three of them is different, because the three coins are equally enthusiastic and the trading is always alive in all markets.

If I were you, well this is just an advice and the decision is always depends to you.
I will invest 50% of my fund into bitcoin, 20-30% into ethereum and the rest with the other coins like BNB, xrp, ltc or other altcoins out there that is worth to hold.

Im not discouraging you to let go litecoin but it is profitable to reinvest more to bitcoin base on my experience. Anyway, always DYOR. Effectiveness trading portfolio of a particular trader doesn't mean it will be effective to the other, too.

You should give a big portion in bitcoin, ethereum, and then litecoin because bitcoin is the main investment in crypto. The ethereum is the second investment, while litecoin is an alternative investment. But you can still have that investment, and don't invest in other coins because we don't know which coin that can increase. Having only 3 coins will not too confusing because you can analyze the movements every time, and you can determine when you can sell your coins. But that will depend on your analysis.

If you are not actively monitoring the market then you should buy coins that are good for the long term like bitcoin and altcoins like eth, bnb, xrp, of many alt types just a few coins which do not fluctuate very much.
If you look at your habits, you should buy bitcoin for your entire portfolio.

Investing in the top coins is fine, but that's not the way to go in the crypto market. you can hold for many years in the stock market, but not with the crypto market. Every year there will be a trend emerging and we need to take advantage of that time to make a lot of money. We have a Defi trend now, speculating on defi tokens helps us x account faster than ever this season. Please spend about 40% - 50% to speculate on defi tokens, SRM is a coin that many people fomo strongly.

I think that many people have given you the advice and now it is your chance to think about it.
Having BTC more than others is the best way I think because this is the most valuable crypto so far I know and hold.
No doubt, you can save BTC at least 50%.
Then followed by ETH to be about 25%.
And the other 25% will depend on how you brave and to consider investing or trading. It may be the top coins or even new coins that have been listed on the big exchanges and have the high trading volume for promising future cryptos.

Personally I would have gone with 50% for Bitcoin, 30% for the Ethereum (ETH), and 20% for the Litecoin (LTC). Bitcoin is like the powerhouse on this list, but the final decision is left for you. Apart from any other reason people might have about bitcoin, the Halving that took place means that there is probably going to be a bull run any time from now to next year.

So, it will be a good decision to make by investing part of your money in the Bitcoin, you will be standing a better chance to make profit, and Ethereum is the next that follows. Litecoin is doing good as well.

They are good coins and I must say you did a good work on your portfolio. Nevertheless, if I am to add a thing or another I would suggest you restructure the allocation or percentage you gave each coin based on their valuable nature. In this case, giving Bitcoin 50% Ethereum 30% and Litecoin  20% is better in my own opinion; the reason for this is, Bitcoin has always been the best coin and always taking the forefront during a good and positive market of which it is closely followed by Ethereum. It is really good you left new altcoins for now and focus on major coins, this will make you relax and comfortable with your portfolio.

The plan is unreasonable, so invest 50% in bitcoin 20% in Ethereum, 10% in Litecoin, the other 20% spend 10% on old projects in development, and 10% invest in new projects conducting an ICO.
Don't put too much faith in Litecoin as the project owner has sold out of the Litecoin he holds. All altcoins have a variable value according to Bitcoin so it makes sense to hold Bitcoin in a portfolio number.

Only by Bitcoin you should fill a big part of your investment. Binance coins or EOS blockchain could be better than Litecoin. Litecoin isn't a top coin to lead the cryptocurrency. Litecoin pumped in last year halving time, I believe I won't see any single coin pump as last year of Litecoin. During bullrun, all coins are safe to invest.

Perhaps, he can change his coins list into bitcoin and ethereum. Bitcoin and ethereum are the hottest coins right now besides DeFi, and both bitcoin and ethereum can increase anytime. Binance coins can be another option to invest as the price is not too high, and that coin has a chance to grow. But he can still hold bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin if he wants, but he needs to have a big part of bitcoin than the ethereum and litecoin. Bitcoin itself will increase higher, even if we don't know when the price will increase.

Bitcoin is a good choice, but if most of our portfolios store Bitcoin is not the right choice, if only 20-30% maybe that's enough space to store bitcoins in our portfolio,
altcoins need at least 50% of our portfolio, because the profit holding Altcoins is greater than storing Bitcoin.

all you have to do is try to minimize your investment losses, especially prioritizing 50% in bitcoin, 30% on Ethereum, 10% on BNB & 10% in LTC. I think this investment percentage is quite good. be a wise investor & make good use of your money when investing in crypto.

I think at this moment market is pretty okay. Most of the token already in good price or in profits. So investing more money is not a right option, but if you know where or which coin to invest for make profit then you can go for new coins. Now if we talk about your portfolio you mainly invested in  highcap coins. Which have low risk factors. But always stay in mind whatever you invest put your 50-60% asset in bitcoin. Then go for risky coins. But ethereum and litecoin are also highcap coins. So you can invest 25%on both. Andbif you have knowledge you can try mid or small caps coins too but those coins are risky.

indeed your share percentage is good and has the potential to be profitable but it depends on the price movement of the coin you are investing in, if there are new coins such as the emergence of new YFI, YFII and UNI coins which some time ago could provide a lot of profit because the price went up to be expensive You cannot take advantage of that price movement because there is no extra trading capital that you use to take advantage of other coin price movements, so there should be a 20% percentage of unused funds that you can use for day trading.

Everyone has their own preference and perception about the coins and the three you chose are one of the best to have in the portfolio. I'd suggest you to do more research and find a couple of more good coins to increase your diversification and decrease the holding of ETH and LTC a bit to include those coins. 50% for BTC is an ideal solution as BTC is a less risky investment than any other coins.

The composition of the assets you have is nothing wrong if you think about planning the right time. the asset you choose does not need to be replaced with another altcoin. but what you need to understand is not to get too carried away with trends that occur in the market. for example, some DeFi coins that reportedly pumped several times and eventually got corrected. If you are hooked and sell your assets for an asset that is going on such a pump you can lose your money.
just focus on the assets you have now, study the market charts, and pump market possibilities that will occur in the next few quarters. I have faith, if you persist with these assets you can benefit if you are patient and not greedy.

50% in Litecoin is unreasonable, reduce this number to 20%. Spend more on Bitcoin because over many times the market collapses less bitcoin than other alternative currencies.
A reasonable rate I recommend is 50% Bitcoin, 20% ETH, 20% Lite coin, 10% for ICO projects, especially DEFI projects as it is profitable. big for you, or invest in old (under development) projects.

I would say people should stop investing into "up and comer" type of coins because you are not going to get too much out of them, some of them could go up a lot but most of the time you are not going to see anything extraordinary out of them, it will be boring. You should invest into the cliche ones, the kings and queens of altcoins, the old trustworthy ones, those are the ones that will make you as much money as you might hope for, there is no other way.

I am saying this as someone who have invested into everything, from bitcoin and ethereum type to top 20 coins to coin that wasn't even listed on Coinmarketcap or Coingecko, it was such a small one that they didn't know it even existed. So I know what I am talking about, I did them all and the best one has always been long term investment to strong ones.

Why not put your investment in eth more than litecoin. Well, we have our own perspective when it comes of investing in altcoins but in my view, I am much more on bitcoin, eth and let's say in other alts is just 10-20% only. When you look the market there’s really many altcoins these days and you have also to do your own research on what other alts best to investment or to add in your portfolio for a better profit.

Would rather to diversify more into Bitcoin and Eth after. Let's say 50%/30$/20% respectively for Bitcoin/Ethereum/Litecoin.

Always put more money into Bitcoin instead, Bitcoin will have better future no matter what the condition is. People might say Bitcoin have had so many crashes in this past 2 years, but Bitcoin is going to recover. So, definitely Bitcoin is a mandatory choice to any holder right there.

too many assets are not very good either. Having more than 10 assets will make the research unable to focus and what happens is the original investment buys and is only lucky when there is a pump. what do you expect to like that?
have 5 assets with more careful planning. narrow the risk by paying close attention to the market. everyone has their own way. But whatever the asset, when you can't focus, it may disappear and won't become anything in the future.

Litecoin is not a wise option now, you need to follow the inflow of the market, currently it going to DeFi, so ETH and some other DeFi projects is better than LTC - an old coin which have no upgrades for a long time.

40% Bitcoin
30% ethereum
10% litecoin
20% for short-term trading.
You have to set an investment strategy according to market conditions, don't focus too much on just one or two coins, BTC and ETH are the best choices, besides litecoin there are many other coins that deserve to be included in your portfolio list, especially now that defi has given a new color to the crypto market that you deserve to consider.

In my opinion holding the top coins now is a smart choice. You don't have to think too much about other options, because as bitcoin grows, the top altcoins will also tend to increase. Be optimistic and loyal to your strategy, which is a must-have quality in who we are.
A little suggestion is that you should sell off litecoin to buy more Ethereum. Ethereum 2.0 is coming soon and it will certainly bring you higher profits.

LTC for me is a deadcoin, no upgrade so far, and I don't see any application or partnership from them, even its Founder Charlie Lee said that he sold all of his LTC late 2017. You should research for the new promising projects or working project like Serum, Polkadot. They're developing their ecosystem day by day.

I do 60% usdt , 20% bitcoin and 20% for ico or IEO investing, This market has a lot of up and down and we need protection against it , we can't just buy something and leave it if we need the money .

I don't understand why people treat USDt like an investment and hold money there. If you really want to stay out of the market just get USD and wait for your opportunity.

USDt is getting some attention from US government and IMO it's going to get crashed sooner or later. You can lose a lot by holding USDt and there's no reward for holding it because it's "stable"

I am someone who likes to tweak with risk, and your "other coins" mention drew my attention. May be you can still retain your 50% Bitcoin, then do ETH & LTC 30% (between them) while throw 20% to "others" These other coins will give you a better ROI than Bitcoin or ETH and LTC if you pick a gem among the "other coins". Just force yourself to imagine the ROI on YFI for someone who picked it early on before it skyrocketed. Can you? Yes, I know a lot of people will argue here that most of those other coins are shitcoins but that doesn't rule out the rare gems we find among them.

Is this a good enough reason for the dump of litecoin ? Even the CEO dumped his hodl, what is the link for prove to see. Meanwhile, I still see litecoin as a future project to invest on because of its prospect.

You might already invest in these altcoins and I think it's still profitable in long term investment. All of the token you invested is popular in the market so it not a bad decision. Converting your altcoins to bitcoin could be a good thing, and most of the people is going to recommend but if you buy the token at a low price you could just take the investment and wait for the perfect timing to sell it and convert it to bitcoin. Selling your token to bitcoin is going to take a bit of fee so you always need to consider that before selling so that you are not going to lose profit selling your altcoins.

What you have chosen as your portfolio nare good coins. Most of them are high cap coins. So the risk factors are very less. So you don't want to take risks. And in that case I would say keeping your 59-60% money in bitcoin is the best choice m almost every holder do that. With another 20% you can buy larg cap coins whatever you are holding litecoin, eos ,xrp etc. And after that you can go for mid and small cap coins. These kind of coins give a high amount of profits but the risk factors are very high. That's it.

Those three are all good coins,

However, why don't you switch the percentage of your litecoin to btc or maybe increase both eth and btc then the remaining would be to litecoin. If you only want these coins, I suggest you that. But in the end, the decision is your, that's just what I see better for long term.

No they are not.

High cap doesn't mean shit. High cap BSV crashed from 360 to 100USD in less than 3 months. If being down by 70% in 3 months is your definition of safe I wish you well in this market

I think there should be a little correction to your portfolio in the opening post. Bitcoin should get the largest percentage,
because Bitcoin is the most profitable compared to other coins. So it should be 50% Bitcoin, 30% Ethereum and 20% Litecoin.
By dividing the portfolio as I suggested, you should be able to make a large profit, because the three coins are indeed the most
potential for investment.

Maybe you can try some DeFi something like UNI to get passive income, other altcoins with Medical/Health, Ads (Youengine) and Cloud Storage (Arweave) It's really good too, Well maybe you can research about that, Good luck mate!

Note: It just an advice and hope you only take it as refrence please do your own research before investing

I wonder what made you decide to hold more litecoin than Ethereum and Bitcoin, it should be 50% Bitcoin then 30% Ethereum and I will just allocate 20% to Litecoin, this is the right right structure, it's going to be safe and profitable for you if you do like this.

Litecoin is struggling to be in the top 10 but it's still worth keeping it, you can also try 50% Bitcoin and 10% for the top five coins in the market that is a good portfolio to look at.

If he doesn't have much money to invest, he can invest in litecoin as litecoin has the lowest price than ethereum and bitcoin. Litecoin itself is still trying to compete with the other coins at the market, but we don't know if litecoin can be back to the higher position or go down again. If he thinks that he feels difficult to buy ethereum or bitcoin because the price is too expensive, then litecoin can be his option to have a cryptocurrency investment.

When we want to invest in anything, we need to adjust or knowing how much money we will use because we have other things that will need that money. So in any investment, money management will be necessary.

There isn't much anything to buy aside from what you mentioned unless you decide to day trade then pretty much the topper coins in the CMC would be your best shot.

The market is not easy for day trading now, and for this you need to have a good knowledge of trading. You can keep most of your portfolio 70% in bitcoin, the rest can be kept in ethereum and altcoins. Altcoins can be 10-15% of your portfolio, and you need to understand that they can bring good profits, or they can drop in price and cause losses. I think if you buy altcoins after having studied them well, then you can buy, if they just buy at random, then it is better to buy bitcoin and wait for growth.

I think 60% increase in bitcoin would be the best investment you can make because it is a lucrative currency and your confidence will be higher. However, it is important to use your thinking in this crypto market because it will encourage you in the future. You will realize that not everyone's opinion will be the same so do your own research first then try to invest in the best currency.

I'd say you need more Bitcoin, and less Litecoin. Eth at 30% looks reasonable. If your knowledge isn't perfectly up to date then you are right to stick to established coins. I'd question having that much in Litecoin though - is this a personal favourite from your early days in crypto? I ask that because many of us have our early favourites (mine being Eth), where we form a somewhat emotional attachment.

I think the misconception is that BNB is only used for their exchange and there is no other business aspect to it. So in my opinion BNB should not be the best for small and new investors. Bitcoin is now being used in many developing countries and its acceptance has increased in many business cases. Just waiting a few days because bitcoin can reach a great price.

I suggest you should convert your 30% of Litecoin into Bitcoin. Litecoin is good as an investment because it might have a good value next year, but I think Bitcoin is more profitable than Litecoin because most altcoins depend on bitcoin's price that makes bitcoin more promising for a long-term investment.

Not a bad idea but holding a single coin feels strange at times because you are not going to expect 10x growth in bitcoins overnight because of the stability and the amount of volume but if you just hold 3-5% of your portfolio for a new coin like maybe UNI and you might have 10x your money in a few weeks. So it depends on your risk appetite but if I was in his place I would have gone for 60% BTC, 10% ETH, 10% TRX and the remaining 20% in various small coins like UNI and others.

Also I would have hold some USDT to buy some new coins that often come in the market while not disturbing my BTC holdings and still having the room to buy new coins as they come into listing and existence.

Where most people are busy chasing after DeFi tokens and hype, you are going after the best coins, that is really wonderful and thoughtful. From your last statement, I would assume you are holder and not a trader, nevertheless what matters is the coins in your portfolio which are known to be among the best coins.
Starting with Bitcoin, my suggestion will be to give it a bigger % (maybe 60%) of the Portfolio because everyone knows it is the best coin in the crypto market till this day, a coin someone can hold and be at peace without bothering about the bear market, nor swapping as found in most altcoins now. Then, between ETH and Litecoin, you can share the remaining 40% among them, however in case you value ETH more, you can give 30% to it and 10% to Litecoin.

The Litecoin party was over last year. Don't invest 50 percent from your portfolio. From the top Bitcoin>Ethereum>and Binance coin. Binance coin pump history is really good because of limited supply. Maybe 30 percent deserve only Binance coins and 10 percent deserve only new altcoins.

DeFi projects are still very new and I would not allocate more than 5% of the total portfolio towards such coins because while the possible growth and spike is amazing but the possibility of buying dust is also significant. I like a few projects already so it is not like I am not supporting or believing in DeFi tokens or projects but just that it feels like there are higher chances of failures too like when ICO first came it looked so good but now we all know how that market has become.

What about binance?
Please at lest read the OP before you make comments because he is asking how and in what fractions he should maintain his portfolio such that the value of the coins is the best and there is possible profit too. Binance is a great exchange but he is asking what ratio of coins he should be holding.

Confidence will be higher and I actually believe that holding 80% in bitcoins is the best idea and for the remaining amount you can buy XRP and eth because these are those coins which you know will always have the value and maintaining portfolio has a basic aim that is to not loose too much value on your coins and this is what I believe comes as the first priority for any investor.

Yes if you are maintaining the portfolio while also trading with it then surely reduce the holdings in bitcoins and capture some fresh air (coins ;D) from the market also a good idea to buy new coins that are listed in Binance recently because after listing most coins go up for a few weeks.

Firstly,i must honestly to say i do not have any of advice about your portfolio,it is your portfolio, your have to make a decision by yourself. If everyone had the same investment strategy, then someone would lose and someone would gain.I also can feel that you're not one to be swayed by the advice of others,at last, goog luck to you.

Yes, everyone does not need to give more advice on the composition of other people's portfolios in crypto, only it would be better if we have good direction for that person even though that person will not use our direction fully, but at least he already has a few references that good for his portfolio, although the final decision remains in his own heart.

I think a good suggestion can help new investors to choose tokens or cryptocurrencies that are safe for investment because currently there are so many scam projects and junk tokens, if investors don't get advice from experienced investors it will make themselves lose and get stuck in coins which has no potential for price increases.

Your portfolio is not bad. What I can see is you go with normally big cap coins which are good. Cause this kind of coin never go scam. So if you hold these type of coin for a long time eventually you will see some profit and if you pick this coin in good price. But I would say a good portfolio always based on bitcoin normally every holder try to maintain 40-50% bitcoin in their portfolio then they go with other coins. And if you can take risk then put 5-10% of your portfolio in risky smallcapnaltcoins. These type of coins give huge profits sometimes. But the risk factors are very high in these coins now it's your choice.

As for me, I think you should invest in Ethereum most of all, because Ethereum 2.0 is expected to be released soon and price of Ethereum will rise, so I think at least 60-70 percent you should invest in Ethereum, and everything else already in Bitcoin and in Litecoin, since it is not known when Litecoin will begin to grow, but Bitcoin may rise in price this year as well.

The launch of Ethereum 2.0 does not guarantee us that the price of this coin will rise. We are not even sure that the launch will be successful, because the project team has been promising the launch of this update for a very long time, but nothing happens. I've already stopped believing in ETH.

I think the coin you've chose is good enough you can do something like this 50% Ethereum 30% Bitcoin 20% Litecoin. It's just my opinion but I think Ethereum is a good investment as of now due to the DeFi project that's been all around right now.
