Its a pure scam project who are controling both website and referring users to use the fake exchange website. Only transaction id can not prove it, though the tnx amount is the lower accepted amount by the accused site. So this can be true also.

However chances of getting a refund is literally zero, as much as I hate to say this. Just treat this as a lesson to never trust anything that sounds too good to be true, and move on. Its because you made the mistake by following their money stealing guidelines. Scammers never refund but there is higher chances that if you contact them through their support then they may ask again some deposits to release your first fund. I dn't think you will gonna same mistake again. It is to notify you that I have provided the "Proper scam report format" because if you follow this format and include all details then its gonna help your topic readers to know what actually happened with you.
