Tried to register to your website it ask me to click the email you have sent but here's what's on the email


The link is not unique and so when I tried to click the link it directs me to the website and when I tried to login it ask me for approval.

Welcome to the forum! I experienced the same thing with the first user who replied. I think the link you are giving does not authorize the user or not confirms the user and so we could not login with our account however I've seen that there are some online players already, how could that happen?

I have a few questions that I wanted to know after visiting your gambling site. The user interface is looking good and I think that is the user's friendly.
You did not mention to the FAQ you have about the rules you had, just like if this poker gambling site is a P2P (player to player) or you are just fighting to the house of edge. And also, is there in promotion of your site? It is a good start to have more customers.

It looks like you have some incomplete information in your website I don't see any terms and conditions and the FAQs are just in game FAQs:

How do I change my avatar?
What is the Move Timer?
Why did I get kicked from a game?
My player is broke, what now?

What about other information? It looks like it's not yet complete. The social media accounts are also not working.

Can I ask why I can't login to your website? Every time I tried to login I received Account pending approval can you help me fix this so I would be able to test our your website with your free $20.

Nb. I doubt OP belong's to the project based on his post history - obviously just hired to make this post.

If he is not in any way part of this project, then, getting direct answers from him is not to be expected.
I suggest coincards team create their own account so there's no relaying of messages that will consume time.
It is fine that they hired someone to post their thread but addressing issues or concerns should be their job.
In this way, we will know how serious they are in putting up this gambling business.

Registration should be done instantly not just because of the bonus but of course the gamblers wants to test this one one. I see the site is looking great but I’m looking for the Terms and Conditions to read more about this site and if KYC is indeed not a requirements. Social media account can’t be access too, well this is fine to a new gambling site and I hope they can still fix this one.

Tried to sign up here as well but it says account pending approval even after pressing the activation link sent to my email. Seems that they are manually approving the login of players? I don't think it is productive. Maybe to limit who will avail the free 20 bucks.  :P

There are users paid to post the thread in behalf of their company but what makes me anxious is efialtis said but maybe it's best for gamblers not to deposit any amount until the real representatives of the site came here cleared up things and improve what forum users see on their site, I will pass here for now and let see how it goes.

I urge users not to deposit, but most importantly, don't even give them your real email address or same* password because this may be a trick to gather your data for any evil purposes.

OP has copied another website's tutorials here, so beware as they haven't given any source link in their post. Their FAQs are incomplete, terms are copied and the whole website looks like a nightmare, so don't gamble there because as I said, it may be a trick to take your email and password as everyone is complaining about not getting a proper verification link from them.

That’s probably the case or they just need to manually confirm if you already click the link sent to your email, problem here is not we cannot test the site easily and to confirm its legitimacy.

Anyway, a new gambling site to test for but it doesn’t mean you need to deposit your money yet better to wait for more user to confirm since I’m reading about the information being gathered here and some paid users are posting here as well.

I will never use the site and make an account unless all my question has been answered by the above and also other's questions and opinion that they want clarification. Nevertheless, I can't give enough feedback and judgment so far.

just like what Stedsm said, if you want to take a peek on this site, use maybe disposable email and password which you are not using for other sites. we dont know the real deal here, yet!
the $20 may be a bait to collect emails and passwords, who knows? poker players may easily get attracted from this, but lets wait first if someone from their team will show up here.

It's a rule to do whenever it's a new casino or in any crypto new sites that Don't use our primary email accounts. Though I haven't play and read that much yet but if the 20$ can be Withdrawable when reach a certain amount without depositing then it can be a bait as there are no casinos now who will do such promotion but if not then its quite a good amount to start to be familiar in their casino. BTW the claim part in the top right side is clickable but it will just lead back to the website seems some links weren't fix yet. How long does it take to approve the account? I have waited a couple of hours to be able to test the games but I have not yet been able to get them to register me, I like so far how the games environment looks and it seems to load fast.

Online poker is widely popular around the world, with many amateurs and many seasoned poker players in this case the site is not registered and the account is not logged in many have participated in online poker but does it apply to everyone? The new site needs some updates from the manager's active so that every player can easily participate and ensure its use.

Any updates from the OP? It looks like until now the issue on registering is not yet fixed I tried it again using a disposable email but it looks like I'm receiving the same email.

It seems that the site is not fully ready to launch but the owner force it to be launched.
I registered an account as well but the confirmation link is just a direct link to the site, so I believe no one is able to login till this time.
I also think that OP is not the owner of coincards, looking at some of his post history. He seems to be someone who used to be hired to make an announcement of crypto related project.
Unfortunately, he is offline after he created this ANN thread. Lets wait for him, hopefully he will comeback soon and clarify/confirm about what is wrong with the registration. 

Same problem here. Register and system email sent to my email that used for registration. Activation link came to my inbox and clicked, after that i did re-login and there's notification said

Hopefully team can fix this issues, although as i saw in above comments, issue still not solved yet.

It looks like until now it's not yet fixed, I hope they'll fix the FAQs as well and their social media below. I'll try to comeback again to this thread to look for update I thought this could be a new platform to play poker but it looks like it's not yet ready.

I guess the OP doesn't have any connection with the platform he'd been promoting. Check out his recent post guys, he's only posting for at least once a month, so don't expect some answers from him. I guess this topic must be locked, as this would no longer be providing any answers to any inquiries and suggestions. Even the platform seems to be still unregistered or can be looked up on who.is. Therefore, any user inputs in this platform is at risk, shouldn't we investigate first before trying? (lol even the links provided by the OP are just raw links of popular media platforms)

That's what I thought that's why I register using a dummy credentials and disposable email address. I reviewed his post as well it's true that it looks like he's nothing to do with this website. The best thing we can do now is to stay away from this suspicious casino until all the questions and concerns has been answered.

It's a smart move tbh.
Many people try to steal user's credentials by just creating such phishing sites.
So it's always better to use different password atleast for different suspicious site.
And as for this site is concerned, till now haven't got my confirmation email lmao.
Better to avoid these type of sites and should stay safe.

i don't suggest locking this thread, the OP might be the owner of course we're not sure and might soon be able to answer the question also i think he is the only one that was allowed to lock the thread and we can't ask the moderators to lock it.

I agree, there seem to still be quite a few bugs the owner needs to clear before launching it properly. So far, a lot of complains have appeared about not being able to sign in, including me. There is not need to rush things, better to have them done properly then to get negative associations with this new project which could potentially be a hit  :P

I'm sure if the owner is keen enough and serious will get this sorted out  :)

The OP of this thread seems not interested to entertain all the questions about the website. The website design and the poker game they offer especially sit n' go and tournament looks good. It's too bad that still no one experienced or even a glimpse if this feature really exist in the casino. One that I really want to see was the TOS of the website. Its odd that there is reminder to read the TOS during the registration on the game. Looking forward for future update of the OP.

it is true we also have to be smart to choose a place to place bets so that we can play safely, don't be easily attracted to promotions or events on the website because now there are so many websites that are not good for gambling.

it could be that you cant use this virtual money to join real tournaments but you can only use this for practice purpose  or it could be that there are hidden terms to this to be able to convert this virtual money into a real chips or real crypto before you can start on playing on a real game .

 you cant try refreshing the page to see if this problem was also caused by a bug in thier system or try loggin out and loggin it   , also clearing cache . hope it helps fix the issue

How come you've already registered? I tried to sign up again but still receiving the same email from before and still needed some approval. That's weird, is it just me or does anyone still experience this?

Just tried it myself, now I'm able to login and I see that I have $20 on my account.
Seems that verification email is not needed anymore since I did not check my email first before trying to login seconds ago.


It seems you tried to join a table that has higher min buy-in than your available balance.
Looking at the screenshot above, you tried to join Amsterdam table where the min buy-in is $50 while your available balance is $20 only.
There are 4 active tables only at the moment, all of them has high min buy-in as $50 is the lowest one so basically the free $20 is useless if there is no tables with low min buy-in.
On the other side, there is a promo of free $50 for new players but it is not working on my side.
Nothing happens when I click the "claim your sign up bonus" button.

I also tried creating my account and same thing happen, it's showed me a pending approval, I was thinking that it will be much easier after reading this post .


Maybe it's case to case not sure how panjul07 manage to create account and able to log in without any problem.

Tried it again still getting the same are you using your personal email? I was using disposable email maybe that's the reason why I can't get a verification. As per panjul07 he said that the it doesn't allow user to claim the bonus I think this casino is not yet ready until now there's no reply from the OP.
