Title: AMD RX570 GPU Driver problem after Windows Update
Post by: decseiszabi on October 17, 2020, 07:07:58 PM
Hello
In first lines pls sorry for my bad english....
i dont know if were recently discused this theme...i dont find it...

So my problem is that i have 2 rigs running with 6 and 6  pcs AMD RX570 8Gb Nitro cards for about 2 years, without no problems...
About 2 weeks ago windows made some updates (i think) and cleaned all my installed GPU drivers.
I used DDU to clean the new drivers, and i installed back my old drivers (Win10-64Bit-Crimson-ReLive-Beta-Blockchain-Workloads-Aug23.exe), after i make the pach for it, all were ok
All worsk fine sometimes for few hours, sometimes for few minutes...after that the card has not been detected in Claymore anymore,
I stopped from windows the automatic updates, but no result.
Pls somebody who solved this issue to give a help to me

Thanks in advance

Sometimes Windows 10 make a mess with updates, even with updates disabled here, I have some problems from time to time

You can revert the update you suspect to give this issue

Press Windows + i, go to security and update, click on Update history, and then Uninstall Updates
Maybe this work, or if you are tired of this, you can change to a Linux based OS like HiveOS or simplemining, it's good for systens with more than 2 or 3 cards
