As far as a user haven't scammed someone actually i don't think he can be banned, All you can do it to give him feedback if you get a catch from the user and he can do the same so whatch out ;) . If you clearly see someone scamming then push the button says report to the moderator and if your report is appropriate enough then it might be taken down by the mods !!! ;D

Best making people like Tomatocage etc aware with the evidence and they'll usually neg bomb obvious or likely scammers. |
