How it works

Like a traditional game of heads or tails , all you have to do is pick HEADS or TAILS

A bitcoin block will be selected after 72 hrs (ish) and the last alphanumeric of the hash of that block will determine heads or tails

HEADS - 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
TAILS -  8, 9, a, b, c, d, e, f

If you pick the correct option, you go through to the next round and you MUST pick HEADS or TAILS AGAIN.
Then another block is picked and so on until we have our last person standing and our winner !!

A few little rules - please read

- Please reply in the thread with your choice , eg, Heads - Mbitr
- No alt accounts
- One spot per member
- Junior members and above

This raffle is free to enter and will be shipped world wide for free  :)

This is just something a bit different from our regular free raffles - let’s give it a try . Nothing ventured , nothing gained . November is boring !

Tails plz - friends 1980. To remain completely off-topic: "Tails" reminds me inevitably of hours and days of Sonic Adventure 1 + 2 on Dreamcast, years ago. Do the youngsters on these boards even know what a Dreamcast was? 8)

Quick Update
We will flip in roughly 24hrs time as I said in the OP.
All entrants will need to check if they are through to the next round and then pick HEADS or TAILS AGAIN
You will have 48hrs max to make your choice - hopefully everyone will pick sooner than that !!!
In hindsight and if this is done again I think 24hrs per flip is the best option, but as I say , this is a bit of an experiment  :)
Anyway 24hrs left in this round - so still plenty of time for more entrants  :)

Well, in this case I'll pick Heads again :) Seems to be the lucky choice. So practically after each round, the participants number halves.

You got it - hopefully 5-6 rounds and we’ll have a winner ! I think if this raffle style is done again , we’ll do 24hrs between each flip  :)

If the block will turn Tails it will mean the wrong block was chosen. The right one should turn Heads :)

This is an analogy of one of Murphy's laws, stating that if you prepare a bread slice with butter, if it falls from your hand, the chance to land with the butter side on the carpet raises proportionally with the carpet's value (meaning that if you have a very expensive carpet, it will certainly land with the butter side on it). Once upon a time, a man had a very expensive carpet and the bread slice fell from his hand. But it didn't land with the butter side on the carpet. Happy for proving Murphy being wrong, he wrote him a letter, telling what happened. Murphy replied to him, telling he placed the butter on the wrong side of the slice :)
