Try to be more specific about your charge and the reason for the flag. I'm not arguing that these are fake reviews, but more compelling reasons are needed for the flag.

I check the account and I don't see any positive feedback from my end maybe it deleted or something but if it not there's no reason to report the situation if the trust feedback is not from a DT or reputable member of the forum so there's no reason to flag the account cause it still a throwaway account (Newbie) and he can possibly open another one in some seconds.

The feedbacks are not visible to you because they are not from DT member, so they are visible in untrusted feedback. You can check by clicking their feedback page and show rating.
Although they are newbie, there are some people who will fall in the scam by believing that this guy has a lot of positive feedback and they can be trusted. Although I'm not going to tag or support the flag anyway.

This is most likely an old scammer that created a new account. Both parufkowy and atypowy are Polish words... its more than a coincidence, especially seeing as how the parufkowy account woke up (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=1145737) specifically to post a trust feedback; same thing with adis663 (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=1141290), who also says he is from Poland (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2162822.msg21666884#msg21666884). NastyBoy has been more active, sent their 1 merit (https://bpip.org/Profile?id=1298033) to a Polish local board poster. I think its a reasonable preventative measure to support your flag and also issue red trust.

I think leaving fake reviews on alt accounts with a malicious aim of tricking future trading partners should be enough to  leave them negative ratings or a red flag. It's similar to those people who make fake vouches in Anns

Lols, so giving fake feedback is not enough of a reason unless one of the members is DT2 or DT1, when did this thing become a universal law of general acceptance around here? Trust abuse is trust abuse, if you're leaving a newbie with 20 fake trust reviews roam free you're inviting other newbies who don't know that much about the forum to get scammed.
Have you checked his post history (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2889417;sa=showPosts), just as colires sad, a matter of time.

Anyhow
Good catch nutildah, I had bad a feeling that there is a little bit more to it, especially when I saw somebody else mentioning the polish names
Nastyboy's first positive trust came from wgd (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=256419), and wgd is an alt of kotwica666 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5233846.0).
And once you're there... ;D

You really make a point about trust abuse. I didnt check her post history cause I never count his trust feedback as valid since it invisible and newbies are usually adviced to trade with green trusted members but to keep the forum clean/prevent naive newbies to be another victim a drastic measure is needed.

Supported flag. Whoever manipulating trust feedback at the beginning by the scammers, definitely there is a bad intention behind it. Doesn't matter if all are alt account or scammers friends with each other. They will attempt to scam today or This is just an example that scammers have multiple accounts on the forum to scam us. I know feedbacks aren't left by DT member, but he can confuse other newbies by show these fake untrusted feedback who aren't familiar with the trust network. There isn't any more intention except it.
