This is not difficult, try on twitter to find the CEO of the projects in this market and I think it will bring a lot of good information for you. All of them is only bullshit speculation that aiming to get audience for personal gain (referrals, paid-promote, ads, views etc) If you mean legit/best altcoin's from the high followers on twitter, then the answer is you need to do own research first... because high followers and verified account doesn't mean he's the real owner, you can check the original account of the owner by visiting the project websites. Attackers create accounts that were exact copies of the accounts of the heads of crypto companies. Although even Twitter administrators claim that accounts lose their confirmed status when changing user names. But several fake accounts managed to keep the blue ticks.
