I'm not very familiar with Bitco.in website, but seems it's another Bitcoin forum. So, probably you're asking in wrong place about your issue. I guess it would be best to contact admins of this forum, maybe they will help you to recover your account.

I think the site OP is trying to refer to is freebitco.in

Bitco.in is another unpopular forum which seems to have been created to shill Bitcoin Cash and bash Bitcoin according to what I am seeing on the front page

@SeraaMasumi try contacting Freebitco.in's support (I don't know why they don't have contact links on their website, yet they are one of those old crypto related websites)
TheQuin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143168) is always active responding to issues in Freebitco.in's gambling thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.0), maybe you can post your question there or PM him

I'm not sure about it. As far as I know, you can't add phone number on Freebitco.in for 2FA. They are using Google 2FA if I'm not mistaken.
So, OP probably is really referring to Bitco.in.

I was relating it to his posting history (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1134799;sa=showPosts). Right from the time he registered in this forum in 2017 OP was much interested in freebitco.in In 2018, he talked nothing about Freebitco.in but then came back in 2019 to ask the exact question he has asked today - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5159771.msg51643555#msg51643555. He's probably mistaking bitco.in as freebitco.in.

Someone suggested him to contact Bitco.in mods but i don't think that's what he was looking for. He also talked about depositing some $200 in his account which I don't think is possible in a forum like bitco.in

I wish making a new account is not painful as I did had about $200 deposited in the account i could not login. And that was in 2018. I left the website to focus on my job when I was finally hired. I just read news of how much it is now :(

The reset 2FA settings had choices of using a secret key (which was written in the novel that I now could not find), sending text to the phone number (which somewhat the number "0" was missing) and if the phone number is not available, the last procedure takes 8 days of processing.
