You're using the unit "mBTC" which is equal to 0.001BTC. So in your screenshot, you're actually sending 0.0000005BTC (50 satoshi) which will result with that warning.

You can 'fix' that by setting the unit in Tools->Preferences->'General' tab, "Base Unit"; set it from mBTC to BTC.

I'm not sure what you are asking here but in your screenshot you are trying to spend 50 satoshi (which is already impossible because it is lower than dust limit) and any pay you set for that is going to be huge in comparison to the small value. Obviously 14k+ satoshi is >29000% of that amount. Even at 1 sat/byte you have to pay a higher-than-the-amount fee because your transaction size is a lot bigger than 50 bytes specially if you have more than on input.

I think that you are using automated translation, making your question not make much sense.
My advice would be to also ask in the Polish section of the forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=142.0
Maybe there the question and the answers will come easier  ;)
