yesterday evening i deposited 130$ iny usdt erc20 based wallet on kucoin from trust wallet. the transaction succeed and when you try to see the address on etherscan, the usdt is showing there. Go directly to their support or maybe visit their telegram channel and tell your errors to the admin there so that they could help you on your issue. This is their telegram channel @Kucoin_Exchange Also beware of scammers since there are so many impersonators there so make sure you send a message to the real admins and don't entertain any message from random users or who pm you first telling that they will help you. If that's still not yet reflecting, you really have to reach kucoin badly in all of their contacts where you can have a talk with any of their representative to have and take a look into your account. Provided all those that needed, TXID and explain the problem. And if you've done that with all of the days that have passed, hoping that your case was resolved. They have once accelerated the ticker response time but it is all luck at the end of the day. Just try your luck, hope it will be resolved soon.
