Indeed, the project under consideration in the form of preliminary developments, laboratory research and independent examinations with subsequent patenting of the results has existed for the fourth year. Prior to entering PreICO, it was carried out within the framework of joint work of the Advanced Research and Technology Holding, KACST (King AbdulAziz City for Science and Technology, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Institute of Electrochemistry, Bulgaria).

At the moment, since last summer, the project has been separated from the general theme into a separate direction.

A real working prototype of 5 kW, already extensively tested and put into continuous operation, you can see either at the test site in Sun Valley, KACST (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), where it works as a secondary source in the electrical grid, powered by solar panels, or in our laboratory (Minsk, Belarus). As for the individual elements, that is, the actual lead-acid batteries, manufactured according to our new technology, they were manufactured by the Elhim-Iskra enterprise (Bulgaria) and you can both see and touch them in the same place as indicated above. So are the official reports.

If you still look at the roadmap of the project, you will surely see that it started last summer. Some delay in appearing on various social networks was due to the need for comprehensive testing of the project page, personal account of partners and payment systems, as well as the initial posting of information about the project on trackers.

The airdrop program is also published on the site and we have not yet received complaints that it does not work - charges are made every Wednesday (which, by the way, was reported on Twitter).

I must point out to you that the solution of the problem, which has already been solved for our project, is being dealt with not only by us, and not by us the first. For example, here is just a list of the main research points with dates (for the last quarter of a century).
- Nakamura, Shiomi et al. at 1996-97 years have found that introduction of increased amounts of carbon black to the negative paste retards substantially the sulfation of the negative plates on HRPSoC cycling and the number of completed micro-cycles increases to about 5000.

- Hollenkamp et al. at 2000-01 have established, within a project of the Advanced LeadAcid Battery Consortium (ALABC) program, that addition of graphite or carbon black to the negative paste improves notably its conductivity and lowers the charge voltage of the cells.
- Newnham et al. at 2002 have found that the specific surface area of ​​NAM is an important parameter as it sustains the potential of the negative plates below the hydrogen evolution potential. However, not all carbon forms that increase the specific surface of NAM contribute to improvement of battery cycle life on HRPSoC operation.

- Lam et al. at 2002 have pointed out that certain carbon forms (depending on the initial product from which they have been produced) may contain impurities which would lower the over-potential of hydrogen evolution and eventually reduce the efficiency of
charge.

- Calabek et al. at 2006 have proved that the presence of carbon in NAM reduces its pore radii and thus impedes the continuous growth of PbSO4 crystals, sustaining formation of small crystallites of high solubility and hence efficient charge process.
- Moseley at 2006 assumes that carbon acts as an electro-osmotic pump that facilitates acid diffusion in the inner NAM volume at high rate of charge and discharge.

- Lam et al. at 2006-07 have created an ultra-battery with a conventional PbO2 positive plate and a negative plate comprising two parts: half of it is a carbon electrode and the other half is a regular negative plate (with sponge lead active material). In the ultrabattery design, carbon is in electrical, but not in physical contact with the negative active material. It has been speculated that only those mechanisms of carbon action which could still operate when the carbon is isolated from the lead active mass can be considered as candidates for providing the major benefit to charge efficiency and
impeding negative plate sulfation.

- Pavlov et al. at 2010-12 established that carbon additives reduce the mean pore radius of NAM, carbon particles adsorb onto the lead surface, mostly to the edges and apexes of the lead crystals, and at higher carbon concentrations, onto the crystal surface as well. Some of the carbon types have a stable and low-ohmic contact with the lead surface. These carbon additives will guarantee good electrochemical behavior of the (Pb + C) electrode.

- Pavlov et al. at 2013-15 identify of the mechanism (s) by which certain forms of carbon, when included in the negative active material of a valve-regulated lead – acid battery exposed to high-rate partial-state-of charge operation, are able to resist sulfation.

As you can see, at different times a lot of efforts have been made to positively address the issue of the applicability of carbon nanomaterials in the production of lead-acid batteries.
Moreover, I will tell you - some of the technologies have even been introduced. True, since no one except our team was able to solve in a complex the problem of producing the materials themselves, transporting them and introducing them into existing production chains, the introduction of such technologies did not give any special marketing advantages.

The technologies that we use are also developed by us, and they are displayed in the relevant articles (which you did not get to) and already received patents for production technologies (which you also did not get to, which is rather strange, there are links in the white paper).

I understand that your task is precisely and directly denigrating our efforts, but we are not going to interfere with you even in this regard - a reasonable investor will always prefer to see everything with his own eyes and touch with his own hands (and we are ready to provide such an opportunity to anyone who wishes) or, at least, watch the video cut on our YouTube channel from our production, its quality, etc.

Despite the fact that the introduction of various types of carbon materials in the production of lead-acid batteries has been carried out since the mid-50s of the last century, real opportunities have emerged only in the last quarter of a century - in connection with the emergence of sanely expensive methods of producing carbon nanomaterials themselves.

Attempts have been made to introduce it into real production, but they have caused and are still causing more problems for manufacturers than they bring benefit (a small article about some of the problems is posted on our Media channels, in LinkedIn and on Facebook).
We began to solve all the current problems of the manufacturers directly in a complex, having carried out preliminary research before this and received very impressive (as predicted before us in numerous publications) results that were appreciated by the manufacturers - we succeeded in cooperation with the companies MONBAT and Elhim-Iskra to produce test batches of batteries (500 pieces each) made according to our technology and assemble the very final product that we are talking about in our project.

We created very successful energy storage devices based on secondary power sources at the beginning of last year, after which they underwent comprehensive checks and tests (and tests of only one new battery model in the current reality can last from 6 months to a year, certification - from a year to one and a half). Based on the results of field tests, the project of our team was singled out in a separate direction.
Of course, investors from China and India immediately showed interest in the project. Our reluctance to work in this regard with China and India (as well as Pakistan and Poland) is entirely due to the conditions put forward to us - the creation of only one turnkey production in these countries (then we will copy it ourselves), which is not profitable for us as a team.

Negotiations with the largest US corporation Johnson & Johnson (in Europe it is a Varta trademark) have reached a logical deadlock due to the unstable political and trade situation. Investors from the countries of the Persian Gulf, on the eve of a new great Arab war, also peri-oriented towards the United States and prefer not to introduce something new, but to spend money on preparing for the massacre.

We are in no way opponents of either Saudi Arabia, Israel, the United States or Europe, as well as China and India, but we believe that the technology we have developed (actually tested and demonstrated in action only last summer) should not be copied , therefore, it was decided to create the entire production and implementation chain ourselves (especially since, according to the roadmap of our project, everything is going according to plan), receiving funding through the release of tokens for the full implementation of the entire project.

It's not very clear why, but this is the standard way for this kind of scam. As a result, they ask for money for a trip or to check into a hotel or come up with something just as touching and stupid.

In the middle of last month, I promised you several things at once. First, the results of independent tests on lead-acid batteries formulated with our additives. Secondly, stopping the current staking and starting a new phase, which would result in real payouts. It is, so to speak, at least. 

Unfortunately, the current reality burst into life extremely unpleasantly, and very cruelly and ugly.
This is not only and not so much even about our project with you, but about an extremely unpleasant situation in general. 

I can state with full responsibility that our project has never, neither before the current, extremely terrible, from our point of view, events, nor now had and does not have any ties with state structures of both the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Ukraine. 
Nevertheless, history does not tolerate the subjunctive mood.
The direct entry of Russian troops into the territory of Ukraine took place and now there is a full-scale war.

I will not go into an assessment of current events in terms of finding out who is right and who is not - everything is bad.

As for our project and its implementation, all these events affected us in four ways.
1. The project is implemented as a European one. Accordingly, falling under the jurisdiction of the EU, we fall into the functionaries for the implementation of sanctions against Russia and Belarus.
2. We have fairly large financial and intellectual interests in Belarus - our laboratory and testing complex, land, buildings, equipment and, most importantly, personnel, our scientific potential are located there. All this is located on the territory of Belarus. Our workers there are citizens of Belarus. They fall under both sanctions and increased pressure from the authorities - as they work for a European enterprise.
3. We had fairly large interests in Russia. Both financially and intellectually. We negotiated with Russian manufacturers on the use of our materials and technology licensing, most of the independent studies of the results of our activities were also ordered by us in Russia - both due to the high potential and competence of Russian performers, and due to their relatively low cost.
4. Almost a third of our partners, that is, the owners of the ARNO token, one way or another live or lived until recently in the territory of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. 

We thought for a very long time what to do with all this and how it will affect the further implementation of the project. To minimize both current negative and future even more negative (as it seems to us) impacts of political events on the implementation of our project, the following decisions have been made.
1. We are relocating our scientific and practical complex to Europe - to Bulgaria. Yes, it will be difficult, expensive, and you will have to give up a lot, apparently. But - we will save our potential from any negative influences.
2. 3. We resume independent testing, now focusing on Europe and countries in Asia and America.
