Not a musician but I like music. There are threads that has been made that asks about the same thing. And my choice of music changes depends on my mood.

Sometimes it's about relaxing while working, sometimes it's about being sentimental. It really depends and that's one of the beauty of music, it's going with us depending what our mood is.

I mainly listen to rock and electronics, but selectively. There is not a lot of contemporary music that I could like.

ballad, mainly. I listen to music everyday, esp when I prepare to go to bed. these songs are gentle and they remove all those various thoughts from my mind.

I don't have a particular musical preference. My playlist includes rock, pop, electrinic, classical, jazz and so on. I love music, and you know, each kind of music has its own charm. i felt like loving to have Techno music this moment But some times I love Rap songs , reggae music, Jazz , Country ,Metal Rock everything.

In short I am Music lover ,I can relate to any music of any Genre .

To me, music should suit the occasion. if im working and work out, usually im listening to dubstep lol. but if chill, i'll listen to accoustic music. at shower usually always rock alternative  :D

Folk, in my opinion, folk music is a relatively implicit and connotative existence. Some are new folk songs with the characteristics of world music, and some are regional music with characteristics of countries or regions.

I love classical music when i listen to classical music i usually feel relaxed and happy. Classical music has a magical power

I was influenced by the music of my brother which I have no choice but to listen to them while we are in one room. He likes the rock bands like smashing pumpkins and then evolve to Korn. When you are with a brother who brings his friends to the house and then they let you join the group while they play their music and get drunk, you begin to also like the music they listen to.

Music is the source of life for me. I like listening to music because it sounds very pleasant.
I like to listen to all kinds of music, such as house, rock music, rhythm and blues, pop music, classical music, tongue-out music and so on. . . It depends on where I am, what I do, and how I feel.

I love rock. It always cheer me up and make me feel active. Sometimes, such as when i'm not happy, I will listen to rock and when I listening I feel that the music is taking my place to vent bad feelings and when the music ended, i always feel relaxed. I love the power of rock.

I prefer more melodic songs. There is no specific style. Recently, I listen to a lot of ancient style songs and hip-hop rock  ;D

Different people, different personalities, and the type of music they like to listen to should be different. Some people listen to popular music, some people listen to rock, some people listen to Rap, some people listen to classical music, and I only love rock music!

I listen to almost every type of music it just depends on my mood.
It also depends on what is trending music and the lyrics or message of the song.

I am a music lover. I like modern and avant-garde music very much. After getting used to the sound effects of modern music, I have my own understanding of modern music. I’ve been listening to jazz since junior high school. Yeah Jazz Is one great Music , and one of my fav genre of Music.

I love 2 music genres that are classical music and k-pop...
since I was little I was taught to play the piano and my father always asked me to like classical music. besides that, I also like k-pop music, since the k-pop boom I have followed their development, BTS is my idol k-pop boyband.

Mine as well mostly it depends upon the time and my activity. Like if its morning time and doing fitness then some motivational songs, during evening or later night some slow songs and in afternoon just to keep up listen to some jazzy or instrumentals ones. So kind of like various music’s do like it.

I can listen to anything from country to disco! I have recently gotten into metal and listening to bands like Motorhead and Venom.
I also love the Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon album. I love anything that is really good music.

indie pop bc i'm garbage

Mostly i like meditation music which is soft and relaxing. Its feel so good once to listen to the relaxing music at night and forget all the pain and hard work of the day. If anyone have a collection of mediation music online, please share with us.  :)

I like electronic music in general and techno in particular, more specifically the trend called minimal indeed recently i discovered a new trend called dark minimal techno i know it is reductive to listen only one genre but i only like this one

Well, music is my life. Whenever I'm not doing music I'm listening to it. My favourite genre of music is techno and trance, but that doesn't mean I don't listen to other genres.

I depends,  I like music a lot but it always comes down to the occasion. When gaming with some friends I really like hard bass. But when relaxing, playing poker or gambling I like something easy like pop or old rock.

I don't listen to music so much, as I don't open the radio often in the car and I'm not so inclined to put music in the background while surfing the web.

I love to listen to Quebecer pop music (Beau Dommage, Jean Leloup, Les Colocs, Daniel Bélanger, etc.).

I also enjoy video game soundtrack like Age of Empire, Crowfall, Knight Online.

I don't listen to songs when I try to catch them I hear very little. But once you start listening it will be heard throughout the week. Bangla and Hindi low beat songs are frozen while doing math In this wa I will be able to spend seven years without eating nava when I have to work very fast without the songs of high variation, the songs will increase the speed of the body. There are songs by Anupam Roy so that it doesn't get boring while sitting in a bus jam or walking on a big road!

I'm a big fan of pop, slow rock, country and new wave sounds of the 80s. I do listen to them from time to time.

But right now, I'm quite addicted to K-pop music.

I listen mostly independent artists. They are not very mainstream but they are much more talented than the music that is considered popular. My favorite genre is soul music, specifically that East L.A. style lowrider soul music. The Penrose Records label is currently the one with my favorite artists but there is also Colemine Records, Mango Hill Records, and Big Crown Records.

I like heavy metal, the stuff by Metallica and Anthrax. I also like ZZ Top, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin and Guns n' Roses.
I like big drums, heavy guitars, bass and drum solos. I just love loud music and hard music. That's the stuff I like.

I like music that is soft and has touching lyrics, so I like romantic music. Because for me music can be a therapy to reduce the stress
we experience. By listening to the right music, our emotions can be easily controlled. Especially before going to bed I like to listen to music
to make my sleep better, for those who have trouble sleeping. I can suggest listening to music before bed, but choose music that does
have soft tones.
