I just registered on Betcrypt website and it was quick procedure but maybe you should add some 2fa option at login as additional protection.

After reading FAQ page I am not sure and I can't sind if there are any withdrawal fees when withdrawing Bitcoin, and if they exist than how much is it?

It seems that they uses non fixed withdrawal fee so it will always based on the latest network condition when you are going to withdraw.

Maybe both of these sites support the same native token ($SBET), I'm not sure just asking for confirmation.

One more thing, do you only accept coin which running on EOS blockchain only? any plan to add another coin with another blockchain? Because on your withdrawal guide, you need to swap EOS coin to another coin that can be accepted on Luno. So it will cost more fee to do, not directly to the exchange.

Welcome to the forum, when I see "Decentralized Crypto Sportsbook", I then check the site because  I really like a decentralized one. it's not usual so I guess I have to study how to play it, I thought it was the the same with directbet before where you bet, send your bet on a certain address and if you win it will automatically return your winning to a an address you specified.

Luno was just used as an example of an external wallet to send your money to but you are able to withdraw your money to any crypto wallet you have. As for registering with your email address, there is an email that gets sent to you in order to activate your account. Please check your inbox and spam folder (just in case) - it usually only takes a minute or 2.

if it is eos-based platform, they normally don't need KYC. you can use EOS or SBET (1 EOS right now is approx 949.3962 SBET) other than BTC, which are really good as they have very minimal fees. EOS you can basically find it in top exchanges. and one good feature that can attract some players is their sbet staking feature.

Will SBET be listed in a more popular exchange rather than using the link provided on the website? Not using TokenPocket or Meet.One wallet. I believe not many players here are familiar on these wallets. Better if we can buy SBET in a centralized exchange.

I like that you have detailed information with images that explain how to withdraw cryptos from the website; I think this info should be useful to newbies. But it would be useful if you add the minimum withdrawal amount (if there is a minimum amount on your website) to the guide as well.
It's also nice that your Terms are just one page of text, so they can be easily read by anyone who's interested. What I didn't like about the rules is that you're using only the male pronoun (he). I think it's would be better to change it to 'they', so that nobody can then claim that the rules didn't apply to them because they aren't male or anything, and because it would just me more inclusive and thus attract more people.
I also have some questions regarding your "NO KYC" policy. For instance, the terms mention verifying the age of people. I understand why it's important, but how can you verify it without asking for an ID or does it mean that you ask for ID in some cases?

Did you get the information that investigation may take up to 1095 days from their official representative/support? If it is real, it does not make senses at all to have that long time although I believe there is no bookies that will take up to that long for investigating bets.

Their turn around of resolving issues here is really very long. If this is how they resolve issues here, most players who submitted their complaints may already forgot their case especially those with small funds involved. And also, the dishonest sports behavior is quite vague. Maybe you need to ask them the specifics so you know what they are referring here.

1095 days are too long to investigate. It might be a delaying tactics so you'll get tired waiting and eventually give up.

They should honor what they say to their players. Shortly means long days of waiting? I guess, if they want to attract more players, they will resolve issues in prompt manner so they are not leaving the player hanging. And with good experience, they can endorse it to others. Anyway, I hope you resolve your case soon.

Right, a business should promptly resolve the issue as fast as possible because either the issues pile up and they will not resolve anything anymore or their reputation might get soiled just like what happened to 1xBit.

Non major tournament/league should not be a reason imo, there should be a valid reason why they think that the game is dishonest. We have just seen 2 complains already here, first is the one related to unsettled bet with dishonest sports behavior reason and you are the 2nd related to cashback/risk free bet or whatever you are referring to.
Unfortunately, the official representative is not online in this forum for around 3 weeks.
Not a good sign for a new comer sportsbook if you ask me but you can try to get in touch with them by sending email to support to ask about your concern.

The provided link on the last post redirect you to http://www.betcrypt.io/ which is indeed not working but if we use the provided link on the OP then it will redirect you to https://betcrypt.io/ which is working fine.
