Suggestions for what exactly? If you're asking which coins to buy, then I'm afraid that asking for financial advice on an online forum is not the best idea.

what kind of coin change mobile app do you mean? of us may not all use it if it takes a diversion fee that doesn't match the profit of holding it without trading it. I think it's quite a burden.

I search is only an exchange, what do you need?
- How to buy and sell?
- How to transfer your token?
- How to KYC ?
- Or other things?

Is Indian Exchange, so maybe Indian user using that exchange to sell/buy with their currency and what tips you want to ask? If you want to ask tips for which coin has some good potential to buy then you must doing your own research.

If you are not sure then why did you buy 10 dogecoin? Maybe if you don't know anything about the app yet, you can visit your own local board and I guess that would be "arabic" and try to ask someone there about the app.

This app is just an exchange for trading tokens and I don't know what else do you need to know. Don't seek financial advices to someone here because none of them matters. It's always on you so do some research first before you actually invest on a certain crypto. No matter how good the coin is if you don't know what you are investing it's all pointless.

I've used them before using browser but I see that they're no longer supporting a browser transaction and they've enforced their users to download their app.

You follow the instruction on their website, they are requiring KYC now which is a disappointment for me because before they're not like that.

I have seen a some scam accusations about them. Don't bother using the service as it's untrustworthy.

What are you using to buy doge coin? Is it fiat or another coin? I could help you by suggesting much better alternatives. Centralized and popular exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, FTX can be good options for low volumes of coins if you don't like KYC.

It's been a long time since I've use coinswitch last so I don't have any updates regarding their customer service or safety, you can try with very low amount first and see how that works out, also you said youve purchased 10 dogecoin? If you received that successfully then coinswitch still works

what you needs depends on how you want to buy it. if it's a swap from one alts to another, you'll only need an address, the coins you want to swap, plus some additional fee. remember to check the rates though, sometimes it's really terrible.

From what I can gather, they used to be a good instant swap service but later, they became shitty and turned in to scammers. Safety first. I would avoid the service if I were you
  • Coinswitch.co and it's owner Ashish Singhal and vimal sagar tiwari are scammers. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5327408.0)
  • Coinswitch.co seems to be scamming - be careful (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5309786.0)
  • Coinswitch.co exchange is scam using Exodus wallet! (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5296252.0)
  • BEWARE COINSWITCH WILL SCAM YOU! (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5271100.0)
  • Coinswitch.co is a scam stay away from them (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5269679.0)

If you want to use trust worthy instant exchanges try the likes of coinplaza.it or fixedfloat.com

Hmm,,, I had no idea they had become so bad and became scammers,,, but I have used them in the past with no issues, and Exodus would not use them if they were scammers.

I think a lot of the problems with coinswitch is with KYC and people hoping to use them anonymously,,, plus of course their fees. Which makes it super pointless to use. I guess lately they are resorting to scamming.

I never heard of Coinplaza or fixedfloat on the other hand:)

I used them a few times in the past, but now changed to changehero or changenow. Can't say which one is more reliable because my experience is limited. I suggest you to check them out instead, but remember that it's risky to use instant swap service like this. Even a cex is probably a better option.
