I got the message of tokensale of this fake serum. It’s a tempting offer to get something back in kind. Because at a much lower price than the current market price of serum, scammers are promising to give tokens through tokensale. Which can be dangerous for new investors, as they may fall into this trap.

I am amazed at how you can find this kind of scams, where do you usually look for scams like this. I hope that the scammers haven't got anyone yet because that would be too sad knowing that they have taken an easy money by scamming people. Anyways, nice catch OP and may you never stop busting scammers.

The OP said he got the message for this. Such scams are very common on discord or telegram.

This is almost the same as my story a few days ago I was inputted to the Safepal telegram and they made sales with the domain name "sale", the same thing as your findings, even the appearance is the same there is no difference, only a different address so I think this group same trap keeps spreading the same trap with different companies.
But indeed if the scameres continue to do this continuously, I'm sure someone will be caught in this trap for sure and the scamers dare to do it when there are still victims.

Why am I on this channel?
I found the same as the OP finding but this is a different platform name, the OP posted a fake sales serum and now I find Westarter fake sales the trick is the same, nothing is different.

Ignorant behavior for scammers is all it does to tease people.

If this is fake then what was the real site? I am asking because I am confused, is there any real Serum project? I am sorry but am not familiar if it exists. OP should write more details what was the real site and contract address as well if there is. So we can compare it. As we know it's not surprising on Telegram. Many scammers there around use and sending unsolicited PM regularly. Most of the time I just report and delete. Of course, I share with the community if there is enough time to share.

Yes it exists and it's already listed on CoinMarketCap (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/serum/)
Not sure how legit the Serum project is but here is the official link to their website: https://projectserum.com/
The funny thing is that they are not conducting any token sale right now. Do these scammers really think someone will invest his money in a project without even googling its name!

They collect your Telegram usernames from different groups that you join. Then they give you a message by attaching such fake website. So you too have received the message of a similar type scam.

Serum is a popular and legit project. Because of the popularity of this project, scammers are using the name of this project to scam. When a project is popular in the crypto market, scammers use the name of that project very simply to fool people. I was in real Serum's official telegram group so the scammer got my telegram account from that official group.
