They're very difficult to get here, so I must buy them from abroad. I found only a decent one in AliExpress, but nothing elsewhere, and I can't find any reputable service that sells them. If you know any, I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. The seller must be a reputable one, ship worldwide, and uses an express delivery option. Obviously, willing to pay a small bounty.

Amazon UK have different products, you can check with Amazon and request your relative to order respective product through single day delivery option. This way you can get the product through your relative who starts his/her journey to your country by this friday.
