Title: CLOUDBET.com aka ScamBet. All/Any Help Will Be Greatly Apriciate
Post by: akaSCAMBET on August 22, 2021, 05:13:57 PM
So a few weeks a ago my friend opened a Cloudbet.com account. At first the deposits where fine they taken and betted and or lost with no issue on multiple occasions. Then about a week ago he went on run Turning approximately $100 to $3k. The next day a email was received asking to verify identity. Shortly after his Canadian docs which was asked for (the selfie+Id+paper w/ date was sent along with the id front&back and utility bill/bank statement) where sent. Since then the 24 hour chat “help” claims no one can contact the “safety team” reviewing the documents, they couldn’t even give a approximate wait time for the issue to be resolved or a person with higher authority couldn’t be contacted. The only option given was to wait an unknown amount time for a email response.

Me personally have gambled at almost all of the major crypto sports books and casino and verification hasn’t took more then 72 hours. I’ve also gambled on shore and even their verification take 24-48 hours. Me being a good friend I’m trying to find any info about this type of situation beucase I referred my friend to use cloudbet.com. I personally only placed 2/3 bets and withdrew with no issue due to convenience they claim they had with instant withdraw/deposit.

Cloudbet's slow response rate by the support is something that has been going on for some years, and I don't know why they are not willing to rectify that. I believe so many people have complained about it.

The only option your friend has now is to wait out until his issue is worked on, and possibly avoid using cloudbet in the future.

You made a serious mistake when you recommended your friend to use cloudbet, lately I've seen many people complaining about them and I haven't seen them solve the problem

Then about a week ago he went on run Turning approximately $100 to $3k.

how did he get $100 to get $3000? will your friend not cheat?

The next day a email was received asking to verify identity. Shortly after his Canadian docs which was asked for (the selfie+Id+paper w/ date was sent along with the id front&back and utility bill/bank statement) where sent.

I imagine they must have sent this email only because your friend decided to withdraw the money, am I right?

Since then the 24 hour chat “help” claims no one can contact the “safety team” reviewing the documents, they couldn’t even give a approximate wait time for the issue to be resolved or a person with higher authority couldn’t be contacted. The only option given was to wait an unknown amount time for a email response.

what is sad and shameful are these attitudes, they seem to be very busy and important gods, very shameful this kind of attitude

Are you sure? Where's the accusations here? I guess I haven’t seen one recently. In fact, I haven’t seen them for a single time. It would be better if you have link them. Although I don't use cloudbet this days, I should know as I suggest cloudbet to others.
