It seems that this is indeed the case. Over the summer months, when traditionally the cryptocurrency market practically dies out due to the summer holidays, bitcoin managed to restore its price positions from $ 30,000 to $ 50,000. Almost everything is ready for the autumn bull growth and I hope that in terms of the rate of such growth it will be no worse than the spring one.

Yes Bitcoin is above 50k atm, and another bull run could prolly start from now down to the end of the year and the beginning of 2022, which could see Bitcoin appreciate to a really high price, but having said that, I don't really know about alts, personally I would not advice one to hold Altcoins cause I think most of them are short term projects, thus, cause BTC is prolly doing well doesn't means your alts will, if they pump, I feel it's wise you sell them, cause they could dump sooner rather than later. If the alt in you wallet is ethereum, then it makes sense if you're talking about hodling, but if it's other altcoins, I think the best strategy is to take ROI when as soon as you get them cause they aren't really long term projects.

Again you are making the same mistake that hundred of other traders before you have done. When the bullrun starts, it is time for holders to sell and when bear run starts it is time for holders to buy, just another way of saying buy low sell high.

So if the altcoins are rising, you should sell them and exit them finally. I believe you have faith in some altcoins so you would not sell them, but understand that cycling the coins between the highs and the lows is as important as holding them. These coins will never go too high because someone will sell and the prices will drop again. Do not get into the wrong idea that if you sell, it is gone forever because that may be true for bitcoin but always false for altcoins.

So sell some before the bullrun stops and then you can buy them back at lower price if you wish to. Because this is a continuous cycle, you have to be active here. Unlike bitcoin holding where you can sleep soundly after having bought bitcoin at three digits.

The predictions target was already break right now and let's be aware that after this spike happened, it's expected that correction will probably exist one day.

I do agree with it. some altcoins have been starting its bullish trend since bitcoin was going back again to the 50k. ADA, SOL, Polygon already shown the bullish trend. Im still holding all of my altcoins and majority of my assets were increasing almost 100%.

The bullish trend that happened with the major coin can be a signal for the bullish trend will be happening with the small cap coins. Some small cap coins have been going to the moon since last week.

Yes Bitcoin crossed $50k which is a very good news for the entire market, the very good side of it is that, a lot of people will start coming in gradually as many were of the opinion that at certain prices it will show bull run is back, and those certain prices started from $45k and now it is above $50k fomo might be the other of the day.
Also, while Bitcoin might look too high to some people to get into, they will try as much as possible to take their profits and gains from other coins and thus that is why a coin like SOL set a new ATH. But in as much as no one can really predict the market, assuming no fud comes up, most coins will start setting new ATH and coupled with the NFT trend, many good things are lined up for the crypto space. However, it's very important at this juncture to hold only good coins as they might or will be the first to start leveraging the good market growth.

Not all altcoins will make their new all time highs. Good altcoins will make new all time highs but the number of bad and dead altcoin projects are more than good ones.

You can buy and hold altcoins that have good developments, have good platforms for other projects to be built on.

Dead projects can take advantage of Bitcoin rally and altcoin season to revive but they are not worth to invest. High risk with them.

Don't sell if you are holding potential altcoins but if you are not sure, selling was a great decision to do than to have regrets later. nah it's too soon. i'd say bear is coming closer when at least 10 threads are created a day predicting bitcoin will break 1 million a few weeks or months later. just like the prediction of btc going $100k in 2017 after we break ath.

Yes ,  you are right ,  but btc is still in correction means to say under $50k right now ,  so it will take some more time to stable ,  alt will change but not now ,  it will take time ,  every one is looking just only btc,  what is doing BTC  , if we see ADA ,  it has surprised ,  volume has too much high as compare to bnb . we cannot say that only alt will change ,  even we see memes coins they are also ready to fly .

it can happen and I also predict the same thing that bitcoin as well as many altcoins will reach their new highs, but that's all just speculation we have to read the market situation it doesn't hurt if you want to sell it now if it is profitable. it all depends on each person's belief in a coin because in my opinion when the bull market comes, not all altcoins have a high price, so come back to the coin holder if I will sell any amount when I need money and also have started to have doubts about it. the price of the coin will not be higher.

Selling them is a great loss, so I decided to keep them and wait for perfect time to take my profit gains. For now patience is really needed in order to survive before everything is too late.

I believe that we haven't even seen the peaks of most altcoins, sure some stuff like Avax made a lot of profit but that is very little amount of coins, not all of them. When you look ETH, it increases way less than what bitcoin did, same for dot, doge, uni and link. I could name a few others but you got what I am saying, sure some stuff like bnb and ADA went up a lot and I am very glad for them but those will probably not continue to go up, I mean the ones that went up less than what bitcoin did, anything that didn't go up 10% or more this week still has a chance to go up in the next week.

Just the way crypto market works, if bitcoin goes up a bit, then altcoins should go up at least that much as well, if it is not doing that then it means there is either a problem with that coin/token or they will do it later than when the other ones went up.

BTC crossed $50K 2 days back but still, we can not say whether it will touch 100000USD or not before the year ends. If one has good potential altcoins must hold tight because soon we will see altcoins will also boom so there is no point in selling if there is no emergency of funds. Solana is a hot choice among altcoin buyers in recent times because Solana is performing phenomenal but we can not expect much from the shit coins. If BTC moves we can hope for good movement in altcoins also in the coming days.

I'm still holding my alts and some of my alts like AlchemyPay, Tranchess, Wild, PYR and many more have been giving me decent amount of money but I were expecting the bullish season for the altcoin will be going on at least until the next year.

Solana is different from most alts that have already made their ATH before. But it can happen that the other altcoins can also be back at their ATHs because of bitcoin making a recovery from its ATH.

That's a quick gain and recovery that we're seeing and I think it's the first time to see that bitcoin has been this great in recovery after plummeting after reaching the top.

The market is unpredictable because many people will associate opinions with market movements, if now the market has increased then many are speculating that it is time to reach a new ATH even though the market is signaling it will drop drastically. BTC will indeed hit a new ATH but maybe not within the next month but towards the end of the year.

I would say that 2018 peak had BNB as well, and doge too, and in fact ADA as well, and sure XRP and LTC type of coins are far away from their ATH as well but that means we have some that went down and some went up, we can't say that most went down and only few went up. On contrary if you make good decisions on your purchases right now, 3 years later they will be in profit as well.

Things like poly and dot may not be super high in few years, why? Because, they have a thing that people end up using them for and if that thing gets more and more common than we are not going to end up seeing these two stay up since there is way too much competition. This is why I believe that we should not be focusing on crypto that has potential now, we should look into things that are already good, not just a potential but a good thing as it is currently so that we can profit.

Alts already have a market cap of well over $1 trillion, and their adoption and acceptability is not high enough to justify such a huge valuation. For BTC, I am OK with the current market cap of $900 billion, but $1150 billion for the alts is too much IMO. Especially for coins like Doge, there is hardly any correlation between the market cap and usage stats. The user base and real volumes doesn't justify this figure. As long as BTC goes up, the alts will follow. But once a correction occurs, they will get destroyed.

I am ready to wait for the coming of the altcoin season and I still hold my coins to sell at a high price. I think the next altcoin season can happen this year and maybe before the end of this year. If one coin has already hit the highest price, the next coin will take a position to hit the next highest price and the coin before will need to wait for the next time but sometimes, that coin can increase higher more than the previous high price. But still, the market is unpredictable and we do not know which coin can increase and reach new ATH.

I just look into Bitcoin's trend, definitely, it is currently growing. If this momentum won't stop, it probably has a huge impact on the altcoins, I expecting altseason again. But we can't set aside some instances of possible huge correction on the altcoins as we know that they are mostly relying on Bitcoin. This week will be a correction for almost all of the coins as bitcoin itself down deeper than before and now, bitcoin trying to accumulate more support for the next rally. We can only wait for a while and maybe we can accumulate more bitcoin in this downtrend so we will be ready to sell bitcoin at the next high price later.

It's a common in crypto market when bitcoin price is not in sideway position, altcoin's price will crash because people their trades and focusing on bitcoin.

I have also some alts that I need to harvest its fruits. Thankfully, they didn't rot in my wallet and they are still moving despite the long wait.

Your argument is very weak. Essentially you are saying that Bitcoin is going up, and therefore the alts also "need to" go up. In real life, things are not that simple. Have you ever compared the userbase and acceptability of altcoins to that of Bitcoin? Bitcoin is miles ahead of all of them. Take the case of XRP or Polkadot as example. The overall trade volume may be high, because day traders love these coins. But what about the actual usage? Very few people use them for any purpose other than trading. And that makes me believe that these coins are overpriced.

In the market as it is now, many altcoins are rising in price. Like a pumped solana and luckily those who have sold at peak price. So don't try to keep holding it, because it will definitely dump. I will sell altcoins when the price has gone up, but will not hold them for the long term, because to get back pumping, altcoins have to wait for bitcoin to return bullish.

I love how altcoins and Bitcoin moved forward in 2017. A terrible profit margin was made when Domain BTC.D dropped from over 80% to around 50%. That has led altcoins to increase in capitalization one by one. At that time, there were not as many altcoin projects as there are now.

There are a lot of altcoins since 2017, alts is created everydays but most of them are ended becoming a trash tokens. So i think the more alts in the market is not going to affect the price growth of an alts. Choosing an investment project is a good question. I will prioritize projects that are blockchain platforms because they can add value like how Solana, BSC did.

If Bitcoin will hit $100,000 this year, I assume the top coins will also increase but not all tokens will go with the flow. There are still tokens that cannot cope up to fly since some are develop for unclear use cases besides to use it on making money like scam and pump and dump tokens. On the basis of Solana, we can not expect other coins will also follow the same. Solana is a high potential coin and recently it perform outstandingly. At present BTC is around $42,600 and it is moving sideways. Now we are expecting a good movement in the BTC in the last quarter and we should remain patient and positive. For the ones who have made and plan to make long term investments, I strongly recommend them to HODL their coins and not to panic sell. We still don't know exactly when the bull market will come and there is no way that we can. But we can make predictions about it. And there is a golden cross which people have been waiting for lately. When it comes true, then the market will start going up very fast and nobody would like to miss the great opportunity.

That advise is good when you bought cheap coins, specially around 2018 when we are in the bearish trend. So it take a minimum of 3 years to make a lot of money, so that is patience and if you don't have that, then you might regret your decision of selling early or dumping it because of the bearish trend. There are still alts that can really make a new all time high this year, and I'm expecting solid alts like ETH, ADA and BNB to established another good price.

Don't be too happy with most altcoins that you hold because it's still be depending on its worth if it can go by with the market's bull run. Not because it's been said that don't sell your alts, you still have to consider and check the value of your altcoin.

When we say bull run, the market confident is at a high, seeing most of the prices are rising. But there is always an exception. Altcoins that are not making substantial growth either they are shitcoins or dead coins will never have the chance to move their prices in an upward trend. Unless a huge community starts to hype it, then their prices will definitely start rising up. Not all altcoins will experience this bullish season, only those who have high potentials will eventually do.

Everything hit an all time high, it's easy to hold in bull runs.  The hardest thing to do is let go of them when things are looking so bright but that's exactly what the few winning people do.  Know when there is a turn in the market.  Bagholders get burned bad.  Never forever hold your bag cause 99.9% of coins will end up dropping into nothing.

Once Bitcoin prices go up rapidly, it doesn't mean that altcoins will follow. It depends on the market sustainability of that coin while at the same time, it should need a heavy pump for it to become noticeable on the daily volume chart.

You are right. Not all coins can be brought by the bull run. If things are that easy, no one is losing by now.

Research and market analysis are vital tools helping us to determine which project is worth investment. Too many altcoins exist this time and also so many have been coming. And having seriously making search them all to know their potentiality is absolutely a waste of time but instead, to go directly on the top altcoins base on the CMC rankings, that much easier for us. And perhaps, these coins also have a higher chance to rally once Bullrun comes.

It is the reason why I'm telling the others that don't be happy just because the market is in a bull run. Not all altcoins recover and go back to the usual price that we've seen with them at the peak. Upon investing, everyone has to consider that and the newbies don't be too overwhelmed during bull market because if you're holding mostly in alts, you have to be catchy with the coins you're owning and act too fast before they dump and won't be able to recover.

Well, it's not a guarantee that if there is a current bull run, all the coins in the market will experience price surging. Most of the potential altcoins will reach their peaks if there is a great demand on their projects but for shitcoins, they will always stay in dips. This is the reason why we have to be familiar on the crypto market itself and all those promising coins that we will be putting our capital to invest. Investing is not as easy as it is. It will always has its risk and if you tend to invest in wrong coins, you'll definitely end up losing your funds.

Altcoins have the chance now to pump again and make their new all time high, today some altcoins was able to reach it already and if Bitcoin was able to break the resistance this time then we can see more good altcoins to break their resistance as well. This is a good start of the last quarter and a better chance to reach greater prices in the market, DYOR now.

Yes, no guarantee that most of the altcoins will recover and could potentially be back at their former ATH. People are too overwhelmed with that especially the people that owned a lot of altcoins. I do also altcoins but I'm very open to the ideas and possibilities that the other altcoins that I hold might not recover anymore and just good to declare as my losses. Just learn with those losses that we've dealt with by owning the wrong altcoins and invest in a better one by using those experiences every bull run.

Good altcoins will follow the trend and yes many will reach its ATH this time, the bull right now is really different and we’re on a good position to reach every peak, let’s just hope first for Bitcoin to reach its new ATH because that could be a great sign for altcoins to go high as well.

Markets might be bullish for the time being but for altcoins to see new all time highs means bitcoin has broken its all time high which will see others alts riding this wave to make new all time highs as well but am certain you meant to say to make new highs of the month..ot something In those lines ;) But any bullishness we are currently seeing is all about price recovery and not ATH phase.

Keep your altcoins if your want to make money from the cryptocurrency market. The market has a many things to give out to those that can wait. The market is fluctuating but not discouraging, so let's maintain the silence and watch when to sell and buy back when the market is higher enough to sell and to buy back when there is dip. Being an investor needs timing the market to get good signals for when to sell and buy back...it's part of holding and making profits.

There are a huge number of altcoins in circulation right now, and I believe not all altcoins will recover and go up to ATH prices. This is
the importance of doing research and analysis before deciding to invest in altcoins, so that we do not choose the wrong altcoins.

Correct, with the exception of bitcoin which is the most solid coin in this market we should not expect that the coin in which we invest recovers automatically just because there is a bull market happening, right now the price is at 54k and it seems we are going to experiment another bull run at the end of the year, but just because that is true that does not mean that we will actually get to see whatever altcoin that we have recover as another coin could have appeared during that time and could steal the hype the coin you are holding had, and now it never recovers because of it.

Solana has made the action to advertise their stuff more thoroughly on the entire platform for example cryptocurrency community, gaming community, streaming community etc. I have seen the advertisement on twitch and youtube and also some of the streamers are being partnered with Solana so it does make sense that Solana will hit something in the future due of how aggressive they are with the advertisement and promotion.

After a long break, Bitcoin price finally went over $50k again. And this time, it is a much sharper rise that the price reached even $55k. And this will not be the climax level I hope and we will see at least $60k in a short period of time. After having a terrible September, it is time for making up for it in this October I believe. We might even see an ATH this month.

Hopefully, it isn't a fakeout like previous one and bitcoin might hit new ATH in the upcoming weeks like you said. If it’s an another fakeout, than bear season confirm for sure according to previous bull season chart pattern. Lets hope for good and prepare for the worst, IMHO.  ;)

I cannot say that all altcoins will make their new ATH (all time high).
But the top coins will make their new all time high records. Because the top coins according to the market capitalization pumps first then the shit coins and after that the other coins start pumping. All coins pumps but not in single day. So, hold your coins and wait for the right time for selling.

That is obvious from all the coins that had a peak during 2017-2018 alt season and did not have another ATH this year. Many coins saw a huge increase in price and broke over their ATH obviously, however not all of them, there are still some that did not break over their ATH as well, which is why I think it is clear to everyone that not every single coin will increase in the future. Sure they will "increase" but while some do 3x, others do 20% and that is not enough in that type of market.

For example, from 2020 to 2021 bull run did not see XRP increase way too much and that was basically the reason it got left behind, it was third biggest coin and now it is 6th and I believe it will keep on being lower and lower in the long run as well.

The altcoins wave after the Bitcoin's rally is also what I think will most likely happen next. We've seen so many times this scenario play out so a good chance to boost our fund more by divide it toward solid altcoins and looking for a signal to sell.

Definitely all altcoins can't go in positive way but too many good and solid coins with solid projects and better use case are in market right now try to search for them and having investment is not bad idea right now as Bitcoin is keep going high, so many are not able to have some good profit from this so take this opportunity and ride in this bull with your own small investment because right now very good opportunity.

Let's hope for the best this time around as well, a new high for most coins will become harder and harder considering we are already not too further away from ATH prices for many of them. I am not saying they won't break over their ATH, of course they will eventually do it one day, that is how you get higher ATH and we always get new and higher ATH prices, but I am not entirely sure if we have enough power to do that just right now.

I feel like we are looking fine, and I hope that we will see new ATH but for now I think something like 60k bitcoin and a little drop, 4k eth and little drop type of stuff looks a lot more possible, "near ATH" and drop, maybe even a crash like how we had recently. All in all I would assume that it is definitely something I would love to see, it would make us big profits quickly and not go too crazy at the same time.

Many fallen altcoin are now going bullish to meet up with there all time high as Bitcoin has started making an interesting move to reach the $62k price that was attained last market trend. Although it might still take time for many altcoin to speed up there games because the bullish market is moving very fast while leaving sluggish coins behind if they are not fast enough.

I would not counsel one to hold Altcoins cause I consider most them are transient undertakings, accordingly, cause BTC is prolly doing admirably doesn't implies your alts will, in the event that they siphon, I feel it's save you sell them, cause they could dump as soon as possible. Since this is a persistent cycle, you must be dynamic here. Dissimilar to bitcoin holding where you can rest sufficiently subsequent to having purchased bitcoin at three digit.

Wonderful ! Bitcoin has crossed $50k, this is very good news for the whole market, more people will start to join gradually as more and more people give the highest valuation, it will increase in price with the trend. back and certain prices start at $45k and now it's over $50k fomo could be another price of the day. We have this great experience with altcoins but it doesn't look like all have a chance to go up and not all of these shitcoins are going to die anyway. I think it can easily break the new record and get a higher ATH than the old one.

that's for sure if bitcoin experiences significant gains i think altcoins will follow.  but you have to be aware of the correction trap that can hit at any time because I think the correction will still exist among the rising prices of cryptocurrencies.  so analysis is better and don't get carried away with market conditions
