In the current cryptocurrency market, XRP is one of the most popular coins. Its popularity is increasing at a rapid rate on a daily basis. Its price is now low, but I believe it will rise in the near future. In the foreseeable future, I predict XRP will reach $5. You can invest in XRP if you wish to. If you invest in XRP, you will gain.

XRP is not new to altcoins and has hit a high of 3$ in the past few years. I think at 5$ it can be achieved if XRP can restore its market community by winning a lawsuit from the SEC
if in the near future now I think XRP is still difficult to reach 5 $

It is highly possible if the SEC drama will resolve and the negativity that they bring will be finish, just look at how XRP performed lately although the FUD was just around the XRP price was able to reach above 1 dollar, and for me, that was already a bullish sentiment towards XRP and after that SEC problem will be settled I'm pretty sure XRP price will be skyrocketed.   

For now 5$ is not achievable to happen in the future based in my own assessment only. Possible, 3-4$ that could be happen, but I know that whatever xrp facing it right now can be resolve in the near future in the issue of SEC, and if some of the community will return to xrp community,
it can be really happen.

If we look at the market cap of the most popular cryptocurrencies, I believe that XRP and LTC will have a significant price increase in the near future, and that low-investors like you would benefit greatly. I believe that some further positive news for XRP and LTC is required in order for them to achieve a milestone record.

I think, Ripple's chances of winning the battle with the SEC are very low.  Although, Ripple recently requested the SEC to provide additional documents regarding their trading policy.  But obviously, the longer this fight drags on, the harder its support value becomes.  The $0.51 level on July 20th could still be repeated if Ripple fails to crack investor sentiment.  Also, I'm quite interested in how long will the $1.10 support hold the Hold position?  The ability to hold this position can be a good factor in boosting trust again.  I will only invest in Ripple if it has greater impedance at that support level

Why would you think that $5 isn't achievable for XRP in the near future? For all we know, this is crypto where volatility is the order of the day. It could even do that $5 before the end of this year. Remember that when it did $3+ a few years ago no one expected it. It just rose from cents and spiked up to that level before relapsing to cents again. With the current rally it's having, anything is possible for XRP upward this time again.

For me, XRP is one of the top alts that I haven't come around buying. I don't hodl any unit of XRP and I'm proud not hodling it. XRP has been disappointing in many ways and I know it's because of its huge supply that its price hasn't done well on the charts. Supply plays a great role in determining price and demand and this works against XRP. Though XRP has had great news and media presence for years but those haven't reflected in its price.

$5 could be achieved if Bitcoin and top altcoins continue to rally but XRP will have to get through litigation with the SEC. I think the lawsuit will drag on and that reduces the upside momentum of this project.
I have been monitoring XRP for the past several months, the trading volume is quite good. As long as the good news with XRP that I mentioned above occurs, a strong price increase is bound to happen. XRP can hit $5 and beyond.

I am sorry but this just sounds like a pretty desperate attempt to shill the coin that you have probably the most of. I also disagree with your statement, that XRP's popularity is increasing every day. XRP is a pretty old project at least within the crypto space and if you look at the charts it is one of those old projects that didn't even come close to it's own ATH that it reached backed in the bullrun of 2018. So i would say that the popularity of XRP has decreased since then, even though the cryptomarket as a whole has grown since then. That is not a good sign for XRP if you ask me. One reason for that is the centralization of XRP, which is why a lot of crypto enthusiasts dislike XRP.

How far the many rumoured partnership we heard about XRP and bank settlements? Maybe thus was why SEC came for it after one of the co-founders sold his XRP bags. U don't have a single ripple but I have other coins.

The price of it is even better today because a few months ago, when the problem they have encountered with SEC, their price plummeted to $0.3.

That's a higher price and to see if XRP can achieve $5, possible it can buy maybe when bitcoin is more than $100k.

XRP reaching $5 will mean that the rest of the market will have to increase beyond the current $2 trillion market cap to something higher than $10 trillion. This is the likelihood of XRP reaching to such a price.

The reason for this is because while being a surprisingly popular coin, XRP is not even coming close to the utility provided by such top coins like ADA, BNB, ETH. And the story with SEC also doesn't help. So, currently, quite unlikely but possible in the distant future!

One thing is for sure, if they already settled their SEC issues, its price will grow more and as far as I know, if XRP hit that $5 mark, it can easily replace ETH on top and yes there's a chance for this to happen but only time can tell. Despite of the problem that XRP is experiencing, they still able to rise and if more good news will come to XRP, expect a new all time high soon, especially on the next bull trend of the market.

Moreover, XRP used to always compete with Ethereum in rank CMC. Although after a problem with the SEC, this coin has decreased so much and ever lost its trust in the crypto market, delisted by several exchanges, and seems experienced bad things at that time. But this coin is still in the top 10 (precisely currently the top 6 CMC).

The ATH of XRP is $3.84 and happened on Jan 04, 2018 (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/xrp/) (about 4 years ago)...
And in this bullish era, this coin has not passed this ATH and doesn't get a new ATH yet.
So, I personally believe that XRP has a chance to pass its ATH and will reach $5.

How do you know the popularity of XRP was increasing a lot in daily basis? is not it the opposite thing happened with XRP? The chart of XRP looks like parabolic and it seems like this one will be going down again.

So many demand on XRP has been moving to the new coin like Solana and ADA. This coin didn't have utility usage and there's no reason for people to keep hodl their XRP.
That doesn't make sense if people are still putting this as the biggest portfolios on their asset.

it is not the question "How can XRP achieve $5?" That really difficult and have fewer chances since it was a centralized project and it was the team decides if they want to move it. If it is only the market could decide, I think we already surpass that price in the last Bullrun but that was not and it was just dead hope.
Although we haven't reached that height and with their SEC issue, many were still giving their trust to XRP. This means that the price is not a problem anymore and it was accepted that it is impossible to happen.

I have seen a lot of opportunities to profit from XRP this past period, when the FUDs revolved around it. But anyway, it's not one of the top priorities in this market, agree with the OP that it can completely reach $5 in the future, perhaps when the next time the legal issues are resolved. We will definitely see XRP back where it was.

This is exactly what I though, not necessarily 5$, but a huge jump in prices in they wont their case filed against them by the SEC.

But the decision will take months, as we all know that this is a big case and could set a precedent on crypto markets. So the best thing to do is wait as to what going to happen on the lawsuit. It's going to make or break XRP in my opinion. If they lost, we might see some dump, but if what they are saying that they are going to move outside of the US wherein regulations are lax, then the project can still continue and who knows it can still hit that 5$.

With all the legal issues attached to XRP at least in the mid to near term I would imagine it would be very difficult to see $5. There are many other projects that have higher upside and likely a shorter time frame I would be interested in over XRP. ADA is probably one of my favorites and should continue to grow at a much faster rate than XRP. Avoid the legal issues with them and look elsewhere.

I don't think so XRP is so popular coin in the market and all those centralised coins don't stand a firm future ahead but if you say about $5 then we can say that it can be achieved in the long run as it has already touched $3 in back and can overcome this level also in 5 years and give profits to the holders of the coin.But if they don't come up with some major update and clear all those legal issues they can achieve it but so many altcoins have already shown progress and with technical team behind they have grown 300-400% in just small time so they stand firm future ahead.

I think for now still can not reach the figure of $ 5 . Xrp is still not a new coin. I think XRp must win the dispute first so that the community can return. For now, it's still stagnating at $1.8, the HQ will go up and down there.

XRP was only using its ptocol to be used as the only product to get another hype again while so many new platforms were delivering better product than XRP. even ADA can reach top 3 easily.

If the question is how XRP can reach $5, then I think it depends on the amount of demand in the market. Until now, XRP is still holding on to a good stable level. If the $5 price is going to happen in the future, then that's a great surprise.

It seems that the rp for $5 will take a bit of a rather old friend time. Very likely if we want to invest then I will choose ethereum friends, given the ethereum price developing from yesterday and today is really spiking his ascension. But if you ask about when that will happen, no one will know for sure and they can only speculate about the time.
But this year and next year could be a good time for XRP to slowly raise the price as bitcoin price seems to go through to the high price.

If ripple(XRP) will continue to make good results until this year end probably its not possible to happen since 2021 seems a good year for xrp. Actually upto now many traders sees that it will tends to break new all time high value along with solana, cosmos and cardano, so if it will continue to keep climbing for me in my view perhaps even in just a short period of time it's possible to reach that value..

XRP just needs a push from the market to get it back up, although it can be very difficult to reach the $5 price, but if the market can be very good and the trading volume can increase slowly, I think getting close to $5 is still very possible, so the impact of the problem is that won't be too big anymore.

for now, it will be hard for XRP to get that much of a boost. not impossible but we all know the current achievements are pretty good after their case.

I believe XRP is a great asset. but reaching $5 in a short time would be difficult. we all know how the problems of XRP.

Such a forecast does not carry any value, since it has no technical justification and does not provide for deadlines for execution. But given the fact that many old coins have already exceeded their ATH, which for XRP was about $2.8, it can be assumed that in the future the Ripple price will exceed the predicted OP 5 dollars.

The market has been very good many times and can give XRP some steady thrust but to be fair, the fault is still the lack of concealment coming from XRP and to leak out confidential information about the law, don't say that the market has no chance for XRP and don't think that the community doesn't bring in volume, just because XRP has ruined its path, these are bad reputations that will be passed on for years and will be repeated over and over again. Such bad roots and willing to wither can only make XRP lose more resources in the future and not likely 5$

That's situation that I have in my mind, for sure that other coins will also be pumping that much if XRP goes to $5. On the other side, it's favorable to everybody who owns some alt especially the top coins.

And mostly those holders of bitcoin, I'm more excited to see this than the topic.

Forget it XRP has been losing ground against many coins during the last months, there was a time in which XRP was the second coin of this market and now it is the 6th according to the market cap, this is not a sign that it is getting more popular this is a sign that is losing ground against other coins and I think this tendency is going to continue especially when many coins surpassed their ATH and XRP did not.

XRP is indeed a popular coin, but this coin movement is very slow. Previously competing with Cardano, but several days, Cardano received special attention from the investors, while XRP was still far from the concern. To reach a price of $ 5, I think it won't happen in this year.

Though it is popular but it's a trap for new people. It needs to work more. When the price of XRP was $3, I bought good amount of XRP but it was the reason to lose most of my capital. After reaching on good shape, you can buy otherwise it's wiser decision not to enter on it.

XRP is popular when it comes to ranking, it is currently in the sixth position based on the market cap.  I think XRP is still doing well so far but there are only those who are disappointed and until now they have not recovered when they bought three years ago and have gone bankrupt since the market crash in 2018. I can attest about their fast and cheap transaction fees as I use this coin frequently when transferring from one exchange to another, if TRX is not available.
This coin is actually a very good alternative when it comes to payment method. If the team will continue to explore their opportunities on this aspect, XRP will really achieve a very good position in the market.
They need to achieve first their ATH price at about $3.40, then, we can talk about how to achieve that $5.

I think this will happen, even XRP can break through $5 and hit higher increments than that. It’s not like its over, all it takes is time and they still have a good chance of coming out with a higher price than what it’s at now. To do well in a project, you have to work with a lot of team responsibilities. You have to add new features and take steps like investing. I personally know a lot of people who have invested in XRP  and couldn't recover so far. If XRP does well now, we must call it good. But I don't think XRP can suddenly make a big difference.

Ripple's circulating supply is around 46.5 billion now. It is nearly the half of its max supply which is limited to 100 billion. The number of circulating supply is really huge honestly. XRP is one of the centralized currency that long time running and acknowledge by different financial group and bank. They has a lot of potential to increase more on value because they are connected on many big company. I'm not updated anymore on there status to the SEC but they are still performing good on this bull run despite of the big threat they are facing.

Once they fully comply to the Sec, I think they can achieve more than 5$ valuation once the big bull run occur on the general market.

So far we have heard about both positive and negative messages of XRP. Whatever people say I personally believe that the upcoming future of XRP is bright. In this case, it can be said that the price of XRP will pass the 5$ mark easily.

That's the saddest part of this coin, popular around the globe and one of the top 10 coin of crypto industry but unfortunately SEC playing an absolute drama and the judgement is keep on going which is really unfair. Still the volume and market capitalisation remains stronger which means people still beleive the price of XRP may go more and more. If XRP wins the case then the story may be surely different unless then have patience.

And I think that is the biggest problem that many people have with XRP, personally I have never liked the coin because of its tight relationship with baking institutions and I think of it as a Trojan horse, however the fact that many coins have broken their previous all time highs while XRP was not even close is a problem.

This tells us that people do not trust in the coin anymore and after the problems they had with the SEC then this became even worse, so I do not think we are going to see XRP reaching that price anytime soon.

Ripple may still lose the battle with the SEC, and this pressure scares off potential investors to invest in the XRP coin. If it were not for the SEC, then most likely XRP would have updated its ATH in May this year and may have been around $4 per coin at the end of this year. Due to the difficult situation, the $5 price seems unattainable in the coming months.

The popularity achieved by XRP is due to several things, so that now XRP is being talked about more and more by many people, basically people talk about something based on the developments that are happening to them, so many decisions are made based on facts and I believe in the coming year XRP will be more popular and valuable.

It's already popular but about it being valuable, we'll see if its price will keep on increasing. With the debacle that it has with the SEC, they have to fix it first.
I don't know what's with it right now but I guess that with or without it, the price will continue to fluctuate and as a matter of fact despite not owning this altcoin, I see that it had pumped while in the midst of their active issue.

This is a sentiment i follow as well, i never held on to the coins for a much longer period. I purchased them in the beginning but once i got a healthy profit i cashed out and it is mainly because of its affiliation with bankers and that is not the real issue with me but its centralized structure as i do not trust these centralized coins.

This is an issue they need to sort out with the SEC as i am pretty sure that they will come down hard against these centralized coins and the ones that raised money without required permission from the SEC.

Coin XRP is a relatively new coin, bro, but this altcoin is already widely known by both developers and investors.
 And I also really like this one altcoin because of its popularity.
 In fact, I also keep a few of them, but I definitely keep them for a long time, bro.  And I don't dare say that the price of this coin will reach $5, but I have confidence that the XRP coin will find its best price again, even though I have to wait for an indefinite time.

Ripple (XRP) is not new to the crypto market. This altcoin has started around the year 2012 so we can't say it is relatively new coin.

For me the some ways ripple could achieve that $5-value is when other bitcoin went bullish as most of the time altcoins are being dragged upwards when bitcoin's value increased. Huge adoption also could make XRP achieve that value that you asked. We can't surely say though.

For a coin that has unlimited amount of coins in circulation, $5 dollar is a huge value to achieve and the total market capital would surpass the rest of the coins that are on the top. ETH is another coin with similar circulation and hence their valuation is higher they are on the second position and there would be a time these coins will surpass the total market capital of Bitcoin simply because of the limited circulation of Bitcoin and the unlimited circulation of other coins.

These circumstance does not mean that they can achieve these crazy valuation in a short period of time. If there is a use case and many investors rally behind them then we might see a change in that situation.

Investing in XRP coin, I would call a very risky investment, so I would apply the rules of high-risk investment for this coin.
The price of the coin will still change depending on news or other circumstances. But if you are a novice investor, then it is not worth investing a lot in such coins.

Under two conditions, if the market remains bullish and XRP won the case against them charge by the SEC. I guess, that would create big news in the market and it will turn XRP bullish since until now, XRP has not been bullish year despite almost a year the market has been bullish already.

Even though this coin got a bad FUD in 2020 which caused this coin to drop at a rate of 0.2 but if we look at the graph given to the XRP coin of course we can see a very high increase when the price of BTC also experienced a high increase, so to be able to get the price of XRP with a rate of $ 5 seems to have to wait for the price of BTC to rise again very high then XRP will get a good price and if we buy now the risk of long term holding can occur.

While XRP is a very popular coin, it's not in very good condition. So the price pump is late compared to other coins. Previously, the price of XRP was fiercely competitive with ADA, but in the end ADA was born as a winner. I'm more interested in investing in ADA coin now than XRP.

As long as the hanging Damocles is there, XRP will have a hard time reaching $5, what I mean by hanging Damocles is the SEC they are still under serious threat coming from SEC, and it's still ongoing, this case will drag on for one more years, the XRP team should ask the court to speed up the case so they can fully develop their project and invite more investors to invest.

XRP has been top coins.
But, can it reach really $5? Of course, it can, we don't know where it will happen. The market right now is very unstable. Many top coins have not reached or passed the previous ATH.

XRP is a very popular Alternative coin in the crypto currency market. but something happened and it affected the market of the coin, and there’s this SEC lawsuit against the company that runs the Ripple crypto currency. So, this has affected their community and has made the coin to lose its value to an extent.

But, I believe that this is a problem that can be settled, with time if they’re able to win the lawsuit against SEC, then they will be able to win back their community and the rate of investment in ripple is going to grow bigger. And moreover the coin has already reached a high price like $3 before, so reaching $5 is not going to be impossible, It is very much possible to reach that.

XRP is a very popular cryptocurrency and therefore many big players invest in XRP, I also invest in XRP from time to time, since investing in XRP always brings me a good profit, but about 5$ it is not yet known when XRP will be able to reach such mark because at this moment the price of XRP is 1.05$ and I think it will take years to reach the 5$ mark, perhaps when there will be the next big growth of the cryptocurrency market then XRP will be able to achieve this goal, but I still think that it will take many years to reach this goal.

XRP was always pretty popular but it's price always stayed very low. It had pump's but then went down again and stayed there. I don't think it will ever gonna price a lot more.

Actually, $5 is not the tough target to chase by xrp when the bull run is coming the xrp crack the target.

Very simply, as long as XRP wins the lawsuit before the SEC, this crypto will increase sharply. People are in a state of hesitation because they don't know where the outcome of the case will go.

It cannot be too much for XRP because if you look at its history it hits almost $4 already.
