About the buyback guarantee, is there another special conditions other than waiting after 1 year?

I agree with you, if the smartFi project cooperates with Sovryn, but does the token also use the RSK network as well, if SmartFi cooperates with Sovryn, seeing sales are selling so fast, this indicates that investors are very interested in the SmartFi project

did they say the reason/s why they rejected your application? if they want to maximise the funds that they can collect during this sale, they should have worked out this kyc requirement even before this event. but interesting to see, that there are a lot of people that are still willing to submit their kyc just to participate in the token sale. it gives me the impression that this platform is somewhat promising to them.

If the KYC system is disruptive, they shouldn't be able to get so many investors and raise more than $5M, because investors will feel more annoyed. If it was improved, it might be even better.
Of course there is a logical reason that makes you get rejected. You just have to try again and find out where the problem occured.

they did not specify where the problem was, just mention that manual review required. and here i did not see such option how to verify manually.

here 3rd step of kyc process, 1 and 2 step will finish in one day but final step will take 24 hours to 72 hours.

i participate in signature campaign but for kyc verification i can not submit sfusd token address.

I've been trying to buy some Smartfi tokens but verification was preventing me to buy that. Smartfi needs to use 3rd party service to handle KYC verification instead of doing a manual review that will be having the same result as an automatic review for the KYC verification.
The reason for the rejection of our KYC must be revealed to make sure the users will able to send the correct KYC again. TBH smartfi team was handling KYC verification badly. There must something need to be done to fix it as soon as possible or they will be loosing users to buy smartfi speculative token.

i agree, if they can not handle this so they should through with another third party kyc platform, a lot of professional parties who's working with kyc.

I see there's no burning, the token sale event is continuing. As I read in their whitepaper, this token sale event is very different from typical token sale.

It is totally different model from any other token sale. When users buy SMTF they are funding loan demand (money raised is not spent - it stays in the system - that’s why the token sale is ongoing as long as demand for loans is there -  price goes up with more tokens sold because it supports business model to expand.

that's pretty interesting to know that if smartfi will be launching the smartfi dex soon but the question is whether it will require KYC from the user as mandatory to use its service again? We know that the meant purpose of the dex to provide the trustless exchange site for people. I meant the dex must not force its users to use KYC as a mandatory to be completed by its users. This will eliminate the main purpose of the dex.



The telegram members were so small compared with how many total amounts that raised by the team. I thought that if the majority of smartfi supporters were not using telegram or they have their own social media.

after that you will get : 108.52 SMTF
next, go to the exchange https://portal.smartfi.com/trade/SMTF-USD

The support team is also replied and they asked for KYC. So I have submitted my KYC and it's approved. After that, I can easily convert my SFUSD to SMFT. The problem is now there is a huge price gap between buying and selling orders. Placed an order, Hope someone will place a market buy order...

i have completed kyc before participate in smartfi signature campaign, while without kyc you did not get deposit address.
i am waiting to start sfusd trade, i don't want to sell in this way sfusd to smft > usd, smft price little dump against usd.

When you are creating an account on Smartfi you only submit basic information that I believe. But they are asking for full KYC with all of the documents. I have submitted my NID card for it. If you have not yet submitted, You need to submit all of the documents before withdrawing any funds from the Smart exchange. There is no option to do trade Sfusd to another pair without Smtf. So if you don't want to get Smft maybe you need to wait a long time.
