Title: Nitrobetting false multiaccounting ACCUSATIONS - Bs’ing me hard
Post by: Exall0sXL on September 28, 2021, 03:17:31 AM
Nitrogen and nitrobetting are pretty much the same.

Except nitrobetting limited my account because it accused me of multi accounting.

“ Good afternoon,

We appreciate your response.

However, please note that accounts are clearly accessing from the same
geographical location and the betting pattern found confirms the fact
that accounts are close related.
We would appreciate if you could cooperate with this matter as having
more than one account goes against our policies.”

However, I don’t have any other accounts. I explained I may have used a vpn, and logged onto my campus library wifi which a lot of people use,, but other than that they are bullshitting me with the “similar betting patterns” accusing me of multi accounting.

What do I do? They have over 30 mbtc on my account.

that's the thing with VPN. a lot of gamblers also use it to access gambling sites and it is possible that one of those gamblers that used the same VPN as you has a similar betting pattern as you. unless they provide evidence of how similar they are, there is no way to tell if they are telling the truth or not.

try contacting their representative here through their ANN thread NITROGEN SPORTS |🏈 Exclusive Rebates on NFL Bets All Season Long 🏈 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=355081.0). although there is no guarantee that contacting their representative will lead to anything.

They are actually sister companies if you didn't know

NitrogenSports had some negative reputation from past scam accusations, which I think would have helped you think twice about using their gambling sites. How you ignored the warnings and continued using the site is beyond my understanding.

That doesn't change anything to the fact the customer had to go through tremendous efforts to be heard by their customer service. This is highly likely to happen again. Do not use their service

monbux (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=133846)    2018-07-15        Dirty dirty. I placed a bet on France (WC) that somehow disappeared after they won. Do not trust these guys with any amount of money.

On another note: Over a year ago, my account was compromised and the support did absolutely nothing to help.

actmyname (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=465017)    2017-05-20    Reference (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1917896.0)    Offers a poker environment which doesn't protect against obvious collusion and multi-account abusing.

When the hand/hour ratio is over 200 and you've seen less than 15 flops in microstakes (2NL) headsup, then it's obviously the same person.

Despite this, they still offer freerolls to those that have played 50, 100, 1000 hands (even though cheaters abuse this)

Kind of oddly worded lettering. Well, I would just "cooperate" with them like they ask. Tell them you've never multi-accounted and you don't plan to start now.

Tell them you believe they generated a false positive and to review their findings.

They've been in business for a long, long time, and for every complaint about them on the forum they've processed 100,000 bets without any problems. It's impossible to know if they are "selective scamming" or just wrong (or if you're lying), but the problem can be avoided by sticking with 1 IP address in the future (preferably your own).

How you ignored the warnings and continued using the site is beyond my understanding.
OP registered in 2019 but hasn't exactly been very active on the forum since then (unless he has alt accounts), so it's entirely reasonable that he never saw the prior scam accusations against NitrogenSports and certainly could have missed the feedback on their profile if he wasn't looking for it.  Plus it sounds like he never had a problem with them before and is only now getting accused of multiaccounting.

These sites that either don't let you use VPNs or don't understand that different people might end up with the same IP address because they're using them drives me nuts.  Even Amazon sometimes won't let you use a VPN to watch their Prime videos even if you're a paying member.

Hopefully you can talk some sense into NitrogenSports, OP.  30mBTC (I hate that unit, by the way) sounds like it's a lot of bitcoin to you, and they shouldn't be able to lock it up over an issue like this.

I don't know he is a regular player on that platform or not but i agree with you that he missed to check their forum profile's feedback before rising this accusation.

Its not new and we have seen similar things in the past. Usually most sport betting platforms detect multiple accounts and funny thing is that is some cases they will hold your winning due to same IP detection. Still now in many countries getting dedicated IP from bandwidth provider is so much expensive for a single user and they use shared IP. Few month back there was a case which was against sportbet and they hold one of their user fund due to this reason.

If they are not allowing people to use VPN and play from restricted countries then why they are allowing account creation through VPN.
