you are in the wrong thread. you might want to move this thread to  Economy > Marketplace > Goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0) or maybe service announcement (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=84.0). there is a "move" button on the bottom left side of the thread or you can ask the mods for it to be moved via "report to moderator"

@acroman08 is right, you should change the board that this is in. You can find the move topic on the lower left of this thread and then you follow the step that @acroman08 has given to you.

So how does it work? I'm trying to top up my bitcoin balance and it keeps getting errors when pressing "refill" such as: "Please fill correctly inputs" and "An error occured ..."

On the Privacy page (https://www.addn.io/about/privacy) it says you can process customer data to IDcards and bankstatements. In my opinion, don't offer "no KYC" in the list of advantages as long as you are trying to comply with regulations as a centralized payment service. Such services do not escape the scrutiny of legal entities and the advantage you offer becomes useless

regarding your first request

you must enter basic information like first name, last name and email to receive your purchases when you buy after your deposit.

concerning your second request

the kyc can apply only to certain regulated payment methods such as paypal for example,
and it is not systematic, only in case of doubt about the nature of the client's funds which could cause a chargeback.
We do not apply the kyc on deposits and purchases by cryptocurrencies.
