I really need a virtual card for one time use only to top up my google payment account so please i need more informations about this card that you offering and if i can put more funds on it  to use it. Well In my case i need only 20 dollars and my google pay account is american but i live in a different country. I tried to use google play us gift cards before and they say it's not possible anymore for me to use them with my account since i don't live in usa.

 since the virtual cards are closed after the customer has used them, the card is definitely not refunded and such transactions are not allowed.

We can't do anything about it if the place where you bought it said it was returned.

My Twitter Account most likely got banned cos Elon ruined the platform. In his fight against Bots, just regular users get hit and all the support staff is fired.
Tried to make new accounts with different settings, new browser other rented private ip, just a normal vpn non blacklisted ip, my neighbors wi-fi and ALL of them ended up getting banned for inauthentic behavior...

I bought his Lifetime Spotify package last year. He used a Turkish card but only bought one year of service. When I asked him why it said a year and not lifetime, he said that's how it works and not to worry... that lifetime was guaranteed and to message him if any problems. The next billing cycle the card failed, so I reached out to him on Telegram. He tried to deny selling me the service at all... some time after my purchase he had gone through and deleted all the messages. However, I kept screenshots/videos just in case he tried to pull something like this. Once I confronted him with some of this evidence and threatened to report him on bitcointalk he suddenly remembered, but said he couldn't honor the Lifetime, and said I could take a $10 refund or nothing. I reluctantly accepted. He then said he was broke and that he would need a week to come up with the money. I followed up every week for another month, before he finally deleted all the messages again and blocked me. I still have all the evidence if an administrator or anyone is curious... just DM me.

Scammers like the Op here and their schemes are not moderated, and none of the admins can do a thing. Since you have proofs (I was a fool and don't manage to have any), the only thing that you can do is to make a scam accusation thread here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0). I already gave him a negative and I will surely support a flag against. Just make the thread there and post your proofs.😉

It is important that you read the TOS rules, the card is not guaranteed to work 100% on every site, if the card does not work on the site you use, making false slander here is a complete sign of defeat..
