The concept of burning the original copy of the art doesn't seem necessary to me. It would be best if I could get the original copy. I know my thoughts is not being in line with the modus operandi of NFTs, but if I have my way, that would be awesome.

I think you can request that.

If you are sending a message to the seller to make a request for sending the original "ART" they are converted into NFTs, cause you are the buyer and it's up to you ~XD Don't forget to pay the fee package.

IMO, hoping art people like this can be recognize rather than a project pixel.

And in my opinion, the destruction of the original, just gives the value of this asset. Just imagine you have a picture of Monet, in one copy, and you digitize it in maximum resolution and destroy it. It turns out that in order to engage in this creation, you must be in the meta universe, or in augmented reality. It is very cool.

I am looking for cooperation on a project

Good day. I am an artist with 20+ years of experience. I recently posted my first NFT collection.
I am looking for a project that would entail mutual cooperation and benefits. On my part, I am ready to provide my art for free distributions of nft tokens (polygon).
All physical paintings are burned, the burning of the painting is recorded on video and published on YouTube. NFT - tokens then remain the only versions of the art.

What? Am I getting this wrong or did I read it right? You are making an artwork, a painting, and then create an NFT from it and then upon purchase of the NFT, you will burn the physical painting? Is this what you intend to do?

If this is what you will do, I really disagree with it. Personally, I give more value to the physical painting than the token you are creating from it. That token is nothing compared to the details and the beauty that the physical painting possesses.

You can burn all tokens but never real paintings.

Agreed. I would rather have a nice physical painting than some NFT  8)

Right? I don't understand how others are thinking. Perhaps the metaverse would become so popular in the near future that it will somehow become a thing for everybody but how could we disregard the fact that most of our lives we are still living outside the online universe? That outside the beautiful house we built inside the metaverse, we will still go back to our very homes, where we could display the artworks that we bought and boast them off to our family, friends, and neighbors. What are we going to do with our NFTs outside the online universe? When I buy a work of art, I will not buy a token, I will buy a beautiful painting.

Hi Anastasia, you've got great arts there! But unfortunately, I'm not going to purchase. As help, you can also post these arts on the Collectibles (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0) and as well as Marketplace (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0).
The concept of burning after being sold the physical copy is good, I think the other artist will do the same as yours too to have the authenticity and ownership of the buyer.

Hi!) Thank you for advice. I plan to arrange a free distribution of NFT, I will use your advice for new topics.

Very cool project.  It does make me a little sad to think the art itself gets burned even though it is a pretty awesome idea.  So much effort must go into creating one of these and I'm sure it's easier to let opensea.io handle the "shipping" then trying to do it yourself.  ;)  Still, the destruction of art like this seems like a crime.  Do you offer any art that doesn't get burned?  Do you commission art projects, with or without the burning?  Regardless, you are talented and this is a great innovative idea.  I wish you all the success in the world.

You're welcome. It's better that you scatter your arts in the different marketplace and for sure there will be a lot of people that will be interested in the concept that you're bringing.
It's not just beautiful but also amazing that you've come up with the idea of burning the actual physical art that you've made. But it's also a good idea if you'll consider the idea of OG of sending the actual copy to the winner/buyer of your NFT.
Although I think, it what makes you unique in your terms, the burning.

It's an interesting concept, but why burn the physical thing?

Wouldn't it be better to just ship it to the prospective owner and have the NFT as a certificate of authenticity so that there is a bit more utility for the art that the person purchases?

Obviously you know your business the best, but this is just my suggestion.

I have art that has not been posted as NFT, I could sell them with a physical original copy included. But, it's very difficult to export paintings from my country. I would need  to get a certification and an export permit for each painting.
This is what I love about NFT technology, it blurs the boundaries between countries. I have long wanted to sell my paintings to the West and Europe, only now I can do this without any obstacles such as mentioned above .

At the age of 5 I went to art school

Seems that's a sweet thing that the cryptocurrency technological advancement/innovation could offer. There are no barriers and people are able to "express" themselves freely. Let set aside that whether NFT truly has value or not since an art things really subjective, but as a matter of fact, it is safe to say the NFT space is still early, and there are some technical issues that still needs to be addressed. Truth be told, you benefit from it since you are able to directly sells to people around the world. Anyway, best of wishes to you ;)
