Title: [Warning] Simbaxe.com (multiple red flags)!!!
Post by: SFR10 on February 15, 2022, 09:21:28 PM
What happened:
Their self-moderated announcement caught my attention, so I did some digging and found various red flags...

✔ Self-moderated topic!
✔ Fake launch date [they're claiming that they've launched on "27/01/2021 (https://ghostarchive.org/archive/EspUK)", but "that's not the case (https://www.namecheap.com/domains/whois/result?domain=simbaxe.com)"]!
✔ Fake registration number and address [they didn't even bother to change "these parts (https://ghostarchive.org/archive/EspUK)" from the "script (https://demo.exbita.com/about) [archived (https://ghostarchive.org/archive/O3CFS)]" that they were using]!
✔ A lot of plagiarized content!

Supported the flag I never trust announcement thread that is self-moderated especially coming from exchange or casino and anything related to finance where you have to deposit money and by having a thread self-moderated you just make members suspicious of your project and do an investigation, they even have this slogan in their home page

Title: Don't judge a book by its cover (Simba Exchange)
Post by: simbaexchange on February 17, 2022, 07:28:31 AM
Hello!  SFR10

You have posted Simbaxe as Scam just a Simple Question have you registered on it or did you invest in it to call it as scam  ( prove 1st then call it scam)
Don't judge Simba Exchange by its cover did you read the book

1. the Script is Open source and it have to be implement by software developer its regular script in estonia where crypto is legal
and its not just 3 exchange but you check more then 100 website with same are using here in Estonia so all can't be scam

Fake launch date [they're claiming that they've launched on "27/01/2021", but "that's not the case"]!
✔ Fake registration number and address [they didn't even bother to change "these parts" from the "script [archived]" that they were using]!
✔ A lot of plagiarized content!

if we copy the script it will be same as original as the website is still incomplete

Simba Exchange has not raised any crowdfunding nor any ICO all the funds used for development is from a group of software engineer

Reference Link:
Simba Exchange the new P2P service Exchange for Crypto

did you even check if the P2P is working you know what is P2P
its totally in-between people to people where the seller and the other person is buyer only you both will do the transaction Simba exchange is a only platform
so there is no chance any one will get scam

Domain name: simbaxe.com
Registrar URL: http://www.namecheap.com
Creation Date: 2022-01-17T11:07:29.00Z

when the domain is created on     2022-01-17T11:07:29.00Z (its just a month old how can you thing its already live its under development)

now let me come to your point

if your unable to do any transaction on exchange its because

1 All the  transaction  and KYC is only open for the development team of family member only
2 if you have already apply for KYC then it will be open when the P2P services and mobile app launches

**Kindly Note Simba Exchange has not raised any funds for development or for any other purposes
**kindly review it once the Exchange Start operation

Thank you

Supported the flag
Thank you for the support.

they even have this slogan in their home page

Quote
SECURED ASSETS WITH SIMBA EXCHANGE
Your Asset is Secured with Simba Exchange
And they have "most secured decentralized trading exchange (https://archive.fo/cRM0J#selection-515.51-515.94)" as their vision :D

1. the Script is Open source
Regardless of the "script in question (https://exbita.com/)", nothing stops you from altering a portion of the code and I highly doubt you'd be able to achieve the following thing without altering the script to a certain degree:

if we copy the script it will be same as original as the website is still incomplete
Then why did you change its lunch date to a fake one? ::)

did you even check if the P2P is working you know what is P2P
its totally in-between people to people where the seller and the other person is buyer only you both will do the transaction Simba exchange is a only platform
so there is no chance any one will get scam
And yet, you still ask for "KYC documents (https://archive.fo/cRM0J#selection-507.48-507.82)", even though it contradicts with what's in your "vision [decentralized (https://archive.fo/cRM0J#selection-515.64-515.77)]".

(its just a month old how can you thing its already live its under development)
Normally, when someone posts an announcement thread on that board, it's already the finished product!

this is by default in the script we can't alter it much but when the live pages get develop everything will be different

So you bought a ready-made template without considering editing what's on it, then you are one of the copycats of existing script users of that template this is considered a big issue you should be truthful on the slogan of your platform if you are not ready to launch your project because of configuration then don't, you just underestimate the capability of members on how to look on a project,  a good developer makes sure that the project is fully finish before launching it, you are busted.

the KYC is approved for member of developer family and friends only right now so that if any issues on the script we can clear it
more then 200 KYC are pending even if you sign up your not allowed for trading or deposit without KYC and the script is open source you need to develop it if you have software knowledge.

Reading all the red flags posted. I would never trust Simbaxe.com even with a cent. If they can't even do any work on the "open source script" they claim to have acquired, then how would we expect them to handle people's funds and sensitive KYC documents?

Very lousy and clumsy exchange.

Red tagged and flag supported.

Simba Exchange the new P2P service Exchange for Crypto

As this wasn't clarified yet and it bear some degree of possibility that the statement would bring a false confidence in newbies who stumbled upon this thread looking for reference of your exchange and thinking, "hey, they're right. It's P2P, the transaction happens between me and another person. The exchange won't be able to stole my money.", well, I'll mark in red to caught reader's attention:

User would still need to deposit their funds into the exchange's wallet. And from that point forward, from where they send the balance from their private wallet to the exchange's, they're actually will not be in control of their funds anymore. The exchange could just cease to exist one day with all of the users funds. In other words, money grab. In other words, scam.

We can ask you the same question: "Do you know what P2P is?" How exactly do you plan to "secure user's funds in a cold storage wallet" in P2P manner?

You seem to be trying something that is out of your league. Don't take on more than you can handle. This usually doesn't end well for the end user.

Another fake similar exchange just came off the radar.

Cexland.com also using the same fake registration number 394203107.

Scammers are just too dumb.
